고교 검도선수들의 부모지지가 진로결정 자기효능감 및 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 고교 검도선수들의 부모지지가 진로결정 자기효능감 및 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 2014년도 제43회 전국학생검도대회에 참 가한 고교 검도선수 217명을 대상으로 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 19.0을 이용하여 요인분석·신뢰도분석과 상관관계 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 고교 검도선수들의 부모지지가 진로결정 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 자기효능감의 문제해결과 목표설정 모두에 언어적 격려와 정서적 지지가 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 고교 검도선수들의 부모지지가 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향을 분석한결과, 진로성숙도의 계획성에는 언어적 격려와 정서적 지지가, 자기이해에는 진로모델링과 언어적지지 및 정서적 지지가, 독립성에는 언어적 격려와 정서적지지가 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 고교 검도선수들의 진로성숙도가 진로결정 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 자기효능감의 문제해결과 목표설정 모두에 계획성, 자기이해, 독립성, 일의 중요성이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to investigate relationship of parental support, self-efficacy in career decision, and career maturity degree of high school kumdo athletes. To achieve these research objectives in 2014 the high school Kumdo Athletes 217 people participated in the National Student Competition 43rd extraction method using a convenience sample was collected data. The data was subjected to factor analysis, reliability analysis and correlation, and regression analysis using the SPSS 19.0. The results are as follows. First, the parent support of the high school kumdo player career decision that verbal encouragement and emotional support to problem solution and goal setting self-efficacy in career decision had significant influence. Second, parents of high school kumdo players not support the linguistic and emotional support to planning of career maturity degree, self-understanding, the modeling career and linguistic support, and emotional support that, independence has a significant impact on the verbal encouragement and emotional support that appeared. Third, the high school kumdo player career decision problem solving and goal setting for self-efficacy of the significant effects of the importance of planning, self-understanding, independence day, the career maturity.

플라이애쉬와 부순모래를 이용한 분리저감형 유동화 공법에 의한 현장 적용 연구

Validities of crushed sand concrete containing fly ash are described by applying flowing method with segregation-reducing type superplasticizer to achieve quality improvement and cost down. According to experimental results, it shows that properties at fresh concrete such as placeability, segregation resistibility and workability shows favorable results when flowing concrete method is applied with fly ash and crushed sand. At hardened concrete, compressive strength of flowing concrete is similar to that of base concrete. In side of manufacturing cost, application of flowing concrete with crushed sand can save it about 1.54%.

This study, we establish the relationship model to center the relationship between job satisfaction and job stress of the instructor of kumdo, and analyzed the relationship between each variable. As for a research target, this study used the data for the surveyed 199 people for its final analysis. A survey questionnaire was used as a survey instrument and as for the factor in job stress, the survey questionnaire used by Kim, Dongjoon( 1999) was reorganized to be suited for this research; as for job satisfaction factors, this research corrected and complemented the survey questionnaire format used by Lee, Seungro( 2004), and finally completed a questionnaire survey suited for this research objective with the guidance and counseling from experts. The collected data was analyzed through frequency analysis, factor analysis, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis according to research objectives. Through the above mentioned research procedures, this research obtained the results as fillows: Duty stress appeared whether or not there was kumdo according to characteristics a few duty arbitrariness demography so that very got from stress as soon as single age turned around whether or not a lot of, and scholarship was a low man. On the other hand, appeared as soon as went insane at compensation relation so that a field got from stress more very much. Appeared to things without the difference that age, therefore noted, and showed to most high satisfaction that family turned around a duty only according to characteristics a few duty arbitrariness population statistics whether or not there was kumdo whether or not there was a marriage. On the other hand, women's magazine duty arbitrariness compared a duty only at family, personal relations satisfaction, and a masculine leader appeared high according to sex, and a feminine leader appeared high in compensation only in family more. Scholarship is low, and showed to low satisfaction according to scholarships. As a result of having analyzed relation of family by duty stress and a duty only, duty stress is low, and family, personal relations satisfaction appeared in family, compensation only to what rose to work only. Conclusion regarding a duty arbitrary difference appeared in family, compensation only to things without the difference that noted family, personal relations only in family to work only as soon as went insane if watch the above-mentioned conclusion whether or not there was a field and kumdo.According to this try to exceed a local enemy limit, and a wide researcher shall be performed in subsequent study, and try to use various questionnaire ways that originated from an open-end questionnaire, and write down the depths, and rise, and shall consist of a detailed researcher.
