        백중환 복용후 발생한 약진 1례

        BacJung-pil(百中丸) using in stagnation-syndrome of gi and blood(痺證) is a expience prescription, A female patient diagnosed as wind syndrome of head(頭風), and stagnation-syndrome of gi and blood(痺證) showed severe pruritus, rash and eruption of skin. After the patient took BackJun-Pill, two hours later, We examined her change and witnessed macular papule and severe pruritus. Those symptoms disappeared in 7 days since we administer anti-histamine, steroid and GamDu-TangGamiBang(甘豆湯加味方).

        한약과 민간약물의 독성 및 부작용에 대한 고찰

        Although there are a few reports concerning the side effects and toxicity of herbal medicines, there has not yet been any report concerning their causes, mechanisms or prevention. We investigated the internal reports concerning the side effects and toxicity of herbal medicines. In the findings, liver disorder (hepatic injury) was found in 7 cases, kidney disorders (nephropathy) were found in 12 cases, heart disorders were found in 4 cases and mineral-caused diseases were found in 2 cases. Besides, we found the major cause of the side effects and toxicity was drug abuse, such as over-dosage and long term medication. So, we hope this report brings more attention to the safety and toxicity of herbal medicines.

        OATSP를 이용한 마이크로폰의 주파수 특성 응답 측정 알고리즘

        마이크로폰의 주파수 응답 특성은 마이크로폰이 레벨 허용 범위로 재생할 수 있는 주파수 범위를 나타내는 것으로, 마이크로폰이 가지고 있는 특성을 평가하는 기준으로 사용되는 가장 중요한 음향 특성 파라메타 중의 하나이다. 이와 같은 마이크로폰의 주파수 응답 특성을 측정하기 위한 기존의 방법들은 그 측정 조건이 매우 까다로울 뿐만 아니라, 고가의 장비를 사용하여 측정하여야 한다는 문제점을 갖고 있다. 이러한 단점을 보완하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 마이크로폰의 주파수 응답 특성을 간단하게 측정할 수 있는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안한 알고리즘은 컴퓨터로 생성한 Optimized Aoshima's Time Stretched Pulse(OATSP) 신호를 표준 스피커를 통하여 발생시킨 다음, 측정하고자 하는 마이크로폰으로 수음된 신호와 역 OATSP 신호를 컨볼루션시켜 마이크로폰의 임펄스 응답을 측정하고, 이 신호를 이용하여 측정할 마이크로폰의 주파수 응답 특성을 구하는 방범이다. 제안한 알고리즘의 성능 평가는 제안한 알고리즘을 이용하여 구한 마이크로폰의 주파수 응답 특성 측정값과 그들이 갖고 있던 주파수 응답 특성 데이터를 비교 분석하였다. 비교 결과, 측정한 각각의 마이크로폰 주파수 응답 특성들 사이에 오차가 발생하였으나, 오차가 그 측정값들이 허용 오차(${\pm}3{\sim}{\pm}5dB$) 범위에 내에 있었으므로 제안한 알고리즘이 마이크로폰의 주파수 응답 특성을 측정하기에 적합한 방법임을 입증하였다. The frequency response of a microphone, which indicates the frequency range that a microphone can output within the approved level, is one of the most significant standards used to measure the characteristics of a microphone. At present, conventional methods of measuring the frequency response are complicated and involve the use of expensive equipment. To complement the disadvantages, this paper suggests a new algorithm that can measure the frequency response of a microphone in a simple manner. The algorithm suggested in this paper generates the Optimized Aoshima's Time Stretched Pulse(OATSP) signal from a computer via a standard speaker and measures the impulse response of a microphone by convolution the inverse OATSP signal and the received by the microphone to be measured. Then, the frequency response of the microphone to be measured is calculated using the signals. The performance test for the algorithm suggested in the study was conducted through a comparative analysis of the frequency response data and the measures of frequency response of the microphone measured by the algorithm. It proved that the algorithm is suitable for measuring the frequency response of a microphone, and that despite a few errors they are all within the error tolerance.

        뇌성마비 아동의 한방치료 이용실태와 중단원인 연구

        Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate the real status of the utilization of Korean medicine (KM) treatment among children with cerebral palsy (CP). Methods : In a prospective observational multicenter study for children with CP aged from 6 months to 78 months, we analyzed 69 questionnaires of children currently receiving or have received KM treatment such as acupuncture and Korean herbal medicine for CP. Results : Of all the 170 participants, 32 children was currently getting KM treatment and they were getting acupuncture therapy 2.5 times per week on average. The mean expenditure per month for acupuncture and herbal medicine was respectively 32,000won and 501,000won. 37 children have discontinued KM treatment. The most frequent reason for quitting acupuncture therapy was 'inconvenience' (40.7%), followed by 'suffering of children' (33.3%). The average duration of taking Korean herbal medicine was 3.78 months and the highest reason of stopping medicine was 'rejection of children' (32.3%), followed by the 'cost burden' (22.6%). 75% of currently KM using group answered they have experienced positive effect of KM and the rate was 48.6% among the group who have ceased KM. There was a significant difference between the two groups(p=0.025). Conclusions : Further study will be required to increase the therapeutic effect and utilization of KM among the children with CP. More efforts should be made to develop less invasive acupuncture method and various shape of KM herbal medicine and to expand the insurance coverage of KM for children with CP.

        실험계획법을 이용한 복합재 경통 적층각의 최적 설계에 관한 연구

        복합재는 인공위성 카메라 경통의 재료로 많이 사용되는 재료이다. 하지만 적층된 복합재는 층간응력에 의한 층간분리 현상으로 약화된다 이러한 파괴모드는 경통의 구조적 불안정을 유발하며, 카메라의 광학적 성능도 저하시킨다. 따라서 경통은 층간분리에 대해서 강건해야하며, 또한 고강성, 충분히 높은 고유진동수 및 작은 열 팽창 계수 등을 가져야한다. 본 연구에서는 실험계획법을 바탕으로 설계를 진행하였다. 각 실험과정은 직교배열표를 기준으로 설계되었으며, 여러 속성을 고려하기 위해서 MADM 방법을 사용하였다. 그리고 분산분석과 F-검정을 통해서 영향력 인자를 결정하여 경통의 최종 적층각을 결정하였다. Composite has become one of the most frequently used material for a tube of satellite camera due to its attractive characteristics. However, laminated composites can be weakened by delamination which comes from interlaminar stress. Such failure mode cause structural instability of the camera as well as degradation of optical quality. Therefore composite tube should be robust in delamination. Also, composite tube should have high stiffness, sufficient high natural frequency and small coefficient of thermal expansion. The design procedures presented in this paper are based on design of experiments. The experiments for mechanical analysis are designed by the tables of orthogonal arrays. In order to manipulate the various mechanical properties systematically, multiple-attribute decision making(MADM) is employed. Through analysis of variance and F-test, the critical design variables which have dominant influences on mechanical performance are determined. Finally improved ply angles for composite tube are determined.

        경찰상 온라인수색의 법률적 문제 : 2008.02.27 독일연방헌법재판소 판결을 중심으로

        Fur die staatliche Sicherheitsaufgabenfullug sind die Sicherheits- behorde grundsatzlich auf Informationserwerb uber Storer, Tatverdachtiger, Kontaktpersonen, Opfer oder welche Tatzeugen angewiesen. In der Realitat ist die Funktion des Internets des Einzelnen als Kommunikationsmittel und deren Raum kaum zu unterschatzen. Erhebung, Sammlung, Ubermitteln der meisten Informationen sind heute im Internet moglich. Deswegen stellt die Uberwachung der Internetkommunikation heute ein wirksames Mittel der Sicherheitsbehoerde dar. Mit dem Einfluß der zurzeitigen angstlichen Ereignisse wie bei Terroanschlage am 11.9.2001 in NewYork, 11.3.2004 in Madrid, 26.11.2008 in Mumbai ist tatchachlicher Bedarf an Informationen im Internet zum polizelichen, sicherheitlichen Zwecken realischtisch schon unvermeidbar geworden. Aber Sicherheitsbehorde haben wegen der Schwierigkeit der Definierbarkeit von der Internetkommunikation und dem Internetraum heute mit rechtlichen Problemen in ihren Tatigkeiten im Intenet, b.z.w. Computer konfrontiert. Anderseits laesst die staatliche Ueberwachung im Internet zum Schutz der Grundrechte der Buerger, beispielsweise Recht auf informationelle Selbstbestimmung, Brief-, Post-, und Fernmeldegeheimnis, und Unverletztlichkeit der Wohnung, hoch sensible Frage hinter. In diesem Aspekt tauchen immer Ausleungs- und Anwendungsprobleme auf, ob Grundrechte des Einzelenen im Internetgesellschaft mit den alten verfassungsrechtlichen Konzeptionen uberhaupt geschuetzt werden kann. Internet hat im mehreren Aspekten tatsachlich vollig andere Dimensionsprobleme im verfassungsrechtlichen Sinne ausgelost, wie es bei der Online-Durchsuchhung durch Nordrhein-Westfalische Verfassungs- schutzbehorde in Deutschland der Fall ist. Außerdem ist der Versuch zur Online-Durchsuchung durch deutsche Bundeskriminalamt im § 20k im “Entwurf eines Gesetzes zur Abwehr von Gefahren des internationalen Terrorismus” auch ersichtlich. Am 27.02.2008 wurde in der deutschen Bundesverfassungsgericht ein Urteil uber Online-Durchsuchung entschieden. Um die gennante Probleme im Internet zu beleuchten ist zunachst ein Blick auf diesem Urteil zu werfen, denn dieses bisherige Datenschutzproblematik vom Anfang an diagnoziert und einen horeren dimesionlaen Grundrechtsschutz im Internet neu entwickelt hat. Das neue Grundrecht heisst ; “Grundrecht auf Gewaehrleistung der Vertraulichkeit und Integritaet informationstechnischer Systeme”. Diese Entscheidung handelte verschiedene verfassungsrechtliche Masstaebe bei der Online-Durchsuchung, die ich in dieser Arbeit erfassen wollte, zwar Normenklarheit- und Bestimmtheitsgebot, Rechtsschutzgarantie, Unbestimmter Rechtsbegriff, Abgrenzung des neuen Grundrechts zu den anderen relavaten Grundrechten, speziell zu dem Recht auf informationelle Selbstbestimmung. Weiter im 4. Kapitel habe ich gruendlich ein Blick geworfen, ob “Grundrecht auf Gewaehrleistung der Vertraulichkeit und Integritaet informationstechnischer Systeme” auf der koreanischen rechtlichen Grundlage akzeptiert werden kann. Dafuer habe ich “Koreanisches Kommunikationsgeheimnissgesetz(통신비밀보호법)”, “Das Gesetz zur Nutzungsfoederung und zum Datenschutz des informationellen Kommunikationsnetzes(정보통신망이용촉진및정보보호등에관한법률)” im Zusammenhang mit der “Online-Duchsuchung” und der bisherigen Debatten ueber das Recht auf informationelle Selbstbestimmung in Suedkorea kurz beleuchtet. Es sollte noch offen viel diskutiert werden, wie der Staat seine kollidierende Aufgabe, also einerseits Schutz der Grundrechte und andererseits Gefahrenabwehr, in der Internetgesellschaft erfuellen kann.

      • 인버터 에어컨용 능동역률보상회로의 설계 및 효과

        In this paper, the inverter air-conditioner with Power Factor Correction(PFC) circuit is presented for obtaining the good system efficiency and cost merit compared with the conventional inverter air-conditioner. The detailed design procedures for getting the optimal passive components are implemented. Through the simulation and experimental results, it is shown that the system efficiency can be improved. Using the designed components, the proto type system is builted and tested to verify the additional good performances of the proposed circuit.<br/>
