        건조스트레스에 따른 옥상녹화 식물의 생리적 반응

        본 연구는 저관리 경량형 옥상녹화를 위해 맥문동, 울릉국화, 비비추, 돌나물, 잔디의 내건성을 평가하였다. 옥상녹화 식물의 내건성 평가를 위해 용적수분함량, 엽과 토양의 수분포텐셜, 엽록소 a와 b함량, 엽록소형광, 광합성율, 기공전도도, 증산속도, 항산화물질을 측정하였다. 옥상녹화 식물의 내건성 측정결과, 무관수 일수가 경과하면서 용적수분함량 부족에 따라 식물은 점차 고사하는 경향을 보였다. 울릉국화가 가장 먼저 고사하였으며, 그 다음으로 잔디, 비비추, 맥문동 순이었으며, 돌나물은 고사하지 않았다. 비비추, 맥문동, 돌나물은 3주 이상 생존하여 내건성이 높은 식물로 판단되었다. 엽록소 a와 b는 두 가지 유형이 나타났는데, 초기부터 중기까지 일정한 함량을 유지 후, 급격히 감소하는 I유형에는 비비추, 잔디와 초기에는 낮은 함량을 보이다가 중기 때 급격히 증가 후, 감소하는 II유형에는 울릉국화, 맥문동, 돌나물로 구분되었다. 용적수분함량과 증발산량은 모든 식물 종에서 지속적으로 감소하였으며, 엽록소형광 측정결과, 내건성이 상대적으로 높은 돌나물이 가장 늦게 감소하였고, 잔디와 돌나물은 급격한 감소가 나타난 후 고사하였다. 광합성, 기공전도도, 증산속도는 초기에 높은 활성도가 나타났으나, 용적수분함량의 감소로 인하여 식물체가 기공을 닫아 낮아지는 경향을 보였다. 항산화물질 측정결과, 건조스트레스가 증가하면 항산화물질의 양 또한 증가하나, 높은 스트레스가 유지되면 이러한 화합물이 지속적으로 소비되므로, 항산화물질의 증감은 내건성 평가 지표로 사용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. This study evaluated the drought tolerance of Liriope platyphylla F.T.Wang & T.Tang, Dendranthema zawadskii var. lucidum (Nakai) J.H.Park, Hosta longipes (Franch. & Sav.) Matsum., Sedum sarmentosum Bunge and Zoysia japonica Steud. for an extensive green roof. In order to assess drought tolerance of green roof plants, several criteria were measured such as volumetric water content, leaf and soil moisture potential, chlorophyll a and b, chlorophyll fluorescence, photosynthesis, stomatal conductance, transpiration rate and antioxidants. The results of the drought tolerance measurement of green roof plants focused on the gradually withering of plants from lack of volumetric water content. D. zawadskii was the first to show an initial wilting point, followed by Z. japonica, H. longipes and L. platyphylla in order while S. sarmentosum showed no withering. It was concluded that H. longipes, L. platyphylla and S. sarmentosum were highly drought tolerant plants able to survive over three weeks. Furthermore, chlorophyll a and b were divided into two types: Type I, which kept regular content from the beginning to the middle of the period and suddenly declined, like H. longipes and Z. japonica; and Type II, which showed low content at the beginning, sharply increased at the middle stage and decreased, like D. zawadskii, L. platyphylla and S. sarmentosum. Volumetric water content and the amount of evapotranspiration consistently declined in all plant species. The analysis of chlorophyll fluorescence results that S. sarmentosum, which had relatively high drought tolerance, was the last to decline, while Z. japonica and S. sarmentosum withered after rapid reduction. At first, photosynthesis, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate showed high activity, but they lowered as the plant body closed stomata owing to the decrease in volumetric water content. Measuring antioxidants showed that when drought stress increased, the amount of antioxidants grew as well. However, when high moisture stress was maintained, this compound was continuously consumed. Therefore, the variation of antioxidants was considered possible for use as one of the indicators of drought tolerance evaluation.

        해체공사 실무자를 위한 기계식 해체대상 RC구조물의 해석기법 제안

        우리나라의 RC 구조물 기계식 해체공사에서는 적절하지 못한 해체장비의 선정과 탑재가 원인이 되어 해체작업 중 구조부재가 붕괴하는 사고가 발생하기도 한다. 따라서 RC 구조물의 기계식 해체공사를 계획할 때 해체공사 담당자가 대상 구조물에 탑재 가능한 장비의 등급을 보다 편리하게 결정할 수 있는 해석기법이 필요한 실정이다. 이 논문에서는 4층 규모 실 구조물을 대상으로 재하실험과 구조해석을 수행하여, 선행연구에서 도출한 RC 구조물에 탑재 가능한 장비 등급의 적정성을 규명하고, 해체공사 담당자가 구조물의 안전성을 편리하게 평가할 수 있는 해석기법을 제안하였다. 이 연구에서 제안한 해석기법은 RC구조물 기계식 해체공사의 작업 안전성과 적정한 장비 운영을 통한 작업 효율성 향상에 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. In domestic mechanical demolition work against RC building, unsuitable selection and loading of heavy equipment have led to occasional accidents such as collapse of structural members during the work. Therefore, proper analysis technique to easily decide allowable equipment load on the structure is needed at the planning stage of mechanical demolition work. In this paper, performing loading test and elastic analysis against 4-story building at full scale, we confirm appropriateness for allowable load of equipment on RC structures, which was suggested in previous study, and suggest structural analysis method that can evaluate safety of RC building during the mechanical demolition. The suggested method can be effectively utilized to improve work efficiency through safety of mechanical demolition work against RC building and proper management of equipments.

        공압식 심실 보조기의 동물실험

        Background : Ventricular assist devices(VADs) are being used for patients in postcvardiotomy cardiogenic shock status bridge to cardiac transplant settings and in post-myocardial infarction cardiogenic shock. The VAD which was developed at the Deparment of medical engineering in Dankook University College of Medicine was a pneumatically driven device and can maintain pulsatile flow. The goal of this study is to develop animal experimental models using the VAD and to clarify the reliability and hemodynamic property adequacy of end organ perfusion durability and severity of thrombotic-hemolytic tendency of the device. Material and Method : The pneumatic VAD was applied to 8 adult female lambs, We examined some hemodynamic parameters such as arterial blood pressure pulmonary capillary wedge pressure(pcwp) pulmonary artery pressure(PAP) left atrial pressure hour urine output cardiac index VAD flow EKG to determine the reliability of the VAD and hemodynamic compatibility of the experimental animals within 24 hours of experiment. We also observed the end organ perfusion durability of the VAD and thrombotic-hemolytic property of the VAD after 24 hours of VAD insertion. Result: We could monitor all hemodynamic parameters including pcwp PAP cardiac index EKG, adn hour urine as true clinical settings. We observed that the reliability of the VAD was excellent and the hemodynamic property of the experimental animal and end organ perfusion were adequate within 24 hours of experiment. In four lambs surviving 24 hours after insertion the reliability of the VAD and end organ perfusion were excellent and no thrombotic-hemolytic tendency was noted. However after 15 days of experiment the diaphragm of the VAD was torn and it was recommende that the durability of the VAD should be extended. Conclusion : e conclude that the pneumatic VAD developed at Dankook University Biomedical Engineering has good hemodynamic property and low thromboembolic tendency and presents adequate end organ perfusion but we noted that the durability of the device should be expanded further. It will be possible to do more reliable experiment in the future according to the animal experimental method developed in this study especially with the heart failure models.

        소양인(少陽人) 약방(藥方)의 형성과정에 관한 연구(硏究)

        1. Purpose This study is intended to catch the expasion of theory of Sasang Constitutional Medicine through comparision DongyiSooseBowon Chopanbon with DongyiSooseBowon Chobonguen and DongyiSooseBowon Gabobon. 2. Method I compared the Soyangin's prescription and medications of DongyiSooseBowon Chopanbon with those of DongyiSooseBowon Chobonguen and Dongyisoosebowon Gabobon. 3. Result and conclusion 1) Soyangin's Medications of the same kind in Chobonguen's prescriptions and Gabobon's and Chopann's are thirty-two; like Bangpoong(防風), Hyeunggye(荊芥), Sangjihwang(生地黃), sukgo(石膏), etc. And these medications are the principle in Soyangin's disease. 2) Soyangin's Prescriptions of the same name in Chobonguen's prescriptions and Gabobon's and Chopanbon's are Yangdokbackhotang(陽毒白虎湯). Chopanbon's Yangdokbackhotang(陽毒白虎湯) is more rational and effective prescription. 3) Soyangin's Prescriptions of the same name in Chobonguen's prescriptions and Gabobon's are eleven; Bangpoongtongseungsan(防風通聖散), chengumdojuksan(千金導赤散), etc. These prescriptions are similar in the structure. 4) Soyangin's Prescriptions of the same name in Gabobon's prescriptions and Chopanbon's are five; Hyungbangpaedoksan(荊防敗毒散), Yangdokbackhotang(陽毒白虎湯). etc. These Prescriptions make a change in the structure from Gabobon's to Chopanbon's. As this we know that Dongmu(東武) selected Sasang Constitutional prescription and medication in detail as he has the more experience of treatment.

        양격산화탕(凉膈散火湯) 활용(活用)에 대(對)한 임상적(臨床的) 연구(硏究)

        1. 연구배경 및 목적 소양인(少陽人) 신정방(新定方)의 하나인 양격산화탕(凉膈散火湯)의 효능(效能)과 활용(活用)에 대한 임상적(臨床的) 연구(硏究)를 통해 사상체질병증(四象體質病證)의 이해(理解)와 방제(方劑)의 운용(運用)에 도움을 주고자 한다. 2. 방법 1997년 3월부터 1998년 2월까지 1년간 동국대학교 분당한방병원 체질의학클리닉에 내원(來院)한 환자들 중 양격산화탕(凉膈散火湯)이 20첩 이상 투여되고 경과관찰(經過觀察)이 가능했던 65명(남자 40명, 여자 25명)을 대상으로 양격산화탕(凉膈散火湯)이 투여된 환자의 특성, 치료효과, 부작용 등에 관하여 조사하고 분석하였다. 3. 결과 소양인(少陽人)의 양격산화탕(凉膈散火湯)은 남녀 구별 없이 모든 연령층에서 사용되었으며, 대상환자들의 주소증은 흉민(胸悶), 수족병(手足病), 운동장애(運動障碍), 구건(口乾), 상열감(上熱感) 등 37종류였다. 치료효과의 분포는 호전이 58.5%, 우수가 12.3%, 별무변화가 29.3%였으며 악화는 없었다. 전신상태(全身狀態)의 특징으로는 설태(舌苔)가 백태(白苔) 또는 황태(黃苔)를 띄거나 간출이상(刊出異常)이 있는 경우가 많았다. 처방(處方)을 활용할 때는 처방의 변경없이 양격산화탕(凉膈散火湯)만을 사용한 경우가 많았으며 병증(病症)에 따라 약물을 증량(增量)하거나 가미(加味)하여 사용하였다. 양격산화탕(凉膈散火湯)의 치료효과(治療效果)에는 약물의 가감유무(加減有無)가 영향을 미쳤으며, 효과발현시간(效果發顯時間)은 연령이 젊을수록 빠른 것으로 나타났다. 부작용으로는 심계(心悸), 복통(腹痛) 및 소화불량(消化不良) 등이 있었다. Background and Purpose : We intended to be helpful to understand constitutional symptoms of a disease and an application of the prescription through a clinical study of Soyangin Yangkyuksanwhatang. Methods : We studied 65 patients(40 men and 25 women) treated with Soyangin Yangkyuksanwhatang in constitutional clinic of Dongguk Pundang Oriental Hospital. And then we investigated the characteristics of Yangkyuksanwhatang treated patients, remedial values, onset of action and side effects. Results: Soyangin Yangkyuksanwhatang was used in all age groups both men and women. There were 37 kinds of chief complaints including chest discomfort, numbness of hands and feet, motor disturbance and skin disease etc. The distributions of remedial values were slightly improved(58.5%), much improved(12.3%), no improved(29.3%) and there was no aggravated patient. Using the prescription, mostly I prescribed only Soyangin Yangkyuksanwhatang without any changing, and added some herbs to the prescription according to the symptoms of a disease. Soyangin Yangkyuksanwhatang was affected in remedial values by the addition and subtraction of herbs. The onset of action in young age group was shorter than old age group. Side effects were palpitation, abdominal pain and indigestion etc.

      • 동무(東武) 이제마(李齊馬)와 최문환(崔文煥)의 난(亂)

        연구 목적 : 동무 이제마는 1984 년에는 '한국문화예술선현(韓國文化藝術先賢)' 50인 중의 한 사람으로 지정되고, 1996년에는 12월이 '이제마의 달'로 지정되어 그의 업적을 기념하였으나, 일부 역사가는 그가 1896년 함경도(咸慶道) 의병장(義兵將) 최문환(崔文煥)을 잡아 가둔 인물이라 하여 그의 업적 평가에 문제를 제기하기도 한다. 이에 본 연구는 1896년 함흥에서 일어난 소요를 중심으로 당시의 시대 상황 및 발생 동기와 경과 과정을 규명함으로써 이 사건에 대한 정확한 평가(評價)를 내리고 이를 통해 이제마(李濟馬)의 사상적(思想的) 연원(淵源)을 연구하는데 단서를 찾고자 한다. 연구 방법 : 본 연구는 먼저 조선 후기의 시대적 배경과 을미의병에 대해 살펴 보고 1896년 (병신(丙申)) 함흥에 서 최문환을 중심으로 일어난 사건을 정부측(政府側) 기록, 의병(義兵)(최문환(崔文煥))측(側) 기록, 이제마측(李濟馬側) 기록, 그리고 직접적으로 관련이 없이 나타나는 기타(其他) 사료(史料)들을 중심으로 비교 검토하였다. 연구 결과 및 결론 : 1896년 2월 함흥(咸興)에서 일어난 혼란은 을미사변(乙未事變)과 단발령(斷髮令)으로 폭발한 을미의병운동의(乙未義兵運動)의 일환으로 최문환(崔文煥)이 중심이 되어 단발(斷髮)을 강요하던 관리(官吏)들을 살해한 사건이다. 이 때 이제마(李濟馬)는 최문환을 붙잡아 가두고 난(亂)을 진압하여 훗날 '의병을 탄압했다'는 비난을 받게 된다. 그러나 당시는 수구(守舊)와 개화(開化)가 충돌하는 시기였으며, 이러한 혼란으로 말미암아 있을 수 있는 원산(元山) 일본군(日本軍)의 공격으로부터 주민(住民)의 안전(安全)을 최우선적으로 보호하기 위한 행동이었다. 이와 같은 행동을 근거로 보아 이제마는 유생의병(儒生義兵)들이 주장하던 위정척사(衛正斥邪)의 주자학적(朱子學的) 문화이념(文化理念)이나 복고주의적(復古主義的) 정치이념(政治理念)과는 다른 사상(思想)을 가지고 있었으며, 내면적으로는 새로운 변화를 추구하고 있었음을 알 수 있다. 향후 한국(韓國) 민족운동사적(民族運動史的) 측면(側面)에서 의병장(義兵將) 최문환(崔文煥)에 대한 좀 더 많은 연구(硏究)가 필요할 것으로 생각한다. Purpose : Dong-Mu(東武) Lee Je-Ma(李濟馬) was designated as a member of fifty persons 'The Wise Ancestors of Korean Culture and Art' in 1984 and the december of 1996 was appointed as 'The Month of Lee Je-Ma'. Though his achivements was valued like this, some historian criticized that he suppressed the righteous army. So this study was for clarifing the background, the motive, and the course of 'The Rising of Choi Moon-Hwan' occurred in Hamhung on february in 1896, and for the correct appraisement about this event. And also through this, author tried to make clear the origin of Lee Je-Ma's thought. Method : After studing the background of the end of Chosun dynasty and the righteous army in 1895(乙未義兵). Author made a comparative study through the historical materials of the goverment side, the Choi Moon-Hwan side, and the Lee Je-Ma side about 'The Rising of Choi Moon-Hwan' occurred in Hamhung on februrary in 1896. Results & Conclusion : The event occurred in Hamhung on february in 1896 was a part of rebellion of the righteous army in 1895 which had risen against The startling Occurrence of 1895'(乙未義兵) and 'The Royal Commands To Cut Off People's Hair'(斷髮令). Lee Je-Ma suppressed the Rising and put Choi Moon-Hwan in the prison, and which was criticized that he suppressed the righteous army later day. That time was a conflict period between conservatism and civilization, and the Lee Je-Ma's act was the best way to protect the security of residents from the attack which maybe occurred by Japanese army in Wonsan. Judging from this events, author could find Lee Je-Ma's thought was quite different from righteous army's neo-confucianism and conservatism. In the aspect of the history of 'Korean National Movement', further study about Choi Moon-Hwan, the chief of righteous army will be need.

        Allergy성(性) 접촉피부염(接觸皮膚炎)이 유발된 백서(白鼠)의 손상피부(損傷皮膚)에 열다한소탕(熱多寒少湯) 전탕액(煎湯液)이 미치는 영향(影響)

        Objective To study the effectiveness of Yuldahansotang against Allergic Contact Dermatitis, the change of cutaneous shape, histochemistry, immunohistochemistry and distribution of apoptotic cells was researched. materials and methods 4-month-old rats were divided into three groups of 10. One is a contrastive group which has applied Acetone olive oil only. Another is ACD group which has intentionally activated Allergic Contact Dermatitis by DNCB. And the other is YST group which has given medication of Yangkyuksanhawtang extract. Each group of mice were observed after 24, 48 and 72 hours. results 1. With the result of Contact hypersensitivity assay, YST group shows appreciably less ear swelling than ACD group. 2. Comparing YST and ACD groups to each other regarding general change of skin, YST group shows less hyperplasia of epidermis, less migration of inflammatory cells and less damage of epidermis than ACD group. 3. Regarding the change of collagen fiber, ACD group has appeared to be low in number of collagen fiber while YST shows similarity with the contrastive group. 4. In dermis YST group has showed lower number of mastocyte than ACD group and is granulated type. 5. In dermis YST group has showed less MAC-1,IL-1, $IL-2R-{\alpha}$, ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 than ACD group. 6. The distribution of apoptotic cells has appeared littler in YST group than in ACD 7. Among signal molecule of apoptosis Bcl-2 has distributed more in YST group than ACD group and Bax and Fas has distributed less in YST group than ACD group.

        청폐사간탕(淸肺瀉肝湯)이 생쥐의 Lipopolysaccharide 유발 관절염(關節炎)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        1. PURPOSE : The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of Chungpyesagantang on LPS induced Arthritis in Mice. 2. METHOD : All the BALB/C Mice used in this study were 4wks of age at the start of the experiment. The experimental model of Arthritis was induced by injectection of $300{\mu}g/kg$ LPS in mice knee joint. The experiment was compare daily CS treatment group after Arthritis elicitation with Arthritis elicitated group at day 4, 7, 14 after Arthritis elicitation. 3. RESULTS 1) The hyperplasia of synoviocytes of CS treatment group after Arthritis elicitation is soften than Arthritis elicitated group. 2) The aggregation of collagen fibers CS treatment group after Arthritis elicitation is decreased than Arthritis elicitated group. 3) The distribution of TUNEL positive cells(apoptotic cell) of CS treatment group was remarkably increased than Arthritis elicitated group. 4) The distribution of $TNF-{\alpha}$, $NF-{\kappa}B\;p50$, COX-2 positive cells of CS treatment group after Arthritis elicitation in synovial membrane was decreased than Arthritis elicitated group. 5) The distribution of $IL-2R-{\alpha}$, ICAM-1 positive cells of CS treatment group after Arthritis elicitation in apical surface of synovial membrane was decreased than Arthritis elicitated group. 6) The distribution of $NF-{\kappa}B\;p50$, $IL-2R-{\alpha}$ in common iliac lymph node of CS treatment group after Arthritis elicitation positive cells was decreased than Arthritis elicitated group. 4. CONCLUSION : As a result of these experimental results, it may be concluded that Chungpyesagantang used for treatment of LPS induced Arthritis in Mice. Inflamation activity in CS treatment group after Arthritis elicitation was decreased than Arthritis elicitated group.
