In this study, economic evaluation of the waste heat recovery system combined with heat exchanger and the high temperature heat pump was suggested and investigated. It was designed that the system used the heat of wastewater from sludge-drying process. Based on the annual heat production of the system, bunker-C oil boiler and LNG boiler of the same capacity are compared, respectively. As a result, when the system operates for 15 years, payback period of this system predicts about 2.6~3.2 years in bunker-C oil boiler and about 2.7~3.4 years in LNG boiler, respectively.
잠열재를 이용한 통신 캐비넷용 Passive 냉각시스템 개발

In this study the purpose is development of passive cooling system for telecommunication cabinet used by latent heat material. This cooling system is not required for electronic power. It was tested for the performance of the telecommunication combined latent heat material with 48℃ of phase changed temperature and heat pipe. At 45℃ of outside temperature, when heater power was 1,000W and 1,500W, the inside temperature of the cabinet was 55℃ and 62℃. This system was showed better performance than the other systems.

This study has been conducted the possibility of the subcooling type ice storage cooling system that the stored ice used to subcool the condensed refrigerant. The experimental study was done to fine the characteristics of the cooling capacity according to the variation of the subcooling degree and the analysis for the peak shift effect of the full storage, partial storage and subcooling type ice storage system compared to the normal air conditioning system was also done. The result of the analysis was shown that the peak shift effect of this subcooling type ice storage system could be 61%.

It is known that the amount of unused energy generated in domestic industries exceeds the capacity of national power generation facilities. Accordingly, the government has established the basic plan for response to climate change’ and the basic road map for reducing greenhouse gases in 2030, and is developing policies for disseminating unused thermal energy through exploration of new energy industry models. The heat delivery system is a newly introduced technology to increase the utilization of unused energy, and it is estimated that it will contribute to the creation of new energy businesses such as heat storage and transportation tanker system equipment and heat carrier transportation market. Therefore, this study purpose to utilize as a basic data for establishing direction and strategy for technology development and diffusion through economic analysis about heat delivery system.

The purposes of this work were suggested and validated the methods of heat recovery from dyeing wastewater exhausted in Sihwa and Banwol dyeing industrial park. We analyzed the present conditions of heat supplies and demands. So it was made a selection of the system combined heat exchanger for waste heat recovery and the high temperature heat pump. We decided the specifications of the heat recovery facilities. After this, economical assessment is performed to this system. The payback periods are within 4 years, 20 years and 5 years in case of K company, S company and A company. In addition, when they are produced the heat of same capacity, quantities of pollutants from used fuels were calculated.
