This study, we establish the relationship model to center the relationship between job satisfaction and
job stress of the instructor of kumdo, and analyzed the relationship between each variable. As for a
research target, this study used the data for the surveyed 199 people for its final analysis. A survey
questionnaire was used as a survey instrument and as for the factor in job stress, the survey
questionnaire used by Kim, Dongjoon(
1999) was reorganized
to be suited for this research; as for job
satisfaction factors, this research corrected and complemented the survey questionnaire format used by
Lee, Seungro(
2004), and finally completed a questionnaire survey suited for this research objective with
the guidance and counseling from experts. The collected data was analyzed through frequency analysis,
factor analysis, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis according to research objectives.
Through the above mentioned research procedures, this research obtained the results as fillows:
Duty stress appeared whether or not there was kumdo according to characteristics a few duty
