F-18 FDG PET/MRI와 PET/CT 전신 영상에서 VOI를 이용한 정상부위의 $SUV_{LBM}$-최대치에 의한 영상평가

본 연구의 목적은 26명의 건강한 검진자들을 대상으로 PET/CT와 PET/MRI의 전신 영상에서 조기 정밀/ 진단 수준을 향상하고자 관심부피를 이용하여 정상부위의 $SUV_{LBM}$-최대치를 이용하여 PET/CT와 PET/MRI를 조영제 사용 유무와 관계없이 동시 평가할 수 있는 데이터를 구축하고자 하였다. 전신 F-18 FDG PET/CT와 전신 F-18 FDG PET/MRI의 정상부위의 VOI를 이용한 $SUV_{LBM}$-최대치평가는 PET/CT를 기준으로 PET/MRI의 영상은 매우 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<0.0001). 그러나 통계학적으로 높은 상관관계를 가진다(R>0.8). PET/MRI의 $SUV_{LBM}$ 평가 시 26.3% 감소하여 판단할 것과 조영제를 사용할 경우는 29.3% 감소하여 판단할 것으로 생각한다. PET/CT와 PET/MRI의 모든 영상의 판독에서는 $SUV_{LBM}$-최대치를 사용하는 것이 편리성과 효율성을 고려하여 임상의나 연구자들에게 많은 도움이 되리라 판단된다. The purpose of this research is to compare and analyze $SUV_{LBM}$-maximum of normal regions using VOI (the volume of interest) in order to enhance the diagnostic level in whole body images of PET/CT and PET/MRI for 26 health check-up participants. In particular, we try to set up $SUV_{LBM}$-maximum data that can be used in synchronous evaluation for PET/CT and PET/MRI without contrast media. The evaluation of $SUV_{LBM}$-maximum for normal regions of whole body PET/CT and whole body PET/MRI shows that the image of PET/MRI differs very significantly from the reference image of PET/CT (p<0.0001). However, they exhibit high correlations in view of statistics (R>0.8). From this research, we suggest that the decision in the evaluation of $SUV_{LBM}$-maximum for PET/MRI should be made with the reduction of about 26.3%, while one should decide with the reduction of about 29.3% when the contrast media is used. It is helpful to interpret all image of PET/CT and PET/MRI using $SUV_{LBM}$-maximum for convenience and efficiency.

본 연구의 목적은 건강한 검진자들을 대상으로 F-18 FDG PET/CT 전신 영상에서 진단 수준을 향상하고자 관심부피를 이용하여 정상부위의 SUVs, 즉 SUVLBM, SUVBW, SUVBSA의 데이터를 마련하였다. 각각의 최대치(maximum), 평균치(mean), 표준편차(standard deviation), 역치(threshold)를 제시 하고자 한다. 2012년 7월부터 8월까지 전신 F-18 FDG PET/CT 검사를 시행한 총 31명을 대상으로 SUVs를 측정 하였다. 측정의 정확도를 높이고자 핵의학 전문의의 소견으로 이중에서 26명의 건강한 수검자를 대상으로 하였다. 조영제 사용유무와 관계없이 PET/CT의 SUVs 측정에서 SUVBW의 측정치가 가장 높았으며, SUVLBM, SUVBSA 순으로 나타났다. SUVLBM-최대치를 이용하여 조영제를 사용하지 않은 군과 사용한 군을 비교했을 경우, 조영제를 사용했을 경우 측정치가 증가하는 경향을 보였으며, 8부위 중 간, 대동맥, 요추-5, 소뇌는 매우 유의하게 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다(p<0.05). PET/CT의 모든 영상의 판독에서 본 SUVs 데이터가 조기정밀/진단 수준을 향상 하는데 기초 자료가 될 것이라고 판단되며, VOI를 이용한 연구가 활발히 이루어지길 기대한다. Through this research, we measure the data for several SUVs such as SUVLBM, SUVBW, and SUVBSA using volume of interest in order to enhance the diagnostic level in whole-body image for healthy examinees via F-18 FDG PET/CT. Maximum value, mean value, standard deviation, and threshold value for each SUVs are shown. The measurement of SUVs are carried out with 31 examinees who have taken whole-body examination with F-18 FDG PET/CT from July, 2012 to August, 2012. To secure the preciseness of measurement, we selected 26 healthy examinees as a subject of measurement according to diagnostic view of a nuclear-medical doctor. We see from the measurement of SUVs of PET/CT that the value of SUVBW is hightest and followed by SUVLBM and SUVBSA in turn regardless of the use of contrast media. By comparing the SUVLBM-maximum data for the group used contrast media with those for the group used no contrast media, there found a trend that the measured values increase when the contrast media are used. Among them, liver, aorta, lumbar-5, and Cerebellum exhibit significant difference (p<0.05). We conclude that our data for SUVs would be basic references in overall image interpretation, and hope that the research using VOI would be active.

2021학년도와 2022학년도 원격교육지원에 대한 교수 수요도 조사 비교: 대구지역 D전문대학을 대상으로

본 연구에서는 교수 수요도 조사를 통하여 원격 수업에 필요한 환경을 조성하기 위한 기초 자료를 확보하고자 하였다. 본교 전임교원 184명 중 각각 2021학년도 응답자 73명(39.89%)과 2022학년도 응답자 87명(47.28%)을 그 대상으로 하였다. 교수 수요도 조사 결과 2021학년도에는 LMS 개선항목으로 출석체크 시 차시 구분이 27명(37%), 콘텐츠 개발 지원항목으로 핀 마이크 38명(23.3%), 스튜디오를 활용한 콘텐츠 제작의향에서는 그렇다가 26명(35.6%), 현재 사용하고 있는 동영상 편집 프로그램 항목으로는 곰 믹스가 33명(45.2%), 원격교육지원센터의 교육희망 주제는 동영상편집방법이 25명(34.2%)로 가장 많이 나타났다. 2022학년도에는 LMS 개선항목으로 모바일 업그레이드가 27명(31.03%), 콘텐츠 개발 지원항목으로 핀 마이크 52명(59.8%), 스튜디오를 활용한 콘텐츠 제작의향에서는 그렇다가 33명(37.9%), 현재 사용하고 있는 동영상 편집 프로그램 항목으로는 곰 믹스 프로가 47명(54%), 원격교육지원센터의 교육희망 주제는 콘텐츠 제작방법이 23명(26.4%)로 가장 많이 나타났다. 또한 2021학년도와 2022학년도 스튜디오를 활용하여 콘텐츠를 제작할 의향과 차후 원격교육지원센터의 희망 교육주제는 유의하지 않게 나타났다(p > 0.05). 본 원격교육지원센터에서는 LMS의 출석차시 구분을 해결하고, 모바일 업그레이드에 노력하고 있으며, 핀 마이크 보급을 계획하고 있다. 스튜디오의 활용도를 높이고 동영상편집프로그램의 활용법과 동영상 콘텐츠를 제작하는 방법에 대한 교육을 계획하고 있다. 대학 원격수업에서 원활한 수업이 이루어지기 위해서는 대학당국에서 교수자의 학습목표 설정, 콘텐츠 구성 및 내용 조직, 학습동기 유발, 효과적인 수업참여 방안 수립 등 교수 설계자로서 역할 수행에 어려움이 없도록 지원하는 방안을 모색할 필요성이 있다. In this study, we tried to secure basic data to create an environment necessary for distance learning through a survey on professor demand. Among the 184 full-time faculty members of the university, 73 (39.89%) respondents in 2021 and 87 (47.28%) in 2022 were included. As a result of the research on professor demand, in the 2021 school year, 27 people (37%) were classified as LMS improvement items when checking attendance, 38 people (23.3%) were pin-mics as content development support items, and 26 people (35.6%), 33 people (45.2%) of GOM Mix and 25 people (34.2%) of the distance education support center wanted to learn video editing program as the item of video editing program they are currently using. In the 2022 school year, 27 people (31.03%) said mobile upgrade as an LMS improvement item, 52 people (59.8%) of pin-microphone as a content development support item, 33 people (37.9%), but currently using the content creation intention using a studio. As for the video editing program they are working on, 47 people (54%) of GOM Mix Pro and 23 people (26.4%) of the distance education support center want to learn content creation method. In addition, the intention to produce content using the studio for the 2021 and 2022 academic year and the desired educational topic of the distance education support center in the future appeared insignificant (p > 0.05). In this distance education support center, we are working to solve the class of LMS attendance, upgrade mobile, and plan to distribute pin microphones. We are planning to increase the usability of the studio and provide training on how to use video editing programs and how to create video content. In order for a smooth class to take place in a university distance class, the university authorities should seek ways to support the instructor so that he/she does not have difficulties in performing his/her role as a teaching designer, such as setting learning goals, organizing and organizing content, motivating learning, and establishing effective class participation plans. there is a need

북한은 2010년 3월 26일 정상경비 중이던 한국해군 초계함 천안함을 어뢰로 기습공격하여 침몰시켰다. 그 사건으로 승조원 46명이 전사하였고 58명은 생존하였다. 국방부는 제3국의 전문가를 포함하는 합동조사단을 구성하여 과학적이고 엄정하고, 공정한 조사를 실시하여 수중 잔해와 각종 증거를 수집 및 검사하였다. 5월 15일 북한의 어뢰 추진동력장치를 인양하여 결정적인 증거를 확보하여 전 세계에 북한의 만행을 폭로하였다. 한국정부는 북한의 잔학무도한 도발행위를 규탄했으며 유엔안보리에 회부하여 의장성명을 이끌어냈다. 또한 대북지원을 차단하고, 북한상선의 영해통항을 금지시켰으며, 일체의 대화를 중단하였다. 동 사건은 우리 국민에게 실망을 주고, 해군에게 뼈아픈 상처를 주었지만 몇 가지 교훈을 얻을 수 있다. 첫째, 국지도발의 위협을 다시 인식하게 하여 방위기조를 전면전에서 국지전 으로 조정하였다. 둘째, 국가 위기관리 및 국방지휘조직을 다시 정비하는 기회가 되었다. 셋째, 대잠전의 중요성을 인식하고, 특히 서해의 천해 대잠전에 대하여 성찰하게 되었다. 넷째, 해양안보의 위협과 실상을 국민들이 보다 관심을 갖고 이해하게 되었다. 다섯째, 안보에 무관심하던 국민들에게 안보의식을 함양하는 계기가 되었다. 결론적으로 향후 발전방향 및 정책제언을 요약하여 제시하면 다음과 같다: 첫째, 국가위기관리조직을 재점검하고 재정비하여 강화해야 한다. 둘째, 국방지휘체계를 합동작전지휘체계에 맞게 조정하여 원활한 지휘통제 기능을 확보한 다. 셋째, 한미동맹 및 연합작전체제를 지속적으로 유지 및 발전시킨다. 넷째, 전투형 군대로서의 의식교육과 실천이 제도적으로 필요하다. 다섯째, 무기체계는 맞춤형으로 다양한 위협에 효과적으로 대처할 수 있도록 연구개발한다. 특히 해군무기체계는 주변국과 질적으로 동등 이상이어야 한다. 특히 대북위협 및 잠재위협에 적합한 구조를 별도로 건설한다. 여섯째, 해군의 전력구조를 현대전을 수행하기에 적합한 구조로 발전시킨다. 즉, 수상함 위주에서 임무형 조직으로 조정한다. 일곱째, 대잠전과 기뢰전, 구조작전 등 기본 기능도 균형 있게 발전시킨다. North Korean threats at sea has been increased considerably due to Cheonan Incident and deteriorated maritime security of East Asia, especially in the West Sea of Korean Peninsular. North Korea s barbarian act of war provoked the South Korean to anger by torpedoing 1,200 tonnage corvet R.O.K.S. Cheonan. However, North Korean regime denied responsibility and refused apology for their cruelty which resulted lives of 46 sailors. Furthermore, China and Russia sided with North Korea at United Nations Security Council to hold the resolution condemning the savage. This case showed that security system in East Asia should be established to prevent war and conflict in consideration of security environment. The organization should include U.S.A., China, Russia, Japan, and South & North Korea. Likewise Six-Party Talks for dealing with North Korean Nuclear dilemma, the organization should work for the eternal peace of Korean people. The government of South Korea banned all kinds of support for North Korea in retaliation of the incident and cut the dialogue in the mood of mourning for the dead sailors. And South Korea adopted harsh strategy for counter attack as proactive deterrence and demonstrated invincible will with joint exercise with a carrier group from US Seventh Fleet. South Koran navy should alert readiness and enhance anti-submarine capability to break up the North Korean provocation scheme. Followings are suggestion required to repair the damage and prepare for future operations in the NLL(Northern Limit Line) sea area of West Sea: Firstly, reorganize National Crisis Action Team and concerned rules of National Security Council in Blue House. Secondly, reform the command structure of armed forces, especially Joint Chief of Staffs Operations Headquarters in consideration of fairness and rational process of decision making. Thirdly, maintain and develop ROK-US alliance for transfer of wartime OPCON(operation control).

디지털 적외선 체열진단기를 이용한 추간판탈출증 환자의 ROI 온도측정

적외선 체열검사를 시행한 L 4 -L 5 추간판 탈출증 환자의 45명 중 여자가 더 많았으며, 연령은 50대가 가장 많았다. 피절 분포표에 따라 측정한 결과, X2-test 에서는 성별과 나이에 따라서 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다(p>0.05). L4-L5 추간판 탈출증 환자의 ROI 온도를 측정한 부위는 후면 오른쪽 정강이뼈 뒤쪽의 온도가 가장 높았으며, 후면 왼쪽 정강이뼈 뒤쪽-전면 오른 무릎아래-전면 왼 무릎아래의 순이었다. 측정부위에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<0.05). 나이에 따라서는 X2-test 에서는 나이에 따라 0.030을 유의한 결과를 보였다(p<0.05). 정상인의 평균 ROI 온도는 31.20±0.58, 환자의 평균 ROI온도는 30.30±0.50으로 온도 차이는 0.66±0.59로 나타났다. 환자의 ROI온도가 정상인과 차이가 나는 지 알아보기 위한 일 표본 t-검정결과, 유의 확률이 0.03으로 0.05보다 작으므로 환자의 ROI온도는 31.20±0.58보다 낮게 나타났다(p<0.05). 앞으로의 과제는 온열환경에 따른 보정 테이타의 처리기술과 그것을 이용한 새로운 온열 인덱스의 개발이 필요하다고 사료된다. 따라서 데이타의 보정을 줄이기 위해서는 적외선 체열 진단 시 전처치가 무엇보다 중요하며, 이 를 검사하는 방사선사는 환자를 측정 시 주의 깊은 관찰과 배려가 요구된다. Among 45 patients of herniation of intervertebral disc with L 4 to L 5 herniation, who underwent infrared thermography, the number of female was larger than male and the age of 50s was highest. From the results measured from the distribution table, we have confirmed that there was no significant difference depending on sex and age (p> 0.05). The region of the highest ROI temperature for patients with L 4 - L 5 intervertebral disc prolapse was the back of the posterior right tibia, and followed by the back of the left shin bone-below the front right knee-below the front left knee. There was a significant difference depending on the measured site. The average ROI temperature for patients was 30.30 ± 0.50 whereas that for normal persons was 31.20 ± 0.58, yielding the temperature difference of 0.66 ± 0.59 between the two groups. The ROI of patients was lower than 31.20 ± 0.58 (p <0.05) because the significance of the sample, which has been obtained from the results of a sample t-test, was less than 0.05 (p <0.05). From further researches, it may necessary to develope the methodology for correcting data regarding thermal environment and, in addition, to develope a new thermal index based on it. Therefore, we can confirm that pre-treatment for infrared thermography is very important in order to minimize the procedure for correcting data. It is required that radiologists who inspect disc herniations should carefully observe and consider the patients during their measurements.

In this paper, photovoltaic module integrated converter (MIC) based on active clamp current-fed half-bridge converter is proposed. The converter stage operates in zero-voltage condition using active clamp technique. The theoretical study and circuit design for proposed inverter are confirmed with PSIM simulator.
