편마비 환자의 밀기증후군 발생빈도와 신경정신학적 증상과의 관계

The objectives of this study was to investigate the incidence and any correction between hemiplegia with pusher syndrome and neuropsychological symptoms such as hemineglect and anosognosia. Pusher syndrome defines that the patient leans toward the hemiplegic side regardless of the position that patient was placed on and resists any attempt for passive correction of posture that would move his weight toward the midline of the body. The subjects of this study were 69 acute hemiplegia who had been rehabilitated at department of rehabilitation medicine, Asan Medical Center from May 1. 1999 through July 31. 1999. The data were analyzed by researchers who were trained for assessment of anosognosia and hemineglect. 12 subjects were excluded for confusion. The method of statistical analysis used for our study was Fisher's exact test. Results of the study disclosed 21 hemiplegia(38.6%) with pusher syndrome. In conclusion, these hemiplegic patients with pusher syndrome did not have any correlation with hemineglect and anosognosia and also had no preference of stroke side.

A Comparative Study on Internal and External Image TowardsKorean-Chinese Ethnic Clusters: Focusing on Garibong-dong, SeoulYisue Park Abstract: As ethnic enclaves increase, there is a need for a method to analyze the local image of ethnic enclaves and a strategy to improve the image of ethnic enclaves. This study aims to lay the foundation for regional image analysis methods and image enhancement by comparatively analyzing the external images that form the regional image and the perceptions within the region. First, Garibong-dong has external images such as ‘Korean-Chinese cluster’, ‘Crime ridden areas’, ‘Guro Industrial Complex’, and ‘Sharing target area.’ Second, the difficulties experienced by Koreans in ‘China in Seoul’ were not reflected in external image. Third, internally, the high consumption power of Korean-Chinese was recognized. Fourth, Garibong-dong was perceived as a rather safe area for the Korean-Chinese, but it was confirmed that the image of the ‘crime ridden areas’ among the external images was affecting some Koreans in Garibong-dong. This study is meaningful as it discusses the image survey and evaluation method of the region that can be used in the image enhancement strategy of places densely populated by foreigners of various nationalities. However, as in-depth interviews were conducted on the daytime active population in Garibong-dong, it is necessary to conduct in-depth discussions that supplemented the limitations of regions and in-depth interview subjects in follow-up studies. 직립식 전동 스쿠터는 전동기를 이용한 근거리 이동 수단으로 일종의 1인용 스쿠터이다. 현재 여러가지 마이크로프로 세서를 이용하여 주행을제어하는 직립식 전동 스쿠터가 개발되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 PIC16F877A와 자이로 및 가속도 센서를 이용하여 스쿠터의 운행 시 안정성을 개선할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다.

트레드밀에서 경사 훈련을 실시한 양쪽 하지절단환자의 보행분석

The purpose of this report was to describe the gait pattern and parameters of the complicated bilateral amputee with right transtibial and left tarsometatarsal amputation. Using a Vicon 370 three dimensional gait analysis system, the gait analysis was performed at pre and post-test. Treadmill Training with 15 degree, incline was practiced for 8weeks, 3times per week. In linear parameters, the Velocity, Stride length and Single limb support were increased than pre-test. but Cadence and Double limb support were less post-test than pre-test. In kinematics, the maximal pelvic tilt angle showed right side $21.87^{\circ}$, left side $20.67^{\circ}$ at pre-swing phase, and decreased as compared with pre-test. Especially, the inimal hip flexion angle showed right side $-6.83^{\circ}$, left side $1.52^{\circ}$ at pre-swing phase and increased as compared with pre-test. The maximal knee flexion angle disclosed right side $2.66^{\circ}$, left side $21.71^{\circ}$ at stance phase, and decreased as compared with pre-test. In kinetics, the hip extension moment on initial contact stage was right side 0.938NM/Kg, left side 0.09NM/Kg, which was impaired compared with normal person.
