In this paper, examined pragmatic information presented in existing Korean language dictionaries, and discussed problems in presenting the information. After studying the contents and guidelines of major Korean dictionaries, it is hard to say that pragmatic information was systematically classified and detailed guidelines were specified. The same type of pragmatic information was not consistently described in the same dictionary. Discourse functional information and social and cultural information should be supplemented by reflecting the results of recent studies. In order to emphasize the importance of pragmatic information in the dictionary, pragmatic information itself can be set as a microstructure item. In addition, the associations with other microstructure items should be considered. Depending on the type of pragmatic information, flexibility will be needed to distinguish what should be seen in that item from what should be seen in other existing items. When presenting pragmatic information within a microstructure, it is important to select the necessary information and place it in a convenient location, considering the convenience of users and the significance of the information according to the purpose of the dictionary.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the correlation between physical fitness, ankle dorsi-flexion capability, and falling for the elderly. Subjects for this study consisted of 151 volunteers at the Seoul “D” senior welfare center. All subjects were above the age of 65. Subjects completed a questionnaire about their experiences falling. Physical fitness was measured utilizing four different techniques. These are rising from one`s chair and sitting after shuttle run 3 meters test to gauge subject`s agility, coordination, and physical fitness, step test to analyze aerobic ability, the single leg balancing with open eye test to evaluate static stability and maximal step length test to see physical fitness and coordination. Ankle dorsi-flexion capability was measured using two tests that are the muscle strength and the range of motion. The resulting showed strong inter-relationships between different physical fitness variables for the non-falling group. Thus, in order to safe guard the elderly against falling, it is important to develop overall body coordination instead of focusing on purely strengthening individual body parts. Therefore, fall-proofing programs should include complex, compound movements in order to increase coordination throughout the entire body.

In order to review the recycling status of urban mine resources in Korea, metal consumption, metal stock reserves and metal scraps and wastes such as iron scrap, end of life vehicles(ELV), E-waste were surveyed. In making up the list of the metal consumption, the statistical data from the Korea Non-Ferrous Association, the Korea Iron and Steel Association, the HS code of Korea Custom Service, the symposium and the related companies were collected. Finally, "Principle uses and recycling potential of metals in the periodic table" by T.E.Graedel was introduced. This paper suggested the key point for development of urban mine resources. 우리나라의 도시광산 재자원화실태와 전망을 파악하기 위하여 금속소비량을 산출하였다. 년간 금속소비량으로부터 금속 축적량을 추정할 수 있고, 도시광산자원을 전망할 수 있다. 금속소비량을 산출함에 있어 다양한 자료 즉 비철협회, 철강협회, 관세청 HS 코드, 연구용역 보고서, 학술회의자료 및 생산회사 탐문자료 등을 인용하였다. 도시광산개발의 요건(key point)을 설명하기 위하여 T.E.Graedel에 의해서 작성된 표(Principle Uses and Recycling Potential of Metals in the Periodic Table)를 인용하였다.

현재 우리나라 미이용자원의 대표격으로서 전기로 제강분진(EAF Dust)중의 아연(Zn)과 석유탈황폐촉매 중의 몰리브덴(Mo)과 바나듐(V)등을 들 수 있다. 자동차 폐촉매로부터 백금족금속(PGM) 회수 및 폐프린트 회로기판(PCBs)부터의 금, 은, 등도 거론할 수 있으나 유통경로가 복잡하여 정확한 회수통계 파악이 어렵다. 본고에서는 이들 금속의 우리나라에서의 연구동향을 조사 검토하였다. 물질흐름에 관해서는 석유탈황폐촉매에서 회수할 수 있는 Mo, V및 Ni에 한해서만 조사하였다. 그리고 EAF Dust중의 Zn 에 관해서는 후일 별도로 논술하려고 한다. 다만 금속시세가 폭등하고 있기 때문에 금년(2007)내로 Mo및 V의 회수가 확실시되고, 아연도 회수될 전망이다. Typical examples as unrecycled materials in Korea were Zinc from the electric arc furnace dust (EAF Dust), and Moiybdenium and Vanadium from the desulfurizing spent catalyst of petrochemical industries. In the otherwise, though recovery of valuable metals from the waste electronic scrap such as printed circuit boards (PCBs) and platinum group metals (PGM) from the waste automobile catalyst have been interesting issues, it is difficult to collect the exact informations or statistics on their material flow system. In this article, The current domestic research trends for unrecycled or less recycled materials have been reviewed, and material flow and recycling technologies on the desulfurizing spent catalyst were surveyed.
기능적 다리 길이 차이가 압력 중심점과 안정성 한계에 미치는 영향

Purpose: The purpose of this study was functional leg length inequality effect on COP(Center Of Pressure) and LOS(limits Of Stability) and EMG activation. Methods: The participants were consisted of fourteen. Subjects were distributed 2 groups; control group, leg length inequality ${\leq}3mm$, n=8), experimental group(leg length inequality${\geq}10mm$, n=8). The participants were measured leg length wearing comfortable clothes through tape measure method(TMM). All subjects was measured COP(Center Of Pressure), LOS(limits of stability) using by Balance Trainer BT4(HUR, Finland). Results: The results COP was not exist statistical significant differences(p>0.05). LOS was not exist statistical significant difference(p>0.05). Conclusion: The results was not statistical significant differences COP and LOS depending on Leg Length Inequality. But between experimental group and comparison group was exist mean differences on COP, LOS(COP:Ex.>Com, LOS:Ex. <Com/excepted some data). Somewhat COP and LOS was affected on by Leg Length Inequality. Balance is affected on Leg Length Inequality partly.
한국(韓國)의 E-waste 리싸이클링 시스템과 재자원화산업(再資源化産業)

E-waste는 종류가 많고 유통경로가 다양하여 눈에 보이지 않는 흐름이 주류를 형성하고 있다. E-waste에는 레어메탈의 사용이 많을 뿐 아니라 유해한 중금속도 함유되어 있어 자원확보면에서, 환경오염방지면에서 재자원화 처리가 필수적이며 정확한 재자원화 물질흐름의 분석이 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 관점에서 2008년 1월부터 실시한 "전기 전자제품 및 자동차의 자원순환에 관한 법률" 중에서 E-waste와 관련된 법률내용의 골자, 리싸이클링시스템, 리싸이클링현황, E-waste 배출량 추정과 물질흐름 및 PCB의 경제학을 논하였다. 그리고 현시점에서 한국의 E-waste 재자원화산업을 약술하였다. Waste electrical and electronic equipment(WEEE or E-waste) is one of the fastest growing waste stream in Korea. The proper management of such equipment has become of major concern for solid waste professionals because of the large growth of the waste stream and the presence of a myriad of toxic materials with in it. In this paper in order to review the recycling system and recycling industries of the E-waste in Korea, the main frame concerning recycling of "Act on the Resources Recycling of Waste Electrical Electronic Equipment(WEEE) and End-of-life vehicles", recycling system, current recycling status, estimation of the E-waste generation, material flow of the E-waste, economics of PCB and recycling industries of the E-waste were surveyed.

In order to review the technological modulus of the recycling of urban mine resources and non-ferrous smelting process in Korea, key point of recycling process, physical separation, non-ferrous smelting process, unit operation for the recycling technology, recycling process of LS-Nikko Copper and Korea Zinc were studied. Finally, metal recycling processes of the typical non-ferrous smelters in Japan such sa DOWA Holdings and JX Holdings were compared with those of LS-Nikko Copper and Korea Zinc. 도시광산 재자원화기술의 모듈과 한국의 비철제련 프로세스를 파악하기 위하여 재자원화기술의 전체상과 요소기술, 물리선별, 비철제련 프로세스 및 바람직한 도시광산 처리기술의 단위조작을 밝히고, LS-Nikko동제련(주)과 고려아연(주)의 리싸이클링 프로세스를 탐색하였다. 끝으로 일본의 대표적인 비철제련소인 DOWA Holdings 및 JX Holdings 리싸이클링 프로세스와 한국의 위 두 비철제련소의 리싸이클링 프로세스를 비교검토 하였다.

현대생활은 플라스틱 없이는 성립되지 않으며, 폐플라스틱량도 방대하다. 한편 2003년부터 EPR(확대생산자책임)제도가 도입됨에 따라 생활계 혼합 폐플라스틱 발생량이 급증하였다. 플라스틱 리싸이클링에는 플라스틱-플라스틱 간의 선별이 기본으로 되어 있다. 플라스틱간의 선별기술 고도화가 폐플라스틱 재활용의 관건이라 하여도 과언이 아니다. 본고에서는 이와 같은 관점에서 플라스틱 상호선별에 초점을 맞추어, 연구동향과 실용화되어 있는 기술을 기술하고저 한다. Plastic supply and recycling are increasingly becoming matters of social concern. In our country, Extended Producer Responsibility(EPR) system has been adopted in 2003 to expand recycle and reuse of waste resources at producer side, and due to expansion of the EPR system, amount of the mixed plastic waste generation has been drastically increased. Plastic-plastic separation is most fundamental technique to achieve effective plastic recycling. This paper reviews recent developments in plastic-plastic separation techniques and describe future tasks. The mechanisms of each separation which contain gravity separation, electrostatic separation, flotation, and separation of automotive shredder residue are described, and commercial scale and lab-scale results are introduced.
