선박 추진용 기관인 저속 디젤엔진의 대형화 및 고효율화에 따라 연소실의 환경은 악화되고 있는 실정이고, 고온 고압 상태에서 작동하는 연소실 내 Piston Running부의 발생 문제는 복합적인 양상을 나타내고 있다. 특히, 디젤 엔진의 주요 구동부로서 접촉현상이 발생하는 Piston Ring과 Cylinder Liner의 습동부 특성을 파악하기 위해서 윤활해석이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 선박용 대형 저속 디젤엔진의 Piston Running부 연성해석을 통하여 열변형량을 계산하고, 윤활해석 수행을 통하여 Piston Land압 력과 유막두께를 파악함으로써 윤활특성을 살펴보고자 한다.
대장내시경 시행 전 맑은 유동식이 시행 여부에 따른 대장정결도 비교

Background/Aims: Adequate bowel preparation is essential for full visualization of colonic mucosa because detection of small polyps and neoplasms depends on the quality of bowel cleansing. The aims of this study were to compare the efficacy, tolerability of preparation and side effect between two groups: clear-liquid diet with polyethylene glycol (PEG) solution versus no diet restriction with PEG solution. Methods: This was a randomized single-blind prospective study. A total of 330 patients were randomly assigned to receive either 2 L PEG solution with a clear-liquid diet on the day before colonoscopy and another 2 L PEG solution on the day of the procedure (group 1) or 2 L PEG solution with a general diet on the day before colonoscopy and another 2 L PEG solution on the day of the procedure (group 2). Results: 162 patients were assigned to group 1 and 168 patients to group 2. The satisfactory quality of bowel preparation was not significantly different between the two groups (80.2%, 78.6%, P=0.707). Patient`s compliance of the clear-liquid diet in group 1 was 50%. The satisfactory quality of bowel preparation was weakly better when the clear-liquid diet was given 2 or 3 times a day (group 1A) than 0 or once a day (group 1B) (74.1%, 86.4%, P=0.048). The tolerability of the PEG solution and side effects of preparation were not significantly different in the two groups (P=0.573, 0.686). Conclusions: Bowel preparation with no diet restriction and split-dose PEG solution was similar to preparation with a clear-liquid diet in efficacy, tolerability and side effect. Therefore, the use of the clear-liquid diet protocol should improve patient`s compliance. (Intest Res 2012;10:272-279)
미용학과를 입학한 대학생들의 입시준비 실태에 관한 연구

This study investigated what applicants for department of Cosmetology have prepared before entering universities and how it influenced satisfaction after entering universities. Verified findings from these study hypotheses are summarized as follows. First, the hypothesis that application motive may affect university examination demonstrated that preference motive as a subfactor of application motive did not affect the examination. However, it had positive impacts on preference. Second, they hypothesis that application motive will affect department satisfaction found that preference motive as a subfactor of application motive showed negative impacts, yet it was rejected due to the absence of significance. However, it affected positively on preference influence. Third, the hypothesis that university examination will affect department satisfaction confirmed that school as a subfactor of university examination was rejected and private institute showed a positive influence. Therefore, this study intends to propose the following recommendation to activate cosmetics-related education in middle and high schools. Institutional support is indispensable to carry out a joint operation of special cosmetics programs between middle, high schools and universities along with active educational strategy in a single middle and high school.
성인 여성의 헤어밝기, 헤어 색상 선택 기준이 색채이미지에 미치는 영향

The subjects of this study were adult women residing in Chungcheongnam-do area, and 293 copies were used as final analysis data. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS 20.0 program, frequency analysis, factor analysis and reliability analysis. Principal component analysis and Varimax were used for extraction. One way ANOVA was performed. Duncan test was performed as a post-test method. As a result, in order to find out the color image according to hair brightness, the analysis of variance showed a significant difference in all the items, and the 'friendliness' factor was the highest. In order to find out the color image according to the hair color selection criteria, the analysis of variance showed a significant difference in all the items, and the 'decentness' factor was the highest. Through these results, Hyundai will be seen as a positive image to others in the social group if it emphasizes the individual's strengths as the era of individuality, the image production, or complements the disadvantages.

선박 추진용 기관인 저속 디젤엔진의 대형화 및 고효율화에 따라 연소실의 환경은 악화되고 있는 실정이고, 고온 고압 상태에서 운전 중인 엔진 부품 및 지지 구조물의 발생 문제는 복합적인 양상을 나타내고 있다. 특히, 배기관 및 이를 지지하고 있는 구조물은 성능, 진동 및 구조적인 문제점들을 복합적으로 파악하여 연성 해석과 측정을 통한 결과 분석을 통해서 최적의 설계를 수행하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 선박용 대형 디젤엔진의 배기관 및이를 지지하고 있는 구조물에 대한 열-구조 연성해석을 수행하여 배기관의 온도 및 응력 수준을 파악하고, 조화해석을 통한 배기관 지지 구조물의 내구성 향상 가능성을 살펴보고자 한다.

The flow induced vibration in the nuclear fuel assembly causes the fretting wear between the fuel cladding tubes and the supporting grids. The reduction in tube thickness due to the fretting wear could be related to the serious damage on nuclear fuel assembly. In this paper, the effect of the water flow on fretting wear of nuclear fuel cladding tube against supporting grid was investigated through the fretting wear tester with water spout equipment. The test results were compared with the data conducted in the stationary water. At stationary water environment the wear debris was trapped between fretting surfaces, and then the fretting wear occurred by three-body abrasion. However, in the case of water flow, the two-body abrasive wear was the dominant wear mechanism, because the wear debris was easily removed by water flow.

In this study, Fretting wear characteristics of the zirconium alloy tubes which are used with nuclear cladding tubes of nuclear power plant were investigated under water flow environment. The test results were compared with the data conducted in the stationary water. At stationary water environment the wear debris was trapped between fretting surfaces, and then major wears mechanism of fretting is three-body abrasion and surface damage caused by delamination. However, under water flow, the two-body abrasive wear was the dominant wear mechanism because of the wear debris easily removed by water flow.

선박 추진용 기관인 저속 디젤엔진은 다양한 왕복마찰 운동기구를 내재하고 있다. 선박의 기동 중 발생하는 왕복 마찰 운동부의 손상 발생은 손실비용을 수반하게 된다. 따라서 왕복 마찰 운동기구의 해석을 통해 손상발생 이전에 예측할 수 있는 시스템 개발의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 그 선행연구로써 왕복 운동을 해석하기 위한 시뮬에이터를 설계 및 제작한 후 음향방출 신호를 활용하여 로드별 음향방출 특성을 분석하고자 한다.

Purpose: This study was performed to evaluate the usefulness of 99mTc-HMPAO-labelled leucocyte scintigraphy for diagnosing prosthetic infection after total knee replacement arthroplasty without the aid of following bone marrow scintigraphy. Materials and Methods: The study subjects were 25 prostheses of 17 patients (one man and 16 women, mean age: 65 years) who had total knee replacement arthroplasty. After injection of 99mTc-HMPAO-labelled leucocyte, the whole body planar and knee SPECT images were obtained in all patients. The subjects were classified into three groups according to clinical suspicion of prosthetic infection: Group A (n=11) with high suspicion of infection; Group B (n=6) with equivocal suspicion of infection, and Group C (n=8) with asymptomatic contralateral prostheses. Final diagnosis of infection was based on surgical, histological and bacteriological data and clinical follow-up. Results: Infection was confirmed in 13 prostheses (11 in Group A and 2 in Group B). All prostheses in Group A were true positive. There were two true positives, one false positive and three true negatives in Group B, and six true negatives and two false positives in Group C. Overall sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy for diagnosis of the infected knee prosthesis were 100%, 75% and 88%, respectively. Conclusion: 99mTc-HMPAO-labelled leucocyte scintigraphy is a sensitive method for the diagnosis of infected knee prosthesis. However, false positive uptakes even in asymptomatic prosthesis suggest that bone marrow scintigraphy may be needed to achieve improved specificity. (Korean J Nucl Med 1999;33:413-21)
