        사회인구학적 특성이 중 , 고등학교 운동선수 역할사회화에 미치는 영향

        Sport are one area of the necessary life in contemporary people, and are capable of satisfying their needs for the implementation of the value of their life by enabling them to seek their physical and mental health. The purpose of this study is to investigate Influences of Socio-demographic Characteristics on Socialization into the role of Middle and High School Athletes. In order to construct this study, 737 middle and high school student Athletes in Seoul were represented in 1999, using "stratified cluster random sampling". Research instrument wear by devised, Lim, Bum-Jang(1986), Greendorfer(1974), Kim(1997), the researcher himself, pretested, reliability and validity and designed to answer the questions with Self-Administrated Method. The analysis of this data was done by Correlation, Multiple regression. Based upon the result of thy study, the following conclusions appear warranted: 1. the maternal occupation and education are related to the duration of being as an athlete 2. the maternal occupation, school level, paternal education level and income are related to the experience of winning a pride 3. the maternal occupation, subjective social level, paternal education level and occupation, and income are related to the position in athletic team.

        학급내에서 소외를 당하는 학습장애학생의 이미지 변화를 위한 친구교육프로그램의 효과

        This study was conducted to promote a LD(Learning Disabilities) student`s positive classroom behaviors. A peer-teaching program that includes training basic skills and activity reinforcements was constructed. The basic skills were sliding and jumping, while the activity reinforcers include a pizza party, participation in a concert, and skateboard demonstration. The transdisciplinary-team model and the peer-teaching method were applied. The subject`s classroom behaviors were evaluated by 40 classroom mates. Effects of the skateboard program were investigated by pre-post test method. To evaluate the subject`s behavior, a behavioral checklist was developed with validity and reliability test. Results of this study indicates that the subjects` classroom behavior were significantly changed after complete of the skateboard program. However, the subject`s personality characteristics were not changed. Scores of the subject`s classroom behavior that was evaluated by male students was greater than that of female students(p$lt;0.05). The different results by the gender was considered to that the male students more likes the skateboard thant the female students. This study also emphasized that promoting useful classroom behaviors, rather than negative one such as aggressiveness, screeming, and roughing, is important to protect increasing negative images.

        터널 굴착 시 주변 구조물에 미치는 영향을 고려한 발파 설계 사례

        본 연구에서는 기존의 시추공 시험 발파 결과를 이용한 분석뿐만 아니라, 3차원 수치 해석으로 터널 굴착 시 실제 발파와 동일한 조건을 적용한 발파진동영향 검토를 실시하고 주변 구조물에 미치는 진동 영향을 분석하여 발파패턴 설계를 수행하였다. In generally blasting pattern design is carried out in-situ borehole blasting test and its analysis. We added the 3D numerical analysis for blast induced vibrations. This paper is case study of 3D numerical analysis in which considered blast induced vibration affected across buildings, and then we design the blasting pattern of tunnel excavation.

      • 신체발육에 관여하는 생활환경조건의 분석

        This is a mixed longitudinal study to clarify Socio-Environmental factors that affect adolescents' physical growth of boys. One thousand and one hundred three boys, range from 9 to 15, were used in this study. They were students of elementary and middle schools in Pusan. Eight physique items and 52 items socio-evironmental condition questionnaire, which are classified into the status of family, home, physical exercise, daily play activity, nutrition intake and hereditary influence, were measured or surveyed. From 1986 to 1989, 4 times investigation of individual records was done. Results of the study were as following: 1) For the degree of contributions of socio-environmental factors in fluencing physical growth: In case of lengthwise growth, daily activities and physical exercise could be significant factors during elementry school years. However, nutritional status, the members of family, and the daily activities are that of middle school years. For the broadwise growth, the daily activities and the physical exercis were significant factors to the both periods. On the other hand, the body composition growth of elementry school boys are significantly influenced by the members of family and genetic factors. However, the daily activities and physical exercise could be factors for the middle school students. In this period, communality score of the physical growth for the elementry school students was higher than that of the middle school students. 2) For the degree of contributions of socio-environmental factors influencing physical growth in case of patial out the whole for the ages : Socio-environmental factors of the elementary school year can be sunable for the body composition growth. However, that of the middle school year is better for the broadwise growth. In this period, communality socore of the physical growth for elementry school students was higher than that of the middle school students. 3) For the degree of contributions of socio-environmental factors influencing whole of the physical growth : physical growth of elementary school boys, three factors, the daily activities, the physical exercise, the genetic factor could be significance. However, that of the middle school students were significantly influenced by the daily activities, physical exercise and their nutritional status. In this period, communality score of the physical growth for the elementry school students was higher than that of the middle school students.

        뇌허혈 발생전 K통로 조작이 해마의 [K+] 및 Glutamate 농도에 미치는 영향

        Background : Cerebral ischemia causes an increase in extracellular potassium ([K ]e) through activation of the KATP channel. This increase in [K ]e could result in neuronal depolarization and a reversal of the glutamate uptake system in glia. This may further contribute to the excessive concentrations of glutamate and asparate in the extracellular space during ischemia. If the early rise in [K ]e during ischemia could be attenuated, less excitotoxic neuronal damage may be the result. However, activation of KATP channels has been shown to attenuate the anoxia induced depolarization in the hippocampus and may reduce the release of excitatory neurotransmitters during cerebral ischemia. In this study, we address the question of whether KATP channel modulation affects [K ]e and whether it is related with extracellular glutamate concentrations. Methods : After approval by the Animal Care and Use Committee, 18 New Zealand white rabbits were anesthetized with halothane and mechanically ventilated to maintain normocarbia. Microdialysis catheters were inserted into the left dorsal hippocampus and perfused with artificial cerebrospinal fluid at 2 ml/min. K sensitive microelectrodes were inserted into the contralateral hippocampus. A pneumatic tourniquet was placed loosely around the neck. Animals were randomized to receive glibenclamide (n=5, KATP blocker, 3.7 mg/kg) or cromakalim (n=5, KATP opener, 0.5 mg/kg). The control group (n=6) had neither drug. Ten-minute period of global cerebral ischemia was produced by inflation of the tourniquet combined with induced hypotension. Hippocampal [K ]e was measured throughout the periischemic period and glutamate concentrations in dialysate were determined by high-performance liquid chromatography. Peak levels were compared by ANOVA. Results : Glutamate concentration significantly increased during ischemia period for all groups (p<0.05). In glibenclamide treated animals, brain glutamate concentration increased markedly during early reperfusion (t=I 15) compared to other goups (p<0.05). There were no statistical differences on ischemia-induced increases in [K ]e among the three groups. Conclusions : Although it was not possible to demonstrate an effect of modulators of the ATP sensitive K channel on [K ]e, glibenclamide increased glutamate during reperfusion. This paradoxical increase in glutamate after administration of a K channel blocker suggests that the mechanism of glutamate release is not related to [K ]e change.
