Modern costume have various characteristic-feelings of texture, color simplification of a silhouette consideration for individuality etc. However these various characteristic are integrated and controlled by various lines that consist of costume so that it finally expresses simplified functied functional beauty. 글로벌 건설 엔지니어링 고급인력 양성사업의 교육프로그램 개선방안

본 논문은 S대학교 대학원에서 수행하고 있는 '글로벌 건설 엔지지어링 고급인력 양성 사업'에 대한 중요도-만족도 분석을 실시하고 이를 토대로 교육프로그램의 효과성을 제고하는 방안을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 최근 해외건설시장은 매년 증가 추세를 보이고 있으며, 특히 사업타당성 분석 등과 같이 부가가치가 높은 사업의 기획단계에서의 역량강화가 강조되고 있다. 하지만 국내 시공 및 엔지니어링사들의 고부가가치분야의 역량은 여전히 부족한 것으로 평가되고 있다. 이를 극복하기 위해 국토교통부는 해외 건설시장에 필요한 역량인 기획, 관리, 금융, 설계 등 고부가가치분야 역량을 갖춘 전문가 양성을 목적으로 '글로벌 건설 엔지니어링 고급인력 양성' 사업을 시작하였다. 이에 2014년 특성화 대학원 2곳(S대학교, C대학교)을 선정하여 인력양성을 사업을 수행하고 있다. 위 사업의 목적인 해외건설 시장에서 글로벌 경쟁력을 갖추고 질적으로 우수한 고부가가치분야 전문가를 양성하기 위해서, 지속적으로 교육프로그램의 만족도 분석이 실시되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 중요도-만족도 분석(Importance Satisfaction Analysis, ISA)을 통하여 인력양성 프로그램 대상자들의 소요를 효과적으로 파악하고, 도출된 개선안을 통해 '글로벌 건설 엔지니어링 고급인력 양성 프로그램'의 만족도를 제고할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. This study aims to give suggestions based on survey to improve the quality of Global Construction Engineer Training Program in line with the government goals. The domestic construction industry in Korea has kept shrinking, whereas the global construction market is forecasted to keep expanding in the future. It has become an urgent task to be taken up for construction contractors and engineering firms so as to improve their capacity, in particular, in the fields of planning, management, finance as well as engineering. To deal with the lack of capacity of the domestic engineers and to help them emerge as global players in the competitive overseas construction market, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport of the Korean government has designed a program called 'Global Construction Engineer Training Program.' The eligible target of the training program is mid-career professionals who are working for the construction contractors or engineering firms. To draw suggestions for this program, an importance-satisfaction analysis is conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the training program implemented by the S University. The S University, along with C University, was selected as an implementation organization of the program in 2014 by the government. Through an email survey, the participating students in the program were asked questions on the importance and satisfaction against 17 indicators classified into 5 categories: instruction method, professional knowledge of instructors, contents of program, curriculum, and facility and environment. The survey results show that students are satisfied with the overall quality of the program, but it was also found that they want the program opens more coursework on practical application of knowledge, case studies, and global networking.
간흡충 cystein proteinase 유전자의 클로닝

Clonorchis sinensis is one of the most important parasitic trematode in China, Korea, Japan and Southeast Asia. When intermediate host eat raw fish which is infected with it metacercariae, the worm excyst in gut. migrate along bile duct and grow up to adult worm. Recently, cysteine proteinases in trematoda parasites were reported to be specific antigens which reacted with the sera of the infected patients. In our preliminary data, the cysteine proteinase in Clonorchis sinensis also reacted with the sera of Clonorchiasis patients. So we think that the cysteine protinase of C. sinensis could be possible candidate as an antigen for the serodiagnosis of Clonorchiasis patients. Therefore, we cloned cysteine proteinase cDNA to find out the cysteine proteinase which could react with the sera of Clonorchiasis patients. In this study, we cloned a cysteine proteinase gene from adult C. sinensis. And also we compared the expression of the cysteine proteinase between C. sinensis and P. westermani, and then were inspected to a specificity of that gene. Cysteine proteinase cDNA fragment from adult Clonorchis sinensis was amplified by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) using degenerate oligonucleotide primers derived from conserved cysteine proteinase sequences. The amplified yielded a cDNA fragment of approximately 500 bp in length, the amplified product was directly cloned into a T- vector and was sequenced. Sequence analysis and aligment showed significant similarity to other eukaryotic cysteine proteinases and conservation of the cysteine, histidine, and asparagine residues that formed the catalytic triad. To study the cross reactivity with the sera of the patients of Paragonimiasis, we did PCR with C. sinensis and P. westermani cDNA Library. It was only amplified in cysteine of C. sinensis. These results indicated that the cysteine proteinase gene of C. sinensis might be used as an antigen forbe for diagnosis.

This work was observed to the characteristics of samchok silica stone for using many other industries. Raw materials were investigated by the X-ray fluorescence(XRF), X-ray diffraction(XRD), Thermal analysis(DTA, Dilatometer), and Polarizing microscopy. The chemical composition of raw materials were SiO₂(92%), Al₂O₃(3.5%), Fe₂O₃(2.45%), MgO(1.78%), K₂O(1.46%) in weight ratio. A remarkable thermal expansion of the raw materials were observed when heating (at 723 ℃).
