        Differences between University of Education Teacher Educators and College of Education Teacher Educators in Teaching Instructional Planning for Prospective Physical Education Teachers

        체육교사 교육자들이 어떤 내용으로 어떻게 예비교사들을 교육시키느냐 하는 것은 그들이 후에 어떻게 지도내용을 계획하고 그에 따른 학습지도 전략을 수립하느냐 하는 것과 밀접한 관련이 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 대학의 교사교육자가 학습지도계획을 수립할 때 가장 중요하게 생각하는 내용이 무엇이며, 교육대학 교사교육자와 사범대학 교사교육자간에 중요하게 생각하는 요인이나 기준에 있어서 차이가 있는지를 규명하는데 그 목적이 있었다. 연구문제의 해결을 위하여 전국의 교육대학과 사범대학으로부터 80명의 교사교육자를 선정하여 학습지도계획과 관련된 사항을 묻는 설문지를 개발, 우편 발송하였다. 그 가운데 교육대학에서 25명 그리고 사범대학에서 37명의 교사교육자들이 설문지에 응답하였다. 응답결과를 "학습지도계획을 수립할 때 가장 중요하게 생각하는 기준은?" "가장 중요한 단원 계획은?" 그리고 "단원계획을 선정하는 중요한 기준은?" 등과 같은 연구문제의 관점에서 분석하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 교육대학 교사교육자와 사범대학 교사교육자 모두 학습지도 계획을 수립할 때 "학습내용," "학생들의 흥미나 관심," "운동기능이나 체력 수준의 향상," "수업관리," "안전문제" 등을 가장 중요하게 생각하고 있었다. 교육대학 교사교육자와 사범대학 교사교육자간에 중요하게 생각하는 순서나 있어서 다소 차이가 있으나, 매우 비슷한 생각을 가지고 있었다. 둘째, 교육대학 교사교육자와 사범대학교 교사교육자 모두 연간계획, 학기계획, 단원계획, 그리고 주간계획 모두가 학습지도내용을 계획할 때 중요하게 고려되어야 하지만, 그 가운데서 가중 중요하게 다루어져야 하는 부분이 주간계획이라는 생각을 가지고 있었다. 셋째, 교육대학 교사교육자와 사범대학 교사교육자 모두 단원을 선정할 때 "학생들의 발달 수준," "교육과정과의 양립성," "학생들의 흥미나 관심" 등을 매우 중요한 기준으로 설정하고 있었다. Physical Education Teacher Educators being supposed to teach pre-service teachers how to plan for classroom instruction should have a great impact on their instructional planning strategies and activities. When teachers plan a lesson, they may incorporate different ideas from those methodology course taught by college professors. Thus, the purpose of this study was to examine how differently instructional planning is taught in methodology courses depending on what education systems they belong to. To achieve the suggested research purpose 62 physical education teacher educators from "College of Education" and "University of Education". The questionnaire having designed to examine instructional planning strategies of physical education teacher educators was distributed to the selected participants through mail. Anonymity was ensured and the only identification required was to indicate whether the participants were male or female and how many years of teaching experience they had accrued. On the basis of analyzing collected data Spearman`s rank-correlation coefficient and ANOVA, the following concusions were drawn: Both University of Education teacher educators and College of Education teacher educators needed "weekly plan" most when they wrote an instructional plan and regarded "student learning," "teaching methods," "student fun and enjoyment and class management" as the most important factors to be considered in teaching prospective physical education teachers how to plan a lesson.

        시장 선도 기업의 동태적 역량에 대한 탐색적 연구

        빠른 기술 변화와 시장 불확실성으로 대표되는 동적 환경 하에서 시장 선도 기업들이 지속적인 경쟁 우위와 혁신에 성공하기 위한 요인은 산업계와 학계 공동의 중요한 관심사이다. 자원기반이론에서 발전한 동태적 역량관점이 이러한 경쟁 우위에 대한 설명으로 주목받고 있지만, 개념적 합의와 세부 구성요소들에 대한 체계화된 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에 서는 동태적 역량에 대한 포괄적인 개념 모델을 도출하기 위해, 체계적 문헌 분석을 실시했으며, 키워드 기반의 문헌 탐색을 통해 238개 관련 문헌을 수집하고, 본 연구의 목적에 적합한 59개의 문헌을 최종 선택해서 동태적 역량의 핵심 요소들을 분석했다. 각 문헌으로부터 도출된 동태적 역량의 세부 항목들은 sensing, seizing, reconfiguring 단계에서의 조직 학습 역량과 전략적 선택 역량으로 분류할 수 있었다. 또한, 탐색적 연구에서 도출한 개념 연구 프레임워크를 바탕으로 선도 기업들의 경쟁 우위 원천을 분석함으로써, 향후 실증 분석을 위한 토대를 마련할 수 있었다. Sources of innovation and a sustainable competitive advantage for market leading firms in a dynamic environment are major concerns for both firm managers and academic researchers. For this reason, the dynamic capability view (DCV), evolved from the resource-based view (RBV) is gaining popularity as a cornerstone for success of firms in a dynamic market. DCV proposes a number of new concepts and elements, but these are still under development. This study suggests a comprehensive constitution of dynamic capabilities by performing a systematic literature review of 59 conceptual research papers from 238 bodies of literature. For the integrative conceptual framework, the elements of the dynamic capabilities are segmented into organizational learning and strategic choices with sensing, seizing, and reconfiguring stages. In addition, our conceptual framework lays a foundation for further empirical studies, with investigating sources of competitive advantage of market leading firms.

        골프 경험의 분석 : 발견적 연구 접근법

        The purpose of this study is to understand the meaning and nature of golfing experience. Heuristics research provides the methology for gaining meaning and essence. It is the ideal research paradigm for this study of the golf experience. I interviewed eight individuals, seven men and a women Each participant voluntarily signed an authorization form permitting me to tape record the interview sessions. At the same time, each co-researcher agreed to participate in a three hour interview session In working with the data I used Outline Guide of Procedures for Organization and Analysis of Heuristic Data which was developed and written by Moustakas. According to this procedures, I present the analysis of my data following each of the steps, including an individual depiction, a composite depiction of the group of co-researches as a whole, an exemplary portrait and a creative synthesis portraying what the golfing experience is and means. In comparison and contrast from my own interview data, the natures and meanings of golfing experience are as followings: 1), competitive strivings; 2), inherent in the experience of golf; 3), social value; 4), mindbody connection; 5), awakening to the beauty and energy of nature.

      • 골프지도자의 지도실태 조사연구

        The purpose of this study was to research about teaching condition of golf instructors. The study of this subject was performed by sample survey for 50 professional golf trainers. The study shows the following facts. Most of the instructors depended on their experiences rather than teaching plans and their income varied by their levels of qualification or locations and regions where they worked. The average age of the sample was 31 years of age and high school graduates took the biggest share (33 people ) in education level. 36%(18 people) of sample instructors had 6 to 10 years of teaching career and 78% (39 people)of them were qualified as an instructor with certificate. 11 PGA professional golfers in the sample trained student golfers and earned a large amount of money. On the other hand, the semiprofessionals in the sample gave a lesson to adults and were paid 100,000~200,000 Won per person for monthly lesson fee. The non-qualified instructors worked mostly at indoor golf practice ranges and they earned 1,000,000Won~ 1,500,000 Won of montly salary and they are not paid well comparing wit professionals or semiprofessionals. In most case, the instructors got advice from their peer or senior instructors when they came across obstacles in teaching. 40%(20 people)of the instructors did not have any instruction plans but gave lessons to their trainees based on their own golf experiences in an unplanned way. 60%(30 people)of the instructors said they were studying the method of teaching and 74%(37 people)said they kept consistency in their methods. The instructors focused on trainees interest and enjoyment with a high priority and they used round score as the key estimative objective of trainees. We rarely have any well-established course for professional golf trainers in Korea in the present. It was a few years ago that we began to open a golf department in universities such as Y, J, H University and started to educate professional instructors. Despite the current realities, the PGA member has settle up few trainership programs. Accordingly, the related organizations are required not to select professional trainers only for their physical abilities but to establish instructorship courses and select trainers in a period of time during the courses.

      • 중학교 체육교사의 실제학습시간 연구

        The aim of this paper is to analyze the academic learning time on teachers of physical education at a middle school. This paper indicates that it suggests the basis data of physical education class plan and of efficient teaching operation as to the class form. The result is as follows; First, there is no difference in operation of physical education class according to teacher's distinction of sex, but male teachers show high time ratios relatively than female teachers in warming up, thus there is difference between males and female teachers group in warming up time ratio. But in practice of subject achievement function female teachers show fairly high time ratio, thus there is difference between malos and female teachers group. Secondly, there is no difference in operation of physical education class according to reacher's career, but in subject processing function, more than 10 year career teachers show higher time ratio than 3 year career teachers, especially more than 10 year career teachers consume higher time ratio in practice, thus there is difference between two groups. Finally, the distinction of sex, career effect were exposed and showed there is no difference in whole physical education class operation, by physical education real class time pattern analysis system, and in lower factor, there is difference between two groups.
