        두통처방에 대한 문헌 예비연구

        Objectives: To study for classifying indications and procedure of historical changes, as a preliminary study, we collected and arranged prescriptions of headaches in medical documents after 『Hwang-Je-Nae-Gyeong』. Methods: 1. The researcher reviewed books, as a bibliography, recording to associate with a headaches in 『UI-Bu-Jeon-Rok』. 2. In reference books, we collected and arranged the herb medicines related to headaches in chapter of them. 3. In case of no chapter associated with headaches in books, we found prescriptions related to headaches and rearranged them. 4. Applied or added herb medicines were excluded, if the chief virtue was not primarily for headaches. 5. Prescriptions for signs to headaches related to dizziness were excluded. 6. Prescriptions for signs to associated with tremor were excluded. 7. We excluded prescriptions of headaches for dermatological disease. Results and conclusions: 1. Thirty seven documents were referred to the section of a headche in 『UI-Bu-Jeon-Rok』. 2. Prescriptions of 『Sang-Han-Ron』, which were related to headaches, were repeatedly quoted in chinese medical publications. 3. Nameless prescriptions of headaches were recorded from earlier books to later publications. 4. It started to record prescriptions of headaches separately from 『Hawl-In-Seo』 in 1107. 5. Described how to discriminate Naesang from Oegam, but prescriptions of headache were not listed in Dongwon Yi`s 『Nae-Oe-Sang-Byeon-Hok-Ron』 which was published in 1247.

        불면 처방에 관한 문헌고찰 -동의보감(東醫寶鑑) 몽문(夢門)을 중심으로

        Objectives: By analyzing and comparing indications, components and their doses of herb medicines, which were recorded in insomnia chapters of medical books, we examined historical changes and made clear documentary ground of medications. Methods: 1. 10 books which were noted in insomnia part of 『The Eastern Medical Textbook of neuropsychiatry』 and 13 books were mentioned in same part of 『Uibujeonrok』 were selected as reference. 2. We searched article database such as KISS, riss4U and journals issued by the Korean society of oriental neuropsychiatry. Finally, 39 books which were noted in 3 literature reviews, were chose as reference. 3. In reference books, we collected the herb medicines in chapters related to insomnia. 4. In case of no section associated with insomnia in books, we found prescriptions related to insomnia in whole chapters. 5. If the chief virtue of medication was not primarily for insomnia, we excluded applied or added herb medicines. 6. We classified prescriptions into small groups which had same name, and then rearranged them in chronological order. Results and Conclusions: 1. Banha-tang( banxiatang) of 『Hwangjenaegyeong·Youngchu』 was the first-recorded prescription used for insomnia. 2. The chapter of insomnia appeared in 『Chunkeumyobang』 at first. 3. Ondam-tang(Wendantang) was most cited prescription in medical books. It was recorded totally 19 books from 『Chunkeumyobang』 to 『Hyeoljeungron』. 4. We suspects indications, components, dosage of medication of insomnia in Donguibogam were revised according to author`s clinical experience and circumstances.

        텅스텐이 도핑된 티타니아 나노분말의 화학기상합성 및 광촉매 활성

        티타니아(TiO₂) 나노분말의 우수한 광촉매 활성은 이를 친환경 소재로서 많은 주목을 받도록 하였다. 특히, 최근 들어 이러한 TiO₂의 광촉매 활성을 향상시키기 위하여 TiO₂ 나노분말에 금속 혹은 비금속 원소를 도핑하는 방법이 널리 시도되고 있다. 화염법, 화학기상합성법, 졸-젤법, 공침법, 이온 주입법 등 다양한 방법들이 사용되고 있으며 합성법에 따라 원소들의 도핑 거동이 달라지므로 TiO₂의 전자구조 및 표면성질들이 합성법의 영향을 받게 되며 광촉매 활성 역시 달라진다. TiO₂의 광촉매 활성은 합성법 자체에 영향을 받는 것 외에 후속의 열처리에 의해서도 달라질 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 우수한 광촉매 활성을 가진 TiO₂ 나노분말 소재를 제조하기 위하여 화학기상 합성법(chemical vapor synthesis, CVS)으로 텅스텐(W) 원소가 도핑된 TiO₂ 나노분말을 제조하고 물성 및 광촉매 특성을 조사하였다. 일부의 TiO₂ 나노분말은 300℃~700℃ 범위에서 열처리한 후 물성 및 광촉매 특성의 변화를 조사하였다. Photocatalytic properties of TiO₂ nanopowders has been received much attention due to their high potentials for environmental applications such as remediation of polluted environments. The TiO₂ nanopowders doped with metal or non-metal elements have been synthesized by variety methods such as flame method, chemical vapor synthesis, sol-gel, ion implantation, which affect a doping behavior in different ways resulting in different surface characteristics, leading to different photocatalytic activity. In addition to an effect of synthesis methods, the photocatalytic activity of TiO₂ nanopowders can be improved by subsequent heat-treatments. In this study, to obtain a highly efficient photocatalyst, we synthesized TiO₂ nanopowders doped with tungsten by the chemical vapor synthesis method (CVS) and determined their physical properties and photocatalytic activity, together with subsequent post-treatment in the range of 300℃ to 700℃.

        비이온성 혼합유화제를 이용한 화장용 크림 유화액의 유화안정성 평가

        화장품 제조의 기본원리인 유화과정은 섞이지 않는 두 액체성분에 유화제를 첨가하여 한 쪽의 액체를 다른 쪽의 액체에 분산하여 안정화된 유제를 제조하는 것이다. 이때 사용되는 유화제의 종류에 따라 다양한 화장품을 제조할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 서로 다른 비이온성 혼합유화제를 이용하여 화장용 크림 유화액을 제조한 후 유화액의 점도변화, 입자 크기 변화, 입자 크기 분포변화 등을 측정하여 안정성을 평가하였다. 실험에 사용된 비이온성 유화제의 HLB 값은 EMU-01 (HLB = 12.9), EMU-02 (HLB = 12.9), EMU-03 (HLB = 12.4), EMU-04 (HLB = 12.5)이다. 4종류의 혼합유 화제 모두 시간이 증가함에 따라 입자 크기가 증가하고 점도가 감소하는 경향을 나타내었으며, 화장품 제조 시 교반 속도가 증가함에 따라 입자 크기는 감소하고 점도는 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 그러나 4종류의 혼합유화제를 사용한 유화액 모두 층분리는 일어나지 않아 56일까지의 유화액의 안정성은 확보할 수 있었다. 또한 유화액의 점도는 EMU-01 > EMU-02 > EMU-03 > EMU-04로 크게 측정되었으며, 입자 크기는 EMU-01 ~ EMU-02 > EMU-03 ~ EMU-04로 측정되어 화장용 크림 유화액을 제조할 경우 맞춤형으로 사용이 가능할 것으로 사료된다. Emulsification is a fundamental process of cosmetics manufacture which produces stabilized emulsion by dispersing the liquid from the one side to the other by adding an emulsifier in an immiscible liquid. Various types of emulsifiers can produce various cosmetics. In this study, we evaluated the stability of emulsifier by measuring variations in the viscosity, particle size and particle size distribution. HLB values of nonionic emulsifiers which are used in this paper are 12.9, 12.9, 12.6 and 12.5 for EMU-01, EMU-02, EMU-03 and EMU-04, respectively. All types of emulsions showed an increase in the particle size and a decrease in the viscosity with the time. Also they showed a decrease in the particle size and an increase in the viscosity with respect to increasing the stirring speed. However, the stability of emulsions up to 56 days was secured by observing the non-separation of emulsions. In addition, the viscosity of the emulsions was measured in the order of EMU-01 > EMU-02 > EMU-03 > EMU-04 while the size of particles was measured in the order of EMU-01 ~ EMU-02 > EMU-03 ~ EMU-04. This indicates that our emulsion can be potentially used for preparing a cosmetic facial cream.

        만성두통 환자에서 한방 치료 후 인영혈 부위의 뇌혈류에 대한 연구

        Objectives: This study was performed to change of blood flow in In-Young(ST9) after treatment on chronic daily headache patients. Methods: Monitoring of TCD was examined in 10`s chronic daily headache patients before and after treatment. Mean velocity flow, systolic velocity and pulsatility index were analyzed from TCD at In-Young(ST9). The patients was laid for 20 minutes before treatment and also for treatment. Results: The results showed a significant(p<0.05: Paired T-test) decrease in mean velocity flow and systolic velocity. but there were no significant differences in pulsatility index. Conclusions: These results suggest that there were significant change on blood flow in In-young of chronic daily headache patients.

        이침(耳鍼)의 신문혈자극(神門穴刺戟)이 치매환자(痴매患者)의 뇌파(腦波)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of auricular acupuncture at the Shinmun on patients with dementia by using power spectrum analysis. Electroencephalogram(EEG) power spectrum show site-specific and state-related differences in various frequency bands. Methods: Study was carried out in 38 subjects.(31 patients with dementia and 7 normal people, 27 females and 11 males; mean age=75.9 years old). To know the effect of auricular acupuncture at the Shinmun in patients with dementia, we measured electroencephalogram(EEG) of normal people and patients with dementia about ``before``, ``after`` and ``after 15 minutes`` giving auricular acupuncture at the Shinmun, and compared the brain wave(α, β, δ, θ) of EEG 30 channels. Results: In the case of patients with dementia, in the power values of α(alpha) band at F4, FP2, FCZ, F8, FC4 channels (p<0.05) during the Shinmun-auricular acupuncture treatment increased significantly. In β(beta) band, the power values at T8 channel(p<0.05) during the Shinmun-auricular acupuncture treatment increased significantly. In δ (delta) band, the power values at F7, FP1, FZ, FP2, FCZ, C4, FC4, CP4, T8, P7, P3, O1, OZ, O2, P4, P8 channels(p<0.05) during the Shinmun-auricular acupuncture treatment decreased significantly. In θ(theta) band, the power values at O1, OZ, O2channel(p<0.05) during the Shinmun-auricular acupuncture treatment decreased significantly. Conclusions: Through these results, we concluded that auricular acupuncture at the Shinmun on patients with dementia could have effect the functional mechanism of the cerebral cortex.

        기계화학적 방법에 의한 CuSbS₂와 CuSbSe₂ 나노입자의 합성

        CuSbS₂ (CAS) and CuSbSe₂ (CASe) nanocrystals (NCs), which consist of earth-abundant elements, were synthesized by a mechanochemical method. Elemental precursors such as copper, antimony, sulfur, and selenium were used without adding any organic solvents or additives. The NCs were synthesized by milling for a few hours. The sudden phase changes occurred by self-ignition and propagation, as previously observed in other mechanochemical synthetic processes. The XRD, Raman, and TEM analysis were carried out to determine the crystallinity and secondary phase of the as-synthesized CAS and CASe NCs, confirming the phase-pure synthesis of CAS and CASe. Optical properties were investigated by UV-Vis spectroscopy and it was observed that the band gap energies were about 1.1 and 1.5 eV, respectively for CAS and CASe, suggesting the potential for the use as solar cell materials. The NC colloids dispersed in anhydrous ethanol were prepared and coated on Mo substrates by a facile doctor-blade method. The investigation on the solar cell properties of the as-synthesized materials is underway.

        기계화학적 방법으로 합성한 Cu₂Zn(Sn,Ge)S₄ 나노결정과 이를 이용하여 제조한 태양전지

        Cu1.8Zn1.2(Sn1-xGex)S₄ (CZTGeS) nanocrystals were mechanochemically synthesized from elemental precursor powders without using any organic solvents and any additives. The composition of CZTGeS nanocrystals were systematically varied with different Ge mole fraction (x) from 0.1 to 0.9. The XRD, Raman spectroscopy, high-resolution TEM, and diffuse reflectance studies show that the as-synthesized CZTGeS nanocrystals exhibited consistent changes in various structural and optical properties as a function of x, such as lattice parameters, wave numbers for A1 Raman vibration mode, interplanar distances (d-spacing), and optical bandgap energies. The bandgap energy of the synthesized CZTGeS nanocrystals gradually increases from 1.40 to 1.61 eV with increasing x from 0.1 to 0.9, demonstrating that Ge-doping is useful means to tune the bandgap of mechanochemically synthesized nanocrystals-based kesterite thin-film solar cells. The preliminary solar cell performance is presented with an efficiency of 3.66%.
