The purpose of this study was to investigate the impacts of negative customer characteristics and Employee's Personality Traits on hotel staff service orientation at service encounters. For the purpose, seven hotels of special first class were selected in Seoul to survey their employee about the impacts that negative customer characteristics would have on their service orientation at service encounters, being accompanied by investigation into previous study. In this study, we have shown that negative customer characteristic and staff's personal traits affect staff service orientation. Secondly, this result suggests how important staff training and internal marketing in the hotel industry to decrease improve service orientation

Ammonia borane (AB) has garnered significant attention as a high‐efficiency energy source, prompting extensive investigations into its electrochemical oxidation. One prominent avenue of research focuses on the development of electrocatalysts to enhance the oxidation of AB. Employing the novel approach of single‐entity electrochemistry (SEE), the electrocatalytic properties of gold (Au), silver (Ag), and palladium (Pd) nanoparticles (NPs) for AB oxidation were explored. In the case of Au and Ag NPs, SEE experiments yielded no discernible current signal, in contrast to the electrocatalytic currents observed with bulk electrodes. However, when Pd NPs were utilized, characteristic staircase signals in the SEE measurements were observed. The variation of the SEE current signal for Pd NPs under different applied potentials, AB concentrations, and NP concentrations was further investigated. An analysis of the SEE signal elucidated the conditions under which Pd NPs can effectively catalyze AB oxidation at the single NP level. This study was performed to investigate contamination levels of aflatoxins, the secondary metabolites produced by fungi Aspergillus flavus and A. parasiticus, in herbal medicine. Herbs is susceptible to these fungi infections through its growth harvest, transport and storage. This study determine the aflatoxin B₁, B₂, G₁ and G₂levels by HPLC-florescence detector coupled with photochemical enhancement in 558 samples herbal medicine distributed in Korea and China. Also, We checked a transfer ratio of aflatoxins from raw herbal medicines to herbal medicine extract. Hot water extraction of herbal medicines was prepared by air pressure and high pressure condition. The analytical method for aflatoxins was validated in this method. In results recoveries of the analytical method were ranged from 67.4% to 96.2% and, limits of detection and quantitation for aflatoxins were 0.015~0.138 μg/kg and 0.046~0.418 μg/kg, respectively. According to the results of monitoring on aflatoxins in herbal medicine, aflatoxins 1.7 ug/kg B1 and 0.9 ug/kg G₁were detected in only one sample of Strychni Ignatii Semen, and 0.8 ug/kg G₁ in Strychni Semen. About 13.6~51.3% of aflatoxins were transferred to hot water extract. Although the detected levels are under the permitted levels for aflatoxins in herbal medicine, these amounts should be considered in regard to overall daily exposure to mycotoxins.

The tourism industries assume an increasing importance in the economy. While the tourism industries continue to extend, the research on improving quality in those industries has been limited. In addition to, tourism service quality is an elusive and abstract construct that is difficult to define and measure. Tourist satisfaction with package tour has been seriously under-researches to date. Despite the importance of tourist satisfaction in tourism marketing, seriously lacking are studies identifying consumer-oriented satis-faction factors and applying there factors in actual company marketing. The main purpose of this study is to find the factors which manage tourism service quality and to test the significance of the relationships between tourism service quality, tourist satisfaction.
