초등학교 특수학급 교사의 직무유형에 따른 교사효능감과 직무만족도의 관계 연구

특수교사의 교사효능감 및 직무만족도는 교육의 결과에 중요한 영향을 미치는 변인으로 그 중요성이 더욱 커지고 있다. 최근 몇 년간 특수교육 현장에 기간제교사의 채용이 증가되고 있다는 점을 인식하여 본 연구는 직무유형에 따라 교사효능감과 직무만족도의 차이와 관계를 분석하였다. 연구대상으로 경기도에 소재하고 있는 초등학교 특수학급 정규교사와 기간제교사를 무선표집하여 총 200부의 설문을 분석하였다. 교사효능감은 개인적교사효능감과 일반적교사효능감(총 25문항)으로 구성하였으며 직무만족도는 자아실현, 상사관계, 직무자체, 동료관계, 보상체제, 근무환경(총 24문항)을 구성하여 측정하였다. 연구결과 정규교사의 교사효능감이 기간제교사 보다 높으며 직무만족도에서는 정규교사와 기간제교사가 하위요인에 따라 다른 만족도를 나타내었다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 향후 교원 양성 및 채용 정책과 관련한 시사점을 제시하였다. For special education teachers, the teacher efficacy and the job satisfaction are important variables which influence the production of education. The purpose of this study is to examine the differences in teacher efficacy and job satisfaction according to job types. The methods of this study are as follows. According to random sampling of regular and temporary teachers of special class in elementary schools in Gyeonggi-do, a survey was conducted on total 200 teachers. In the survey questionnaire, 25 items were included to investigate teacher efficacy and the section for job satisfaction consisted 24 items. The result of this study showed that the teacher efficacy of regular teachers was higher than that of temporary teachers, while job satisfaction showed a different result according to subordinate factors. As teacher efficacy is a significant variable to have an important influence on the results of education, employment of temporary teachers should be avoided, yet filling vacancies of regular teachers and long-term policies for teacher employment are required.

일반논문 : 식민지기 언양지역 연안송씨(延安宋氏) 가계의 토지상속

본 연구는 조선후기 이후 강화된 장자우대상속 관행의 연속성 여부를 살펴보았다. 경상남도 언양 지역의 연안송씨가문의 호적부, 족보, 토지대장을 이용하여 식민지시기의 상속관행을 보다 구체적으로 살펴보았다. 식민지기 연안송씨의 상속관행은 1912년 ``조선민사령``과는 별개로 조선후기이후 관습이 계속 유지되어 왔다. 그 주요 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 호주승계와 마찬가지로 사후상속은 원칙적으로 장남이 상속한다. 장남이 없을 경우 장손자 그리고 부인 순으로 상속권리가 발생하고 있다. 둘째, 토지상속에서 있어서 여성은 완전히 배제되었다. 셋째, 재산 분급은 사후상속 뿐아니라 증여를 통해서도 이루어졌다. 차남 이하의 경우, 혼인할 무렵이 되면 분가하여 독립할 수 있도록 부모나 장남이 재산을 증여, 분급하였다. 이상의 상속관행은 장자중심의 사회를 형성하는데 중요한 역할을 담당하였고, 장남의 가족 내 위상은 다른 형제들 보다 우월할 수 있었다. 장자중심의 상속관행은, 식민지시대가 조선시대보다 가부장권이 더 강화되었는 가는 알 수 없지만, 적어도 식민지시기 장남을 중심으로 한 강력한 가부장권은 조선시대를 이어 계속 온존유지할 수 있는 물적 근거를 보여주고 있다. In this paper we want to ask, how Korean people bequeath the property to their offspring. To answer this question, we have selected for study the customs of the Yonan Song family, who lived in the onyang area, through an examination of land registers, household registers, and genealogies. Before the colonial period, according to our data for 1911, this family reflected widespread Korean patterns for pre-modern: the first son inherited 57%, while the remaining 43% was shared by other children. Daughters. Most studies are pointed out the property allocation system of the colonial period distorted through the 1912 Civil Code without empirical studies, which imposed primogeniture likes Japanese cases. Specifically, this regulation had, among others, the following provisions: 1. In case of death of the "Head of Household"(戶主) the eldest son would inherit all of the household````s property as the new Head of Household. The other children would only retain the right to claim the property. 2. In case of the death of the eldest son, the second son would succeed as head of household. If a son was too young, the wife would serve as head of household. 3. In case of the death of a member of the household who is not the Head of Household, his direct descendants inherited his property. 4. In case of the death of the wife of the Head of Household, girls who left the household through marriage retained inheritance rights. But, our result of the Yonan Song family``s case study shows, the first son``s share maintained similar its ratio during the period 1911~77. After the first son inherited his father``s estate, he reallocated it among his brothers. It shows influence of patriarchal order still have an important role in colonial period Korea, and, why first son``s authority in family is higher than other children.

본 논문은 중앙대학교 전자계산학과 데이타베이스 연구실에서 IBM PC/AT에서 운용하도록 MS-DOS 상에 개발중인 RDBMS 프로토타입의 설계 및 구현 사항 중 사용자 명령어, 사용자 뷰 제공 기법, 시스템 하부 저장구조를 설명한다. 본 시스템의 가장 중요한 특징은 select 및 Join 뷰를 뷰 인덱스의 형태로 데이타베이스에 저장하고, 베이스릴레이션 변경의 뷰 인덱스로의 반영은 누증(incremental) 변경 기법을 이용하여 수행함으로써, 사용자에게 아주 빠른 응답 시간내에 뷰를 제공할 수 있다는 것이다.

Three dimensional finite element model of human femoral head is generated based upon DICOM file which is standard medical image file. Connectivity and Jacobian ratio are checked to input the generated data to commercial finite element software. Eigenvalues and the corresponding eigenvectors are evaluated through free vibration analysis. Free vibration characteristics of femoral head are expected to be utilized a fundamental data to develope and design artificial femurs.
