        간호대학생들의 자율성과 임상실습만족도의 관계 연구

        The nursing is the scientific studies including the autonomous, self-initiated, autonomous practice ability. In addition, the nursing has responsible for the results of the act based on knowledge but technology through the simple expert, and the it handles a wide variety of situations by the autonomous judgment of the nursing attendant without certain infringement of the authority. The educational purposes of the nursing students produce the workforce which can carry out the professional role for resolving the patient`s health problems after complete the curriculum in the educational purposes. But in the social system which rules the paternalistic values, and it has been scorned non-productively as the role of women, and the nursing was recognized as the role of women, so its` worth cannot be recognized properly and it has been recognized as the existence dependent on the doctor in the health related field. The questionnaire survey was carried out based on 223students of 3-year College of nursing in M city. It is study on the impact factors. As the results of this study, the support and act about themselves, support and act about the others had effects on the satisfaction about the practice curriculum in the autonomy area of the nurses of the clinical nursing practice, and the support and act about themselves had more effects on the satisfaction about the practice curriculum than the support and act about the others.

        과학 창의적 문제 해결 능력에 대한 현장 교사들의 인식

        중·고등학교 현장 과학 교사들의 과학 창의적 문제 해결 능력에 대한 인식을 알아보기 위해 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 조사 결과 현장의 과학 교사들은 과학에서의 창의적 문제 해결 능력 신장을 위한 교육의 중요성은 인식하고 있으나 실제 수업에서는 많이 적용하지 못하고 있으며 수업에 도입하는 것을 어렵게 느끼고 있었다. 이는 교사들이 창의적 문제 해결 능력을 창의성에 초점을 맞추어 이해하고 있기 때문에 창의성 교육에 대한 부담감이 창의적 문제 해결 능력 신장을 위한 교육에 대한 부담감으로 나타나고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 교사들은 경쟁 위주의 대학 입시제도와 학력 중심의 사회 분위기와 함께 다양한 수준의 학생들로 구성된 학급 상황과 과학 개념 위주의 교과 내용 구성, 부적절한 학교 교육 과정 등을 학교 현장에서 창의적 문제 해결 능력 신장을 위한 교육이 제대로 실행되는데 장애가 되는 요인으로 꼽고 있었다. 그리고 창의적 문제 해결 능력 신장 교육을 위하여 학급당 인원수 감축과 사회적 인식 변화와 함께 적절한 교수 전략의 개발과 교수-학습 방법에 대한 정보 제공, 타당하고 신뢰할 수 있는 평가 방법의 개발 등이 시급하다고 생각하고 있었다. 그러나 이러한 장애 요인들과 시급한 조건들이 산재해 있음에도 불구하고 대다수의 현장 과학 교사들은 창의적 문제 해결 능력 신장을 위한 교육이 초등학교 저학년에서부터 가능하다고 보고 있으며 초등학교 고학년과 중학교에서 창의적 문제 해결 능력 신장을 위한 교육이 적절하다고 생각하고 있었다. 그러므로 중·고등학교 현장에서 창의적 문제 해결 능력 신장을 위한 교육이 실효성 있게 이루어지기 위해서는 교사와 학생 모두 창의적 문제 해결 능력에 대한 의미를 정확히 이해하고, 창의적 문제 해결 능력 신장을 위한 수업의 필요성을 확실하게 인식하는 것이 필요한 것으로 생각된다. 특히 교사들이 학생들의 창의적 문제 해결 능력을 향상시키는데 활용할 수 있는 현장에 적용 가능한 형태의 수업전략의 개발과 보급이 시급한 것으로 판단되며, 동시에 이를 평가할 수 있는 평가 기준과 평가 도구의 개발이 이루어져야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study was to investigate secondary science teachers` general perceptions of scientific and creative problem solving. The secondary science teachers responded to a survey. The results indicated that most of the teachers perceived enhancing scientific and creative problem solving skills as one of the most important goals in teaching science. However, they hardly implemented instructions for scientific and creative problem solving in their science lessons. They reported the absence of specialized teaching strategies and assessment tools for scientific and creative problem solving, and university entrance exam-oriented social and educational atmosphere as major barriers. In addition, the teachers tended to present limited understanding of scientific and creative problem solving, which is merely focused on creativity. Considering the results, it was thought that a guide to a clear conception of scientific and creative problem solving was needed. Also, many teaching strategies and appropriate assessment tools for adopting and scientific and creative problem solving were required.

        협동학습이 치위생학생의 학습전략, 학업적 자기효능감 및 수업만족도에 미치는 효과

        Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine the educational effect of cooperative learning, which enables learners to make portfolio by taking advantage of their knowledge and skills acquired through practice, on an oral prophylaxis practice course in an attempt to stir up the spontaneous learning of learners, their learning interest and problem-solving skills. Methods : The selected dental hygiene students engaged in cooperative learning in oral prophylaxis practice III class in the second semester of their sophomore year by utilizing portfolio that was prepared by altering an inclusive dental hygiene practice model. They completed all the 15-week practice course, and then their portfolio was evaluated. They were divided into eight nonequivalent groups whose members were all different in academic standing, and their learning strategies and academic self-efficacy were checked before and after the instruction was provided. And their satisfaction with the class was investigated after the instruction was provided. Results : 1. There were significant gaps to 0.36±0.07 in the charge of learning strategies after they engaged in cooperative learning(p<0.01). There were the broadest differences in cognitive strategies to 3.61, followed by metacognitive strategies to 3.19, and significant differences were found in all the subfactors(p<0.01). 2. There were significant gaps in the charge of self-efficancy to 0.13±0.06 after they engaged in cooperative learning(p<0.01). There were the widest differences in self-regulating efficancy to 3.49, followed by confidence to 3.03 and task difficulty preference to 2.97, and significant differences were found in all the subfactors(p<0.01). 3. When their satisfaction level was analyzed after engaging in cooperative learning, there were significant gaps to 3.94 in the satisfaction level with all of the lectures(p<0.01). There were significant gaps in the satisfaction level with lecture to 4.20, with ensuring academic achievement to 4.13 and with cooperative learning to 3.48 (p<0.01). Conclusions : The above-mentioned findings indicated that cooperative learning had a positive impact on the learning strategies, academic self-efficacy and class satisfaction of the learners, and this study is expected to lay the foundation for the development of new teaching methods for dental hygiene.(J Korean Soc Dent Hygiene 2012;12(1):93-101)

        영유아 부모의 구강보건관심도 조사

        Objective: The purpose of study is to understand the oral health interest and practice of parents of babies and children. In addition, basic data will be collected for planning and evaluating an oral health project which can reduce the rate of dental caries in the Chonnam area. Method: The study subjects were 310 parents, and the researchers visited 4 institutions from April 2 to June 29, 2018. The questionnaires consisted of 7 items of general characteristics, and 8 items of oral health knowledge and practice. Result: 51.0% of subjects thought that their babies or children s oral condition healthy, most of them brushing their teeth three times a day on average. 63.2% had visited a dentist in the last 6 months. 79.0% said they would participate if oral health education were conducted at the daycare facility, and expresseed a wish for training regarding the best brushing method. Conclusion: There is a need to expand education in order to raise the interest in and the practice of children s oral health. In addition, regular oral examinations and early treatment should be more frequently undertaken.

        팀학습에서 성찰일지 작성이 학습자의 학습동기에 미치는 효과

        Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the educational effects of team learning by having learners keep a journal to record, check and reflect on their own learning. It`s basically meant to investigate the effects of team learning on learning motivation and academic achievements to provide some information on teaching-learning strategy setting tailored to learner characteristics. Methods: The subjects in this study were 49 college sophomores. After they were divided into an experimental group and a control group, the experimental group of 24 students engaged in team learning from March to June, 2012, and that group was asked to keep a reflective journal every week to determine whether writing a reflective journal in every session served to boost their learning motivation and academic achievement or not. Results: 1. After the experimental group kept a reflective journal, that group underwent a significant change in learning motivation from a mean of 3.34 in the pretest to a mean of 4.01 in the posttest(p<0.05). The experimental group showed a more positive improvement than the control group. 2. After the experimental group kept a reflective journal, they underwent a significant change in academic achievement from 22.7 in the pretest to 23.5 in the posttest(p<0.05). The control group showed no significant improvement in academic achievement. Conclusions: The findings of the study illustrated that keeping a reflective journal had a positive impact on the learning motivation of the learners, and the findings of the study are expected to lay the foundation for future research in new teaching methods for the department of dental hygiene. key words: academic achievement, learning motivation, reflection Journal, team-Learning

        치면세마실습실 방문자의 구강관리용품 인지 및 사용에 영향을 미치는 요인

        Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the oral health care of oral prophylaxis practice lab visitors, their recognition of oral care supplies, their use of oral care supplies by type, and influential factors for their recognition and use of oral care supplies. Methods: The subjects in this study were 275 people who visited an oral prophylaxis practice lab at a university located in an urban community. The visitors were respectively interviewed from March to June, 2016, and the data from 260 respondents who properly responded were analyzed, and data from 15 visitors who provided incomplete responsees were excluded. Statistical analysis was performed using the nonparametric tests, mann-whitney test and kruskal-wallis test, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS. Results: The mean score of oral care products was 2.25, the average degree of use was 0.09, and dental floss (0.29) was the most used oral care product. There was a significant difference between the groups according to gender (p<0.001), age (p<0.001) and marital status (p<0.001). Factors influencing the perception of oral care products were experience in brushing education and experience in oral care products education. Conclusions: The recognition of the oral prophylaxis practice lab visitors about oral care supplies and their use of the supplies were under the influence of oral health education. Therefore, sustained efforts should be directed into the development of efficient oral health care education programs that can inform people about the importance of oral health care, publicize oral care supplies, and encourage the use of these supplies.
