2 Parameter Criterion을 이용한 안정성 평가에 관한 연구

In this paper, the following results about character stics of surface fatigue crack are obtained by △p decreasing experiment and crack generation using SPPS 42 of pipe-use carbon steel. The △Kthe of surface crack is smaller than the △Kth of through crack. Therefore, if the △Kth of through crack is used as defect estimation, it becomes dangerous. The validity of Engineering safety is represented establishing fatigue fracture estimation diagram by the 2 parameter criterion of threshold and fatigue limit.
A Study on the Friction and Wear of Bronze Sintered Friction Materials

The effect of bronze sintered friction materials on frictional and mechanical properties is studied with the content(8~18 wt,%) and shapes (flake and irregular) of graphite that is used as solid lubricants to meet diverse characteristics such as low coefficient of friction, low wear rate and high bending strength. The content and shapes of graphite are optimized by statistical experiments. Friction test was carried out measure friction coefficient, temperature dependence and wear rate. As a result of experiments, the density, hardness and bending strength with a shape of flake graphite are lower and decrease rapidly than that of Irregular, as the content of graphite increases up to 18 wt% Aftei friction test, coefficient of friction is 0.3~0 4 and wear rate is $0.32{\sim}2.98{\times}10^{-7}cm^3/kg{\cdot}m$. When the content of graphite increases, coefficient of friction increases In a shape of flake graphite and decreases in a shape of irregular graphite.
Gas 이송용 Utility Materials의 전해연마 특성에 관한 연구

Many kinds of gases, such as erosion gas, dilution gas, and toxic gas have been used in manufacturing process of LCD at semiconductor. In order to increase accumulation rate of manufacturing process, high degree of purity in these gases and minimized metalllic dust are required. All wetted stainless steel surface must be 316L electro-polished with $0254{\mu}m$ in average. Based on the AES analysis, Cr/Fe 11 and $Cr_2O_3$ thickness $25{\AA}$ are measured Molybdenum and silicon contaminants which is characteristic of stainless steel and oxygen were found on the surface.

콘크리트 충진 강관부재들은 교량의 교각이나 건축물의 기둥으로 사용되고 있다. 콘크리트 충진 강관부재를 다양한 구조물에 효율적으로 적용하기 위해서는 구조물에 작용하는 하중위치 거동 특성 등을 고려하여야 구조적 장점을 충분히 활용할 수 있다. 절개지 및 사면에 사용되고 있는 낙석방지 울타리의 주기둥은 수평방향으로 작용하게 되는 외력에 저항하여야 하는 안전시설이다. 이러한 낙석방지 울타리의 주기둥을 콘크리트 충진 곡형강관으로 적용하여 하중에 저항하는 단면성능을 확인하고 작용하중에 대한 하중저항성능을 확인하기 위하여 강관 두께, 충진 콘크리트 강도 및 충진높이 변화와 작용방향 및 하중높이 등을 변화하여 콘크리트 충진강관 기둥부재의 하중저항 성능 변화를 구조해석프로그램을 이용하여 비교하였다. 또한 기존 낙석방지 주기둥의 성능도 함께 비교하여 성능변화를 비교하였다. Concrete-Filled tube structures(CFT) have been widely installed in structural system as the bridge pier and column of buildings. The CFT member on various structure has been effectively utilized to consider the structural behavior and loading condition. The rockfall protection fence was installed to prevent rockfall from cut slopes and resisted by lateral loading. In this study, FE analyses were conducted to examine the sectional performance and load-resistant performance of curved concrete filled circular steel column by applied lateral load. FE model was considered in thickness of curvature circular steel column, compressive strength of concrete, filled height of concrete, loading direction and loading location. Additionally, their structural performances were compared to those of an installed rockfall protection fence as H-beam.
