Silver Oxide를 이용한 1,2-벤조티아진 유도체의 비대칭 중합체 합성 및 결정 구조

새로운 비대칭 중합체인 7,7'-substituted (or H)-4-oxo-2,2'-dialkyl-1,2',2,2'-dibenzothiazine-3,3'-dicarboxylic acid methyl ester-1,1,1',1'-tetraoxide 3,4'-yl ethers 2a-d를 silver oxide($Ag_2O$)를 이용한 산화적인 중합반응에 의해 7-substituted (or H)-4-hydroxy-2-alkyl-1,2-benzothiazine-3-carboxylic acid methyl ester 1,1-dioxide 1a-d로부터 합성하였다. 4-Oxo-e,e'-dialkyl-1,1',2,2'-dibenzothiazine-3,3'-dicarboxylic acid methyl ester-1,1,1',1'-tetraoxide 3,4'-yl ether 2c의 구조를 X-ray 결정 구조 분석에 의해 확인하였다. Y의 혼입량, 소결 온도 및 냉각 속도를 실험 인자로 설정하여 BSYT의 상온비저항을 위한 모델식을 반응표면분석법으로 구하였다. 그 결과 Y의 혼입량 변화가 상온비저항에 가장 크게 영향을 미치며, Y의 함량이 약 0.24 mol% 일 때 상온비저항은 최소값을 나타내었다. 실제 실험으로부터 구한 상온비저항 값과 모델식으로부터 계산한 상온비저항 값을 비교한 결과 잘 일치함을 확인하였다. New asymmetric dimer, 7,7'-substituted (or H)-4-oxo-2,2'- dialkyl-l,l',2,2'-dibenzothiazine-3,3'dicarboxylic acid methyl ester-1,1,1',1'-tetraoxide 3,4'-yl ethers 2a-d were synthesized through the oxidative dimerization of 7-substituted (or H)-4-hydroxy-2-alkyl-1,2-benzothiazine-3-carboxylic acid methyl ester 1,1-dioxides la-d using silver oxide($Ag_2O$). 4-Oxo-2,2'-dialkyl-1,1'2,2'-dibenzothiazine-3,3'-dicarboxylic acid methyl ester-1,1,1',l'-tetraoxide 3,4'-yl ether 2c was identified by X-ray crystal structure determination.
피롤리딘의 개환과 N-프로텍티드 아미노 케톤의 형성; 5-아미노-2-펜타논 유도체의 합성

The base-induced elimination of N-protected 2-(bromomethyl)pyrrolidines 12a-c with KHMDS in THF at -78$^{\circ}C$ for 1h gave exocyclic enamines 13a-c. The acidic catalyzed pr otonation on ${\beta}$-carbon atom of 2-(methylene)pyrrolidines 13a-c with $H_3PO_4$ formed endocyclic N-iminium intermediates 14(or 15). Nucleophilic attack of alpha-carbon atom and hydrolysis of N-iminium ion gave carbocationic adduct (aminoalcohol) 16 from which 5-amino-2-pentanones 17a-c were formed after deprotonation.
산화은을 이용한 O-알킬화 반응; 새로운 4-알킬옥시-2-페닐카복사미딜-1-토실피롤리딘 유?체의 합성

새로운 COZ-2저해제를 개발하기 위하여 4-hydroxy L-proline의 1-위치에 arylsulfonyl기 2-위치에 arylcarboxamidyl기, 그리고 4-위치의hydroxy에 alkyl기를 도입한 새로운 후보 화합물을 합성하였다. 4-Hydroxy L-proline 1을 출발 물질로 하여 N-tosylation으로 1-위치에 4-methylphenylsulfonyl기를 도입하였고 esterification으로 carboxylic acid를 protection하였다. 4-위치의 O-alkyl-(or aralkyl)ation을 위해서 촉매로 silver oxide를 사용하여 다양한 유도체 4b-d로 전환시키는 데 성공하였다. Carboxylic acid기의 deprotection을 위해서 간편한 base-hydrolysis의 과정을 거쳐 4-alkyloxy-1-tosyl L-prolines 5b-d를 얻었다. 최종 목적 화합물인 1,2,4-치환된 pyrrolidine derivatives, 4-alkyloxy-2-phenylcarboxamidyl-1-tosyl pyrrolidines 6a-d 4종은 DCC를 사용하여 3 및 5b-d와 aniline과의 축합 반응으로 합성하였다. For the development of new COX-2 inhibitor, novel compound were synthesized through induction an arylsulfonyl group to 1-position, an arylcarboxamidyl group to 2-position and an alkyl group to 4-position of L-proline. We started from 4-hydroxy-L-proline, the 4-methylphenylsulfonyl of 1-position was introduced through N-tosylation and the carboxylic acid group was protected by esterification. We sucessfully converted to a various derivatives 4b-d for O-alkyl-(or aralkyl)ation of 4-position using silver oxide as catalysis. The 4-alkyloxy-1-tosyl L-prolines 5b-d were synthesized through base-hydrolysis for the deprotection of carboxylic acid. Final compound 1,2,4-substituted pyrrolidines, 4-alkyloxy-2-phenylcarboxamidyl-1-tosyl pyrrolidines 6a-d were synthesized through the condensation of arylamine with 3 and 5b-d using DCC.
초등학교 아동의 뜨개질 경험에 따른 다중지능의 차이에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was not only to clarify the relations of childhood hand-knitting experience to their overall development and so as to reform the recognition of values on hand-knitting, but also to provide educational raw materials for hand-knitting which is in The 7th Curriculum of Elementary Practical Arts Education, and besides to investigate the differences of multiple intelligence among the children who had the hand-knitting experience or not. Total of 328 5th-grade children from two elementary schools located in Daegu metropolitan city, were investigated. The result of this study shows as follows: First, the fact that 29.7% of investigated children had hand-knitting experiences means that the values of interesting educational activities, and the rate of male, 11.3%, was lower than the rate of female. Second, the result of the analysis of investigating the variation on hand-knitting experience indicates that the higher rate, 73.2% of children had given up when 26.8% of children had accomplished the object, and also that the gender shows no significant statistical deviations. Third, the multiple intelligence according to hand-knitting experience indicates significant statistical differences in all lower factors, so the experienced group shows higher than unexperienced group in all factors. Forth, the differences of intelligence from the experiences show significantly large gap between the experienced group and unexperienced group on the multiple intelligence factors no matter they gave up or not. Also, the accomplished group showed significantly higher mathematical and interpersonal intelligence than the others. In conclusion, the hand-knitting taught in 7th Curriculum of Elementary Practical Arts Education is reasonable for the 5th grade elementary school students regardless of gender, and is valuable to the overall education of children as a learning experience.
