원격교육을 위한 온라인 컨텐츠 개발

원격교육을 위한 온라인 컨텐츠는 컴퓨터 소프트웨어 기술의 발달과 컴퓨터 통신기술의 발달로 시작된 새로운 교육방법이다. 현재 연령을 초월하여 컴퓨터를 활용한 온라인 컨텐츠가 개발되어 활용되고 있는 단계이다. 본 연구에서는 대학에 적합한 원격교육 모델을 제시하고 향후 대학 내 다양한 과목의 온라인 컨텐츠 개발에 대비하여 과목의 특성에 따라 온라인 컨텐츠의 2가지 유형을 제시하였다. 향후 온라인 컨텐츠의 저작권 보호를 위한 불법복제에 관한 해결책이 필요하고 학생들의 학습 참여 고취를 위한 다양한 교육모델이 지속적으로 연구되어야 할 것이다.

효율적인 XML 문서 변환에 관한 연구

XML is possible to interchange data between documents and applications of mutually different environment and it would be standard language of next generation's web development because of a high degree of efficiency in the aspect of data search, document management. Therefore, this study was to research to effective conversion of XML document and development program which convert RTF document into XML.

멀티미디어 웹 사이트 사용성 품질 평가

본 논문은 멀티미디어 웹 사이트의 사용성 품질 평가를 위한 품질 기준과 웹 메트릭을 제안하고자 한다. 최근 들어 웹 사이트의 활용이 새로운 기술과 접목되어 산업 전반에 결쳐 다양하게 사용되고 있다. 또한 초고속 통신망이 일반화되면서, 그동안 네트워크의 속도 문제로 제한적으로 사용되었던 멀티미디어의 활용이 증가하면서 멀티미디어 웹 사이트가 증가하는 추세이다. 따라서 본 논문은 기존의 소프트웨어 공학, HCI, 하이퍼미디어 분야에서 연구되어온 HTML 기반의 품질 평가의 연구를 멀티미디어 웹 사이트로 확장하고, 멀티미디어 웹 사이트에서 큰 비중을 차지하는 플래시 사용성을 접목하여 새로운 웹 메트릭을 제안하였다. 본 논문에서 제안된 웹 메트릭은 전문가 평가를 통하여 검증을 하였다. 또한 박물관을 도메인으로 하여 웹 어워드 코리아에서 수상한 웹 사이트와 비수상 웹 사이트를 정량적이고 정성적인 품질 평가를 통하여, 운용중인 멀티미디어 웹 사이트의 품질 평가가 가능한 것을 비교 검증하였다. 본 논문으로 향후 고품질의 멀티미디어 웹 사이트 개발의 기반이 될 것이다. This study is intended to propose quality criteria and Web metrics for usability quality evaluation of multimedia Web sites. Recently, applications of the Web sites are not limited to the area of industry and operating as it integrates the new technology. Also as information super highway becomes common with development of network technology, multimedia Web site is on the rise due to various use of multimedia attributes. Therefore this study expands to apply HTML based Web site quality evaluation studied in Software engineering, HCI, Hypermedia to multimedia Web site, and suggests new metrics by integrating flash usability which is expanding its portion in multimedia Web site lately. The Web metrics proposed in this study are verified by heuristic evaluation from a group of expert. It analyses the results of quantitative and qualitative quality evaluation on Web Award Korea by comparing the award-winning, high-quality Web site with non-winning Web sites. This study can be used to establish guideline for high-quality multimedia Web site development in the future.

모션그래픽 활용을 중심으로 영화홍보 웹사이트 분석

영화와 방송과 같은 영상분야에서 발전한 모션그래픽(Motion Graphic)은 설치미술과 같은 예술분야와 웹사이트등의 인터랙티브 미디어에 이르기까지 폭넓게 사용되고 있다. 특히 영화홍보 웹사이트는 영상 미디어의 특징과 웹사이트의 특징이 혼합된 형태로 모션그래픽 기법이 적극적으로 사용되고 있는 상황이다. 이에 본 연구는 영화홍보 웹사이트의 특징을 분석하고 모션그래픽 분석을 위한 선행 연구를 조사하였다. 이것을 토대로 시각적 요소, 미디어 요소, 모션요소를 주요소로 갖는 웹사이트 분석모델을 제안하였다. 또한 2013년 국내 흥행 영화 중 영화홍보 웹사이트를 선정하여 사례 분석하였고 결과를 토대로 개선점과 발전 방향을 제시해보는데 그 목적이 있다. Motion Graphic developed in the visual fields such as film and TV is widely used from the fields of arts such as applied paintings to interactive media such as web sites. In particular, Motion Graphic is actively used in the film's promotion websites with the form of a mixture between characteristics of visual media and characteristics of websites. In this study, we analyze the characteristics of film's promotion websites, investigate previous studies for Motion Graphic analysis. And present a model for the analysis of websites including visual elements, media elements and motion elements as main elements. We select some of promotion websites for films among 2013 domestic hot films, carry out a case analysis, and present the direction of development on the base of the results.

디스플레이에서 조도와 대비비에 따른 가독성 비교 연구

사물을 분석하고 인지하는 분야에 해당하는 시지각은 시각의 생리학적인 측면과 시각체계의 인지적 측면에 대 해 많은 연구가 이루어져 있으며 이를 바탕으로 설립된 시지각 이론이 각 분야별로 다양한 응용 가능성을 모색하고 있 는 실정이다. 그러므로 뉴미디어 시대의 대표적 사례물 중 하나인 모바일 디스플레이가 강조되는 가운데, 시지각 연구 를 기반으로 하여 보다 효용성 있는 시각적 인지 기반의 비중을 늘려야 한다는 인식이 본 연구의 기본적인 이해이다. 본 연구는 모바일 디스플레이를 대상으로 하여 조도와 배경의 밝기에 따른 가독성 관련 실험을 진행하고 이를 분석하 였다. 이를 위해 두 가지 조건에 해당하는 조도의 환경 조건과 기존 모바일 디스플레이에서 가독성 향상 방안으로 제 안되는 두 가지 배경의 밝기 조건을 대상으로 하여 가독성 관련 실험을 진행하였다. 본 연구에서 진행된 실험결과를 분석하여 조도와 배경의 밝기에 따른 가독성에 대해 유의미 여부를 정의하고 가독성 향상을 위한 방안을 제시한다. Visual perception is part of a field of study that examines the analysis and recognition of objects. There have been numerous studies on this topic, including research on the physiological and cognitive aspects of the visual system. Visual perception theory was established through such research efforts and the potential for its application in each field is being investigated. Mobile displays are a representative example of media in the new age. Therefore, this study is based on the understanding that research on visual perception must stress the importance of useful visual cognition. This study used displays to conduct legibility tests based on illumination intensity and contrast ratio. Two conditions relevant to legibility were tested 1) illumination intensity environment and 2) two luminance conditions proposed as measures to improve readability in existing mobile displays. The results of this study were analysed to determine the degree of legibility based on illumination intensity and contrast ratio, and measures for improving legibility were proposed.

웹사이트는 설계를 어떻게 하느냐에 따라서 그 편리성 등이 결정된다. 웹사이트 구축 의뢰를 받게되면 일반적으로는 제일 먼저 전체적인 구조 설계를 고민하게 되고 전달하고자 하는 정보의 양에 따라 네비게이션 설계를 구상하게 된다. 전체 사이트의 기초이자 뼈대가 되는 구조설계와 서브 페이지디자인을 위한 기본 템플릿을 제공하는 구조를 가장 먼저 구상하는 것이다. 그 이유는 사이트의 특성을 효과적으로 전달하는 이미지와 방문자가 직관적으로 웹사이트 구조를 파악할 수 있게 하는 네비게이션 시스템은 웹사이트 구축에 있어서 가장 중요한 요소이기 때문이다. 이와 같이 체계적인 설계를 한 사이트의 경우 수명도 길고 설계가 체계적으로 되어 있을 경우에 업데이트도 한결 수월함을 알 수 있다.

행정서비스 모니터링 제도 및 활성화 방안

본 연구는 기존에 시행중인 국정모니터링을 보다 효율적이고 합리적으로 개선하여 정부정책에 대한 국민의 의견을 국정에 반영할 수 있도록 하기 위한 방안을 모색하는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위하여 먼저 정부와 국민간 쌍방향 의사소통을 원활하게 하는 정부정책에 대한 참여통로의 제도화, 둘째, 정책의 실효성을 담보하는 상시적인 모니터링의 필요, 셋째, 모니터링 점검결과를 환류시켜서 그 정책의 결과가 국민에게 실질적인 만족제공, 넷째, 모니터링에 관한 연구의 희소성 제고 등의 필요성이 제기되었다.본 연구결과를 요약하면, 궁극적으로 행정서비스에 대한 모니터링은 완벽하게 쌍방향 대화가 가능한 수준으로 발전시켜 나가야 할 것이다. 그러기 위해서는 첫째, 모니터링을 시행하는데 있어서 행정기관간 역할을 분담하고 특화시킬 필요가 있다. 둘째, 국정 모니터링협의회 구성 및 운영을 통한 종합점검·평가 및 조정체계를 마련할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 모니터링의 적실성있는 수행을 위하여 혁신인사담당관 등을 중심으로 부처별 정책모니터링 체계를 구축할 필요가 있다. 넷째, 국민 및 내부직원의 참여활성화를 위하여 적극적인 인센티브 부여 방안을 마련해야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to develop more efficient and rational alternatives for the monitoring system on public service for the purpose of reflecting the voice of the people.Unfortunately the research on the monitoring in the public service is scarce. So this study give meaningful contribution to the academics, and the practical affairs in the administrative fields.In order to improve the monitoring system, firstly, the institutionalization of participatory path that the people can be easily accessble on public policy, secondly, the establishment of the system to monitor at all times that guarantee the policy effectiveness, thirdly, the provision of the substantial satisfaction with the policy result toward the people, fourthly, the development of the research on the monitoring in the public service.Accordingly, the study summarized that the monitoring in public service should be done perfect mutual dialogue as much as possible between the people and public employee in order to improving the monitoring system in public service

RFID를 이용한 특수 자산 관리 시스템 개발

RFID기술은 이미 신분증, 교통카드 등 다양한 응용분야에 사용되고 있으며, UHF 대역의 RFID 기술은 물류, 유통, 보안 분야에서 많은 시스템들이 개발되어 왔다. 또한, 사람에 의해서 관리되는 허점을 보완하기 위해서 총기, 보석과 의약품과 같은 특수자산을 효율적으로 통합 관리하고, 실시간 모니터링이 가능한 시스템을 필요로 한다. 본 연구에서는 특별하게 관리되어져야 하는 특수자산을 안전하게 보관하고, 상태를 실시간으로 모니터링 가능하며, 자산의 유통 경로 및 이력 관리를 할 수 있는 특수자산 관리 시스템을 개발하고자 한다. 시스템의 형태는 캐비닛의 형태를 가지고 있기 때문에 스마트 캐비닛이라고 한다. 스마트 캐비닛은 RFID, 다양한 센서, 지문 인식, 스마트카드 등의 기술을 통합하여 특수자산을 안전하게 보호하며, 관리 서버와의 통신을 통하여 자산의 실시간 감시, 이력 관리, 유통 경로, 보안로그 등을 제공한다. 본 연구에서는 특수자산 관리시스템을 구성하는데 있어서 총기 및 의약품 관리 스마트 캐비닛을 개발하였으며, 이에 대한 효용성 및 가능성을 제시하였다. RFID technology is already used in the various application fields such as identification card, traffic card and etc. Many RFID application systems using UHF have been developed in the field of asset management, logistics and security. Because a human being can make mistakes, we need the system that can efficiently manage the special assets such as small arms, jewelry and medicine and can monitor them in real time. In this paper, we proposed a special assets management system to keep assets in safe custody, to monitor their safety status in real time and to manage distribution channels and history of those assets. The developed system is called Smart Cabinet because it has cabinet's form. Smart Cabinet integrates such technologies as RFID, smart card, fingerprint recognition, several sensors and LCD display in order to provide the functions for special asset management. Those functions include condition monitoring of assets, traceability management, distribution channels and security logs, which are to interact with a management server. The article demonstrated the potentiality of RFID by presenting special asset management solutions dedicated to guns and medicine management, and also showed the effectiveness and possibility of those solutions.
