테트라싸이크린 항생제를 담체로 이용한 막전극의 전위차 특성

본 연구에서는 테트라싸이크린 항생제를 양이온선택성 전극의 담체로 사용한 막전극을 제작하고 알칼리 및 알칼리 토금속에 적용하여 전위차 감응도를 조사하였다. 제작된 전극은 지용성 첨가제의 유무와 관계없이 $Ca^{2+}$ 이온에 대해서 거의 이상적인 전위차 감응도를 나타내었다. 또한 $Mg^{2+}$를 제외한 다른 양이온에도 이상적인 네른스트값에 80% 이상의 감응도와 $10^{-5}$ 이하의 검출한계를 나타내었다. 수명, 감응시간, 재현성 등도 이온선택성 전극에 응용하기에 문제가 없었다. The main component governing selectivity in ion-selective electrodes and optodes is the ionophore. For this reason, a member of natural products that possess selective ion-binding properties have long been sought after. By applying this principle, the performance of tetracycline used as neutral carriers for cation selective polymeric membrane electrode was investigated. The cation ion-selective electrode based on tetracycline gave a good Nernstian response of 26.6 mV per decade for calcium ion in the activity range $1x10^{-6}M$ to $1x10^{-2}M$ with and without lipophilic additives. The optimized cation ion-selective membrane electrodes displayed very comparable potentiometric responses to various mono and di-valent cations of alkali and alkaline earth metal ions except $Mg^{2+}$.

Poly (vinylchloride) (PVC) membrane electrodes based on neutral carrier, tetracycline was prepared as an active sensor for Hg(II) ion, and tested in different contents of the potassium tetrakis (4-chlorophenyl) borate (KTp- ClPB) as lipophilic salt. Bis (2-ethylhexyl) sebacate (DOS), bis(1-butylpentyl) adipate (BBPA), 2-nitrophenyl octyl ether (NPOE) and dibutyl phthalate (DBP) were used as diverse plasticizing solvent mediators. This electrode shows excellent potentiometric response characteristics and display good linearity with log [Hg2+] versus EMF response, over a range of concentrations between 10−7 and 10−3 M. With 30.8 mV/decade Nernstian slope, the detection limit was 6.9 × 10−9 M and the response time was less than 20s. The proposed electrode yields very good selectivity for mercury (II) ion over many cations such as alkali, alkaline earth, transition and heavy metal ions. And it shows a very stable potential values in a wide pH range. This reliable electrode prepared was kept at least a month without considerable alteration in their response to Hg (II) ion

Homeownership is much more than a financial calculation. It is a sociopsychological phenomenon. During the last decade studies of homeownership have demonstrated a positive link between homeownership and positive social outcomes including welfare perceptions and attitudes. This study compared welfare perceptions between homeowners and renters in Korean Welfare Panel Survey using data collected in 2019. The study analyzed six continuous outcomes of welfare perceptions. Six variables indicating welfare perceptions included: (1) welfare and work disincentives; (2) welfare recipients are lazy; (3) welfare selectivism; (4) national minimum; (5) free university education and; (6) free child care and kindergarten. This study acknowledged bias arising from selection on observables. To control these biases, this study employed analytical approaches including the treatment effect model. Results of this study confirmed that attainment of homeownership is not possible for everyone. Findings from this study have provided some evidence that homeowners and renters have different perceptions on welfare listed above. Finally, issues relating to homeownership and welfare perceptions were discussed. Implications for social work practice and research were further discussed.

우주산업이 발전함에 따라 내열소재 개발의 필요성이 급격하게 증대되었다. 선진국의 고속 비행체 연구와 관련하여 첨단 엔진 연구 뿐만 아니라 고온에서 견디는 내열재 연구도 다양하게 진행되고 잇는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구팀에서는 비행체 재료에 사용되는 복합재료의 내열성을 더욱 증진시키기 위하여 비대칭 직물을 제직하고 프리폼을 제작한뒤 밀도화를 통해 내열 복합재를 제조하였다. 비대칭 특성에 따른 직물 및 복합재료의 기계적 물성을 조사하여 내열재료 적용 가능성을 타진하였다. 비대칭 직물은 탄소 섬유를 이용한 직물로 경사:위사 비가 2:1에서 5:1 사이가 되도록 제직하였으며 이들의 비율이 유지되는 공정조건으로 성형, 탄화 및 밀도화를 수행하였다. 미세구조 분석을 통하여 복합재료 공정의 적합성을 조사하였고 경사 방향 및 위사방향의 기계적 강도를 구하여 비대칭성의 유지 및 결함 특성을 조사하였다.

Cryolipolysis has become available for the noninvasive reduction of adipose tissue. A 33-year-old woman presented with wrist drop of the right arm that had first appeared 7 days previously. She had undergone cryolipolysis on both upper arms immediately prior to the onset of symptoms. A nerve conduction study showed radial neuropathy proximal to the elbow, and ultrasonography revealed focal swelling of the radial nerve at the spiral groove. Although cryolipolysis has been known as a safe method, nerve injury can result from compression and/or hypothermia during the procedure.

이중문화특성의 잠재프로파일에 따른 다문화가정 청소년의 심리정서적 적응에 미치는 영향 연구

This study investigated latent profiles of bicultural adaptations among adolescents in Korea. We used a fifth year data of 1,343 adolescents in multi-cultural families from the National Youth Policy Institute’s Multi-cultural Adolescent Panel Survey (MAPS). Using latent profile analysis and indicators of bicultural characteristics, the authors derived a 3-profile solution: undeveloped language skills (n=332), marginalized bicultural (n=677), integrated bicultural (n=334), Furthermore, we used multiple regression analysis to explore factors associated with depression and ego-resiliency across three groups. The findings suggested peer-support and family-support are strongly related with lower depression in all three groups. Higher performance in school was strongly related with lower depression in undeveloped language skills group. Being male and healthy are highly related with lower depression in other groups. For egoresiliency, family-support and teacher-support were positive indicatives in all three groups. Higher performance in school and family support were positive indicatives of ego-resiliency in undeveloped language skills group. Having a supportvie family and better health were highly related with ego-resiliency in marginalized bicultural group. Being male and healthy were highly related with ego-resiliency in integrated bicultural group. We discussed implications for research as well as implications for adolescents policy. 본 연구는 다문화가정 청소년의 이중문화 잠재프로파일을 탐색하고, 잠재프로파일에 따른 집단별 우울과 자아탄력성에 영향을 미치는 예측변인의 영향을 알아보기 위한 연구 이다. 한국청소년정책연구원의 다문화청소년패널 5차년도 자료 학생용과 학부모용을 병합하여 사용하였고 이중문화특성 지표에 모두 응답한 1,343명의 청소년을 대상으로 잠재 프로파일분석 및 단계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 우선, 적합도지수와 잠재계층분류에 따라 3개 하위유형이 선택되었다. 1유형은 ‘언어발달부진형’, 2유형은 ‘언어인지주변형’, 3유형은 ‘언어인지통 합형’으로 명명하였다. 둘째, 모든 유형에서 친구지지와 가족지지가 강할수록 우울이 감소하며, 언어발달부진형은 성적이 높을수록, 나머지 유형은 남학생이며, 건강할수록 우울이 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 모든 유형에서 친구지지와 교사지지가 강할수록 자아탄력성이 증가하며, 언어발달부진형은 성적과 가족지기가 높을수록, 언어인지주변 형은 가족지지와 건강상태가 높을수록, 언어인지통합형은 남학생이며, 건강상태가 좋을 수록 자아탄력성이 높아지는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 연구의 시사점 및 제한점 등을 제시하였다.
