본 연구는 인도 농식품 가공업을 대상으로 효율성을 분석하고 생산성 변화에 대한 결정요인을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 2015-20년까지의 Prowess의 기업별 자료를 기초로 자료포락분석(DEA)과 맘퀴스트(Malmquist) 분석을 진행하며 정태적-동태적 효율성을 복합적으로 검토하였다. 또 생산성 변화를 의미하는 맘퀴스트 지수에 대한 결정요인도 고정효과 패널모형을 활용하여 분석하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자료포락분석에 따르면 평균 효율성은 0.2로 낮은 수준에 머물러 있다. 또 효율적 상태의 기업과 규모 효율성을 달성한 기업은 각각 5%와 10% 수준에 불과했다. 둘째, 맘퀴스트 지수는 1.001로 나타났다. 이는 생산성이 연평균 0.1% 수준으로 증가한 것으로 생산성 개선 정도가 보합 수준에 있음을 의미한다. 이는 기술 향상에도 불구하고 생산 효율성 저하에 따른 결과이다. 셋째, 맘퀴스트 지수에 대한 결정요인을 살펴보면, 신생 또는 소규모 기업과 같은 특성과 연구개발 같은 요인은 생산성 개선에 도움이 되었다. 반면에, 원자재 구매, 금융지출 등 비용 부담은 생산성 개선에 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 본고는 기업 역량 강화와 함께 기업 비용 절감을 위한 효율적 경영시스템 확립이 필요함을 확인하였다. This study examines productivity in the Indian agricultural food processing industry. We utilize data envelope analysis(DEA) and Malmquist analysis on the firms unit data during 2015-2020 to examine static and dynamic aspects of productivity. We also further analyzed the determinants of the Malmquist index by using panel regression, which means changes in productivity, and the results are as follows. First, data envelope analysis shows an average efficiency of 0.2 levels. Efficient companies and companies that achieved scale efficiency appeared at the 5% and 10%, respectively. Second, Malmquist Index is 1.001, which means that the productivity improvement is 0.1% per year. The reason is because of low-production efficiency despite technological innovation. Third, factors such as newer firms, smaller firms and R&D investment help to improve productivity according to the determinants of the Malmquist Index. On the other hand, the cost burden such as the purchase of raw materials and financial expenditure adversely affects the improvement. These results show that it is necessary to establish an efficient management system to reduce corporate costs with strengthening competitiveness.
수산식품의 지역 HACCP 추진과 생산지 브랜드화를 통한 제품차별화 전략에 관한 연구

As the standard of living increased rapidly in recent years, the attention on food safety is growing. The introduction HACCP is now proceeding as the method of efficiency to manage the risks for the maintain food safety. HACCP is enforced to make sure the health safety from the ingredients production to processing and distribution process all over the world. In Korea, the legislation of HACCP regulations in Food Sanitation Act promoted in 2005. The purpose of this study is to examine the branding of origin and product differentiation by the building of HACCP system. For the purpose of this study, we evaluate the branding of origin to meet the customer’s needs that pursue the food safety. As a result, it’s possible to build HACCP system for seafood through every steps in supply chain such as the catch landing, transportation, auction, processing, and distribution. Customers could take the food certified by HACCP without any doubt. Also it’s possible to the promotion of brand image for the origin and differentiation advantage through the local HACCP system. The local HACCP system would be the motive of operating continued corporation and the main power for the reinvigoration of local economy.

著者들은 1979年 8月에서 11월까지 慶北醫大 附屬病院에 入院한 糖尿病 患者 110名(男=61, 女=49)과 對照群 110名(男=61, 女=49)에게 SCL-90을 使用하여 精神科的 症狀을 比較調査하여 본 結果 다음과 같은 結果를 얻었다. 1. 糖尿病 患者群은 對照群 보다 睡眼障碍, 憂鬱症, 罪意識, 强迫症, 不安症, 身體化의 順으로 有意하게 높았고, 對人 敏感性, 編執症 思考, 恐怖不安, 敵愾心, 죽음에 대한 生覺의 順으로 有意하게 낮았으며, 精神症에서는 아무런 差異도 없었다. 2. SCL-9이 糖尿病을 비롯한 韓國人 精神身體疾患者들의 精神科的 病理所見을 알아내고 다루는데 상당한 價値가 있다고 生覺한다. The present study was conducted to investigate the difference of psychiatric symptoms between 110 diabetic group admitted in Kyungpook National University Hospital and 110 control group by SCL-90 from August, 1979 to November, 1979. The results obtained are summarized as follows. Diabetic patients group has significantly higher levels of sleep disturbance, depression, feelings of guilt, obsessive compulsive, anxiety and somatizatization, but lower levels of interpersonal sensitivity, paranoid ideation, phobic anxiety, hostility and thought of death or dying than those levels of contral group. There are no difference between diabetic patients group and control group in psychoticism. The use of this kind of self-administered symptom inventory can be a valuable adjunct to the identification and management of psychiatric pathology in psychosomatic patients such as diabetics in Korea.
복부수술환자의 수술후 오심 구토에 대한 Ondansetron 의 예방적 효과

Postoperative emesis is still a troublesome problem in patients undergoing general anesthesia. We compared the efficacy and safety of ondansetron, a selective antagonist of serotonin 5HT3 receptors, within the 24hours postoperative period. Forty patients between the ages of 12 and 75 and ASA class I-III, having general anesthesia, undergoing elective abdominal surgery (except gynecologic surgery) were assigned to one of two treatment groups according to uncontrolled parallel comparative study design. A standard anesthetic technique consisting of thiopental-atracurium for induction and N2O-Enflurane for maintenance of anesthesia was used. The data showed that intravenous ondansetron 4mg i.v. before induction was significantly more effective in preventing emesis (n=20, 85%) than placebo (n=20, 60%). Nausea severity scores were also significantly decreased from 1.5±0.6 (mean±SE) in placebo group to 0.30.1 in ondansetron group (p$lt;0.05). All patients receiving of ondansetron 4mg intravenously tolerated their trement well, without any special adverse events. Conclusion; Ondansetron(4mg) given intravenously before induction to prevent postoperative nausea and vomiting in patients undergoing elective abdominal surgery was effective and safe.
