        첨단안전장치 장착 버스의 사고사례 분석

        Recently a traffic accident of heavy duty vehicles under the mandatory installation of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) is often reported in the media. Heavy duty vehicle accidents are normally occurring a high number of passenger's injury. According to report of Insurance Institute for Highway Safety, FCW (Forward Collision Warning) and AEB (Automatic Emergency Braking) were associated with a statistically significant 12% reduction in the rate of police-reportable crashes per vehicle miles traveled, and a significant 41% reduction in the rear-end crash rate of large trucks. Also many countries around the world, including Korea, are studying the effects of ADAS installation on accident reduction. Traffic accident statistics of passenger vehicle for business purpose in TMACS (Traffic safety information Management Complex System in Korea) tends to remarkably reduce the number of deaths due to the accident (2017(211), 2018(170), 2019(139)), but the number of traffic accidents (2017(8,939), 2018(9,181), 2019(10,095)) increases. In this paper, it is introduced a traffic accident case that could lead to high injury traffic accidents by being equipped with AEB in a bus. AEB reduces accidents and damage in general but malfunction of AEB could occur severe accident. Therefore, proper education is required to use AEB system, simply instead of focusing on developing and installing AEB to prevent traffic accidents. Traffic accident of AEB equipped vehicle may arise a new dispute between a driver's fault and vehicle defect. It is highly recommended to regulate an advanced event data recorder system.

        교통사고분석에서 EDR 기록정보의 채택에 관한 고찰

        Usage of EDR(Event Data Recorder) report for traffic accident analysis is currently increasing due to government regulation of EDR data release. Nevertheless, a lot of investigators simply adopt by comparing the number of ignition cycles(crash) at event to the number of ignition cycles(download) without an exact judgment whether event data occurred by this accident or not. In the EDR report, besides ignition cycles, there are many factors such as event record type, algorithm active(rear/rollover/side/frontal), time between events, event severity status(rollover/rear/right side/reft side/frontal), belt switch circuit status, driver/passenger pretensioner/air-bag deployment, PDOF(Principal Direction of Force) by ΔV to be able to decide whether or not to adopt. also the event data is considered enough to vehicle damaged state, accident situation at the scene of the accident. and there is described in "all data should be examined in conjunction with other available physical evidence from the vehicle and scene" in the CDR(Crash Data Retrieval) report. Therefore many investigators have to decide whether or not to adopt after they consider sufficiently to above factors when they are the traffic accident analysis and investigate the causes of a accident on the adopted event data. In this paper, we report to traffic accident investigators notable points and analysis methods on the basis of thousands of cases and the results of one's own experiment in NFS(National Forensic Service).

        건조방법에 따른 홍삼 절편의 품질 변화

        본 연구에서는 원적외선 건조 조건에 따른 홍삼 절편의 품질 특성을 알아보았다. TPC, TFC, DPPH의 경우 65도에서 가장 높은 값을 보였으며 이후에 감소하는 추세를 나타내었다. 건조온도를 65도로 고정한 후 0-90분 간 원적외선 건조를 진행했을 때, 60분에 약 10% 수분함량을 보였으며 TPC는 60-90분, TFC는 60분, DPPH는 75분에서 최고값을 나타내었다. 그리고 홍삼 절편에 원적외선, 열풍, 감압, 동결건조를 60분 간 처리한 후 비교했을 때, TPC와 TFC는 감압 및 원적외선 건조에서 유의적으로 높은 값을 보였으며, DPPH의 경우 열풍건조를 했을 때 가장 높은 활성을 나타내었다. 건조 방법에 따른 홍삼 절편의 색도를 비교하였을 때, L, a, b 값은 원적외선, 열풍, 감압 건조 시 감소하였고, 동결 건조 시에는 증가하였다. This study investigated quality change of ginseng depending on far-infrared (FIR) drying methods. The ginseng was cut into 2 mm slices and measured moisture content (MC), color, total polyphenol content (TPC), total flavonoid content (TFC) and DPPH radical scavenging activity (DPPH). The color values (L, a, and b) were decreased after far-infrared (FIR) drying. As increase in drying time, color was changed. Considering quality parameters including MC, TPC, TFC, and DPPH, the optimum condition for drying was set at $65^{\circ}C$ for 60 min. Furthermore, we compared color and functional compounds depending on drying process including FIR, freeze-, vacuum, and hot-air drying. The color values of ginseng were decreased when dried using vacuum and hot-air. While the color values of ginseng were increased after freeze drying. Comparison with another drying method, FIR drying presented the highest color difference. FIR and vacuum-dried ginseng indicate higher contents of TPC and TFC than freeze- and hot air-dried ginseng. And hot-air-dried ginseng present the highest DPPH when compared to another drying methods. On the other hand, freeze dried ginseng show the lowest TPC, TFC, and DPPH.

        검색 증강 LLM을 이용한 치과 상담용 챗봇 개발

        In this paper, a RAG system was implemented using an existing Large Language Model (LLM) and Langchain library to develop a dental consultation chatbot. For this purpose, we collected contents from the webpage bulletin boards of domestic dental university hospitals and constructed consultation data with the advice and supervision of dental specialists. In order to divide the input consultation data into appropriate sizes, the chunk size and the size of the overlapping text in each chunk were set to 1001 and 100, respectively. As a result of the simulation, the Retrieval Augmented LLM searched for and output the consultation content that was most similar to the user input. It was confirmed that the accessibility of dental consultation and the accuracy of consultation content could be improved through the built chatbot.

        수중글라이더를 활용한 동해 아중규모 중층성 소용돌이 발견

        2017년 8월 7일부터 25일까지 수중글라이더를 활용하여 $37.9^{\circ}N$ 위도 라인를 따라 동경 $129.0^{\circ}E{\sim}131.3^{\circ}E$ 사이를 왕복하는 단면 관측을 수행하였다. 해당 경로는 국립수산과학원 정기선박 관측라인 중 106 라인을 따른 것으로 이 경로를 따라 약 18일간 운용하였으며 위치 유지 모드로 동작했던 시간을 제외하고 총 440 km를 비행하였고, 그동안 고해상도 수온 및 염분의 공간 단면을 관측하였다. 본 관측 해역은 약 0.8 m/s의 강한 유속을 갖는 동한난류가 북상하고 있는 상황이었음에도 불구하고, 해당 수중글라이더는 지정된 경로에서부터 RMS 거리 400 m 이내를 벗어나지 않고 정확하게 106 라인을 따라 비행하였다. 본 관측에서 얻어진 고해상도 물성 단면 구조를 국립수산과학원 정선 관측 자료와 비교함으로써 해양환경에 지대한 영향을 끼치는 전선역이나 소용돌이와 같은 현상을 관측하기 위해서 고해상도 관측이 얼마나 중요한지 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 수중글라이더 관측을 통해 이제까지 발견하지 못했던 새로운 소용돌이를 발견할 수 있었다. 이 소용돌이는 수평폭이 10~13 km, 수직폭은 200 m 가량되는 렌즈 형태를 가지고 있으며 시계방향으로 회전하는 아중규모 중층성 소용돌이(submesoscale intrathermocline eddy)다. 수온약층 내 혹은 직하부에 존재하면서 아중규모의 렌즈형태의 구조를 갖는 이러한 중층성 소용돌이는 동해에서 처음 발견되었기 때문에 Korea intrathermocline eddy(Keddy)로 명명하였다. 이 Keddy는 다음과 같은 전형적인 중층성 소용돌이(intrathermocline eddy)의 특징을 가지고 있다. Keddy는 수온약층 하부인 수심 약 170 m, 즉 중층에서 유속최대값을 갖는 특징이 있고, 따라서 해표면에는 해당 지오포텐셜 구조가 드러나지 않는 2차 순압성 구조를 가지고 있다. 또한 중앙부의 성층화가 주변보다 약하고, 수평크기가 1차 순압성 로스비 변형반경과 유사하며, 로스비 수가 0.7로 1에 근접한다. Zonal hydrographic section measurements at $39.7^{\circ}N$ were conducted between $129.0^{\circ}E$ and $131.3^{\circ}E$ from August 7 to 25 in 2017 using an underwater glider. The glider traveled about 440 km for about 18 days along the 106 line of the regular shipboard measurements in the National Institute of Fishery Science (NIFS) and obtained twice a hydrographic section with high horizontal resolution. Even under the strong East Korea Warm Current with maximum speed of 0.8 m/s across the section, the glider successfully maintained the designated path within an RMS distance of 400 m. By comparing with the NIFS shipboard hydrographic section, it is confirmed that high spatial resolution measurements obtained from a glider were necessary to properly observe front and eddy variability in the East Sea where a typical spatial scale is smaller than the open oceans. From the glider section measurements, a new lens-shaped eddy was found in the thermocline. The lens-shaped anticyclonic eddy had 10~13 km in horizonal width and about 200 m in height like a typical submesoscale eddy resided within the thermocline, which was firstly named as Korea intrathermocline eddy (Keddy). The Keddy has the distinguishing characteristics of a typical intrathermocline eddy, such as a central core with anomalously weak stratification, a convex shaped lens bounded by the stratification anomaly, an interior maximum of velocity at 170 m, no surface appearance of the geopotential field, a small or comparable horizontal width relative to the first baroclinic Rossby radius of deformation, and the Rossby nubmer of 0.7.

      • 미야자와 겐지 동화에 나타난 아동관

        In this study, Perspective on Children in Miyazawa Kenji’s works was examined with a focus on the fairy tale Suisen zukino yokka. In Miyazawa Kenji’s works, children appear in various shapes, and the younger they are, the closer they are to nature, and they are portrayed as beings who can communicate with nature and share emotions. In Suisen zukino yokka, the ‘Snow Child’ belonging to the ‘world of heaven’ and the ‘world of death’ and the ‘Child’ belonging to the ‘human world’ must obey the world order to which they belong, respectively. It is portrayed as a pure and innocent being. They belong to different worlds and live in conformity with order, but through the mistletoe branches, ‘Snow Child’ and ‘Child’ are connected and interact in the realm of life and death. Tatsuo Tsuzukihashi, who discussed the children’s view of Miyazawa Kenji’s fairy tale, said, “It was unnecessary for Genji to idealize and make ‘children’s hearts absolute. Because the ideal has already appeared in the Lotus Sutra, children (humans) can just look at it and move on.” Rather, it can be said that the ‘child’ in the Miyazawa Kenji’s fairy tale is being ‘idealized and absolute’ in that it is portrayed as an absolutely ‘innocent’ and ‘powerless’ existence. The child is so helpless that he only wants to be saved. The clear and transparent cry of a child comes from Genji himself, and can it be said that the seeker Genji himself is. 본 연구에서는 미야자와 겐지의 동화「수선월 4일」을 중심으로 겐지의 아동관을 고찰했다. 겐지 동화에는 다양한 아동상이 등장하는데, 나이가 어린 아이일수록 자연에 가까운 존재이며 자연과 교감하고 감정을 나눌 수 있는 존재로 그려져 있다. 「수선월 4일」에서는 ‘하늘의 세계’・‘죽음의 세계’에 속하는 하늘의 아이 ‘설동자(雪童子)’와, ‘인간의 세계’에 속한 ‘아이(子供)’가 등장하는데, 두 ‘아이’는 각자 운명적으로 속해있는 세계의 질서에 따르지 않으면 안 되는 순수하면서도 무구한 존재로 그려져 있다. 서로 다른 세계에 속하며 질서에 순응해 살지만, 겨우살이 나뭇가지를 통해 ‘설동자’와 ‘아이’는 연결되고 삶과 죽음을 넘나드는 영역에서 교류하게 된다. 겐지 동화의 아동관에 대해 논한 쓰즈키하시 타쓰오는 “‘동심’을 이상화하고 절대화하는 일은 겐지에게 있어서 불필요했다. 왜냐하면 이상은 이미 법화경에 나타나 있어서 아동(인간)은 그것을 바라보며 나아가면 되기 때문에”1)라고 언급했는데, 오히려 절대적으로 ‘무구’ ‘무력’한 존재로서 그려져 있다는 점에서 겐지 동화에서 ‘아이’는 ‘이상화·절대화’되어 있다고 할 수 있다.

        고교 검도선수들의 부모지지가 진로결정 자기효능감 및 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 고교 검도선수들의 부모지지가 진로결정 자기효능감 및 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 2014년도 제43회 전국학생검도대회에 참 가한 고교 검도선수 217명을 대상으로 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 19.0을 이용하여 요인분석·신뢰도분석과 상관관계 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 고교 검도선수들의 부모지지가 진로결정 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 자기효능감의 문제해결과 목표설정 모두에 언어적 격려와 정서적 지지가 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 고교 검도선수들의 부모지지가 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향을 분석한결과, 진로성숙도의 계획성에는 언어적 격려와 정서적 지지가, 자기이해에는 진로모델링과 언어적지지 및 정서적 지지가, 독립성에는 언어적 격려와 정서적지지가 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 고교 검도선수들의 진로성숙도가 진로결정 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 자기효능감의 문제해결과 목표설정 모두에 계획성, 자기이해, 독립성, 일의 중요성이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to investigate relationship of parental support, self-efficacy in career decision, and career maturity degree of high school kumdo athletes. To achieve these research objectives in 2014 the high school Kumdo Athletes 217 people participated in the National Student Competition 43rd extraction method using a convenience sample was collected data. The data was subjected to factor analysis, reliability analysis and correlation, and regression analysis using the SPSS 19.0. The results are as follows. First, the parent support of the high school kumdo player career decision that verbal encouragement and emotional support to problem solution and goal setting self-efficacy in career decision had significant influence. Second, parents of high school kumdo players not support the linguistic and emotional support to planning of career maturity degree, self-understanding, the modeling career and linguistic support, and emotional support that, independence has a significant impact on the verbal encouragement and emotional support that appeared. Third, the high school kumdo player career decision problem solving and goal setting for self-efficacy of the significant effects of the importance of planning, self-understanding, independence day, the career maturity.

        Similarity of marks plays on pivot role in application of the trademark as well as infringement. Similarity of marks is judged by their sound, appearance, and meaning. In this case, the similarity of the sound and meaning of the mark is on the issue. Patent court dissects the English word and judges two marks are sufficiently similar that confusion can be expected on the basis of similarity in sound. However, the Supreme court reverse the judgement of the lower court. The Supreme court does not decide the likelihood of confusion based solely on the dissecting the mark. Instead, it points out that the appearance and the meaning should be considered as an important aspect for the purpose of applying a likelihood of confusion. Based on this case, it is obvious that a mark should not be dissected and considered piecemeal; rather it must be considered as a whole in determining likelihood of confusion.
