스마트폰 기반 요검사 스크리닝 애플리케이션

The urinalysis, which is universally accessible to the general public, has disadvantages of being less objective using sight and purchasing a separate portable urinalysis machine. However, due to the high penetration rate and performance improvement of smartphone created by the development of mobile communication technology, research on urinalysis services using smartphone has been conducted. In this paper, a new urinalysis screening application based on smartphone was developed by supplementing the limitations of the previously studied urinalysis services. The key technology of the application is urinalysis recognition algorithm and urinalysis pad color determination algorithm through image-processing and contour detection. In order to confirm the performance of the developed application, urinalysis strip was photographed and analyzed from various backgrounds and angles. 일반인이 보편적으로 접근할 수 있는 요검사는 사람의 눈으로 판단하여 객관성이 떨어지고 별도의 휴대용 요검사기를 구매해야 하는 단점이 있다. 하지만 이동 통신 기술의 발전으로 탄생한 스마트폰의 높은 보급률과 성능 향상으로 스마트폰을 활용한 요검사 서비스에 관한 연구가 진행되었다. 본 논문에서는 앞서 연구된 요검사 서비스들에 대한 제한 사항을 보완하여 새로운 스마트폰 기반 요검사 스크리닝 애플리케이션을 개발하였다. 애플리케이션의 핵심 기술은 이미지 처리와 윤곽선 검출을 통한 요검사지 인식 알고리즘과 요검사 패드 색상 판별 알고리즘이다. 개발한 애플리케이션의 성능을 확인하기 위하여 다양한 배경과 각도에서 요검사지를 촬영하고 분석하였다.

고성능 CNN 기반 정밀 요검사 판별 기법

요검사는 물리적 성상 검사, 화학적 검사, 현미경 검사 세 가지가 있다. 이 중에서 화학적 요검사는 일반인이 쉽게 접근하는 방법으로 요검사지의 화학반응을 눈으로 표준비색표와 비교하거나 휴대용 요검사기를 별도로 구매하여 검사를 진행한다. 현재는 스마트폰의 보급이 대중화되어 스마트폰을 활용한 요검사 서비스 연구가 높아지고 있다. 요검사 스크리닝 애플리케이션은 스마트폰을 활용한 요검사 서비스 중 하나이다. 그러나 요검사 스크리닝 애플리케이션으로 촬영한 요검사 패드 RGB 값은 조명영향으로 인해 큰 편차가 발생한다. 요검사 패드 RGB 값의 편차는 요검사 판별의 정확도를 떨어뜨린다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 스마트폰 기반 요검사 스크리닝 애플리케이션으로 촬영한 요검사지를 검사 항목별 요검사 패드로 분류한 후 CNN을 통해 요검사 패드 이미지 판별의 정확도를 높인다. 요검사지는 다양한 배경에서 촬영하여 CNN 이미지를 생성하였으며 ResNet-50 CNN 모델을 사용하여 요검사 판별을 분석하였다. There are three types of urinalysis: physical test, chemical test, and microscopic test. Among these, the chemical urinalysis is an easily accessible method of the general public to compare the chemical reaction of urinalysis strip with a standard colorimetric table by sight or purchase the portable urinalysis machine separately. Currently, with the popularization of smartphone, research on the urinalysis service using smartphone is increasing. The urinalysis screening application is one of the urinalysis services using a smartphone. However, the RGB values of the urinalysis pad taken by the urinalysis screening application have large deviations due to the effect of lighting. Deviation of RGB value debases the accuracy of urinalysis discrimination. Therefore, in this paper, the accuracy of urinaylsis pad image discrimination is improved through CNN after classifying urinalysis strips taken by the urinalysis screening application based on smartphone by urinalysis pad items. Urinalysis strip was taken from various backgrounds to generate CNN image, and urinalysis discrimination was analyzed using the ResNet-50 CNN model.

소프트 아이스크림 제조기 증발기의 스크레이퍼 회전수 최적화 및 냉매 유로 개선

최근 들어 국민 식생활 문화가 개선되고 생활수준이 향상됨에 따라 소프트 아이스크림, 슬러시와 같은 일회용 냉동유제품의 소비가 급증하고 있다. 이들 냉동 유제품은 소형 냉동 시스템에서 만들어진다. 소프트 아이스크림 제조기의 경우 냉각기는 동심 원통으로 구성되며 냉매는 환형부에서 증발하고 냉각기 표면에 형성된 얼음 결정이 내측에서 회전하는 스크레이퍼에 의해 빙삭되어 아이스크림이 만들어진다. 본 연구에서는 냉각기 체적 2.8 리터인 R-404A를 사용하는 소프트 아이스크림 제조기에 대하여 최적화와 성능평가를 수행하였다. 최적화는 냉각기 스크레이퍼 회전수 및 냉매 유로 개선에 주안점을 두고 실제 아이스크림 제조기에서 요소 부위의 온도와 압력 그리고 소비동력을 측정함으로써 수행되었다. 실험 결과 최적 회전수는 124 rpm으로 나타났다. 이 회전수에서 아이스크림 제조 시간은 6분 2초이고 이 때 성적계수는 0.90이었다. 또한 물-공기를 사용한 가시화 실험을 통하여 냉매측 유로 개선을 시도하였다. 유로가 개선된 제품은 아이스크림 제조 시간을 현저히 감소시켰다. 본 연구 결과는 냉동식품 제조기를 비롯한 여타 냉동 사이클의 최적화에도 활용될 수 있을 것이다. Improvementsin the standard of living and lifestyle have led to increased sales of frozen milk products, such as soft ice cream or slush. These frozen milk products are commonly made in a small refrigeration machine. In a soft ice cream machine, the freezer is composed of a concentric cylinder, where the refrigerant flows in the annulus and the ice cream is made in the cylinder by a rotating scraper. In this study, an optimization and performance evaluation were conducted on asoft ice cream machine having a freezer volume of 2.8 liters. The optimization was focused on the scraper rotation speed and the refrigerant path of the freezer. The measurements included the temperature, pressure and consumed power. At the optimized speed of 124 rpm, ice cream was produced in 6 minutes and 2 seconds, and the COP was 0.90. Through a flow visualization study using air-water, the refrigerant path was improved. The improved design reduced the ice cream making time significantly. The present results may be used for the optimization of other refrigeration cycles, including those of frozen food products

콘텐츠 가치평가 연계 금융투융자 활성화 방안

콘텐츠 산업의 성장에도 불구하고 산업 내 기업들은 자생력을 갖추고 있지 못하다. 이에 따라 콘텐츠 산업에 대한 투자 확대를 위해 돈이 모일 수 있는 구조를 형성하고, 부족한 내실을 키우기 위해서는 정책적 진흥의 노력도 필요하겠지만, 우선은 민간 금융권의 유입이 필요하다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 관련 산업의 발전을 뒷받침하는 금융투융자 현황에 대한 분석과 함께 콘텐츠 가치평가를 연계한 금융투융자 활성화 방안에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다. Despite the growth of the content industry, companies in the industry are not self-sustaining. As a result, it is necessary to make efforts to promote the promotion of the policy industry in order to build up a structure for collecting money for the expansion of the investment in the contents industry and to build up a lack of sufficient room. For this purpose, this study provides an analysis on the status of financial investment companies that support the development of related industries, and suggests ways to revitalize financial investment trusts that link with the evaluation of contents value.

콘텐츠가치평가 기반 콘텐츠금융제도 표준화에 대한 고찰

본 연구는 콘텐츠기업이 콘텐츠를 성공적으로 사업화하기 위해 금융권으로부터 재원을 조달하는 과정을 살펴보고 산업의 특수성을 반영한 금융제도 도입을 위해 제도 운영 절차를 표준화하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 한국콘텐츠진흥원의 콘텐츠금융제도에 대해 사례연구를 실시하였다. 한국콘텐츠진흥원은 콘텐츠기업 맞춤형 투융자 콘텐츠금융제도를 운영하고 있어 사례연구를 통한 표준화의 결정요인 분석이 가능하여 표준화 방안을 제 시할 수 있다. 또한 한국콘텐츠진흥원의 콘텐츠가치평가센터에서는 콘텐츠가치평가를 통한 투융자 유치 연계를 지원하고 있다. 본 연구결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 콘텐츠금융제도를 기술금융과 같이 시장에 정착시키기 위해서는 정책금융의 역할과 기능을 강화해야 한다. 콘텐츠산업은 고위험, 고수익의 특성을 가지고 있어 성공 확실성이 낮아 민간 금융권이 유입되기 어려운 구조다. 이에 정책금융을 통해 민간 금융권의 자본이 유입될 수 있는 환경을 조성하고 유도하는 것이 필요하다. 정책금융 기능 강화를 기반으로 콘텐츠금융제도의 표준화를 고민해야 한다. 둘째, 콘텐츠가치평가를 통한 투자 절차를 표준화해야 한다. 기존 콘텐츠가치평가 연계 펀드의 확대 운영이 필요하다. 셋째, 콘텐츠가치평가 기반 보증부 융자 절차를 표준화해야 한다. 콘텐츠가치평가는 민간 금융권의 판단 기준을 제시해줄 것이다. This study examines the process of financing content companies from the financial sector for successful content commercialization. Furthermore, it seeks the possibility of standardization of system operation procedures for the introduction of a financial system reflecting the specificity of the industry. To this end, a case study was conducted on the content financing system of the Korea Creative Content Agency. The Korea Creative Content Agency operates a content financing system tailored to content companies. Therefore, it is possible to analyze the determinants of standardization and present standardization models through this. In addition, the Content Assessment Center of the Korea Creative Content Agency supports the linkage of attracting investment & loans through content assessment. The research results are as follows. First, in order to establish the content financing system in the market like technology financing system, the role and function of policy financing system must be strengthened. The content industry has high-risk and high-return characteristics. In other words, it is difficult for private capital to flow in due to low probability of success. Therefore, it is necessary to create and induce an environment in which capital from the private financial sector can flow through policy financing. Based on strengthening policy financing functions, it is necessary to consider standardizing the content finance system. Second, investment procedures should be standardized through content assessment. It is necessary to expand the existing Content Assessment Linked Fund. Third, it is necessary to standardize the guarantee loan procedure based on content assessment. content assessment will provide criteria for judging the private financial sector.

Recently, due to the development of Autonomous Driving Car, various Advanced Driver Assistance System(ADAS)s are getting a lot of attention. This paper proposes a method for the Advanced Driving Strategy in U-turn driving which is frequent in urban region. As the classical path planning method generates the discrete waypoint which have steering angle constraints, it is not proper for U-turn driving Scenario. So, I suggest Extra Local Path Generation for the matter above. Finally, An Extra optimal parametric path curve will be expected for Autonomous vehicle to drive comfortably in U-turn driving.

협로 주행을 위한 Gradient Vector Field 기반 경로 추종 알고리즘

Various type of Advanced Driving Assistance Systems(ADAS) are being applied to fit different environments and situations within the Urban area. As a representative example, the Highway Driving Assist (HDA) is being applied to assist drivers with driving on highways. Recently, Narrow Space Assist(NSA) is being researched to assist passing through narrow and restricted areas such as intersections, alleys, and parking lots. Therefore, in this study, we propose a control algorithm to enable autonomous vehicles to precisely follow a path when generating a route within narrow passages. Finally, proposed algorithm was implemented using Matlab/Simulink, and the results showed a significant improvement compared to the conventional optimal control method used in narrow passages that require high-curvature low-speed passing.

본 연구는 최근 콘텐츠 산업의 핵심 제작 주체로 주목을 받고 있는 연예매니지먼트사의 선진화 방안을 도출하는 것을 연구목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 연예매니지먼트사 현황과 문제점에 대해 면밀히 분석하고 선진화 시스템 구축 방안 마련을 위한 한일 비교 연구를 통해 시사점을 도출하였다. 첫째, 조직 내 전문화시스템을 구축하여 효율적으로 고부가가치를 창출할 수 있는 전문 조직화가 필요하다. 둘째, 사업 다각화 전략 시스템을 구축하여 스타의 인기 하락과 시장에서의 성공 여부에 따라 경영이 좌우되는 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 다양한 비즈니스 모델 개발이 필요하다. 셋째, 지상파 방송사의 우월적 지위로 인한 불공정거래 개선 및 건전한 방송산업 발전을 위해 방송사와 제작사 간의 구도적 균형이 맞춰질 수 있는 선순환구조의 상생환경 구축이 필요하다. 넷째, 관련 협·단체와 정책 당국의 지속적인 시장 정화 노력을 통한 연예매니지먼트산업의 건전한 육성 발전이 필요하다. The purpose of this study is to draw the measures for advancing entertainer’s management companies who are focused as a core production subject of the recent contents industry. To achieve it, current situation and problems of entertainer’s management companies were minutely analyzed and their implications were drawn through the comparative study between Korea and Japan for preparing the measures to establish advanced system. The first, specialized systemization which can establish specialized system in organization and create highly added-value efficiently is necessary. The second, it’s necessary to develop various business models which can establish business diversified strategy system and solve problems that management depends on star’s popularity and their success in market. The third, it’s necessary to establish win-win environment of virtuous cycle which can provide the structural balance between broadcasting company and production company for the improvement of unfair business caused by prominent status of ground-wave broadcasting company and development of health broadcasting industry. The fourth, it’s necessary to promote and develop entertainer’s management industry through the continuous market-purifying efforts of related organizations and political authorities.
