Defense analysis & evaluation includes menace analysis, validation analysis, problem analysis, scientific technical analysis, technical trade-off analysis, alternative analysis, cost analysis, etc. Reliable related data is required to perform these analysis activities efficiently. but in case of these defense analysis & evaluation data acquisition system, the data is insufficient and scattered about each organization. The data of database system is also not utilized sufficiently. Abroad technical data is also low level data such as catalog or military officer's collection. Therefore, this paper propose defense analysis & evaluation data acquisition system by systems engineering process. we also propose construction method of data acquisition system.

There are many researches about design change of car in order to satisfy regulations of pedestrian protection like EEVC WG-17 in Europe. But these researches give insufficient understanding of impactors being used in the impact test because they attach importance to design change of car. So this study gave a description of impactor stiffness and moment through change about shape of impact object, impact position and impact angle. By using result, we suggested a method to estimate intrusion of car which required to satisfy the regulations of pedestrian protection.

웹 게시판 서비스에서의 비정상행위 탐지 및 블러킹 방안 제시는 서비스를 제공하는 주체에게는 대량의 광고성 게시글로부터 안정적 서비스 운영이 가능하게끔 하고, 서비스를 이용하는 사용자에게는 원하지 않는 게시글로부터 블러킹 방안을 제공 받아 깨끗한 웹 게시판 서비스를 가능한 방안으로 인터넷 환경이 제공되면서 필터링 기술 발전 수준이 가장 높은 스팸 메일 필터링 기술을 응용하여 웹 게시판 서비스에 적용하여 필터링 효과 수준을 측정하고 다른 웹 서비스 등에 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다.

가스 터빈의 효율을 결정하는 여러 요인들 중, 스월러가 일으키는 선회 유동은 혼합기와 화염의 안정화에 지대한 영향을 미친다. 본 연구에서는 가스 터빈의 연소실 내에서 스월러에 의해 일어나는 선회 유동에 대해 고찰하였다. 스월러에 부착된 플레어의 유무에 따른 유동을 비교 분석하였고, 플레어가 유동에 미치는 영향을 가시화하기 위하여 PIV 기법을 사용하였다. 작동 유체로는 물을 사용했으며, 축방향 속도, CRZ (Central Recirculation Zone) 를 분석하여 플레어가 존재함으로 인해서 재순환 영역이 더욱 크게 형성된다는 것을 확인하였다. One of the factor which determines the efficiency of gas turbines, the swirling flow caused by swirler affects the mixing gas and flame stabilization. In this sutdy, swirling flow in the gas turbine combustor was investigated experimentally. Swirling flow was analyzed and compared to the flow with and without swirler flare. PIV was used to visualize the effect of flare to the flow. Water was used as the fluid. This study confirmed that recirculation zone is larger with swirler flare by analyzing axial velocity profiles and CRZs.
Modal Stiffness reduction method의 개념을 적용한 보행자 보호용 Hood Structure의 Passive Design

There have been many studies of passive systems in an effort to decrease the worst fatal head injuries in pedestrians from car accidents. A passive system of structural improvements in vehicles has been a major focus in the motor industry in an attempt to reduce the number road deaths and injuries. The HIC (head injury criterion) is a quantity for head injuries that was obtained by integrating the acceleration that is measured by a head-form impactor for a fixed amount of time. In general, the hood should be designed with lower stiffness to decrease the HIC value. This study introduced a method for decreasing the hood stiffness by making a hole on the inner hood panel. To determine the most effective hole position on the inner hood panel, the concept of modal stiffness was considered. The FRF (frequency response function) results for vehicle model on head-form impact simulation were obtained. In addition, modal analysis of the entire vehicle model was carried out simultaneously. Subsequently, using the results of these two analyses, adequate hole positions at each modal frequency were selected and the inner hood panel was improved by making a hole on these positions. Finally, through head-form impact simulations on the improved vehicle model with the hole, it was demonstrated that the new method applied in this study is acceptable and useful. In conclusion, the improved vehicle model with a 40㎜ diameter hole on the inner hood panel showed a significant reduction in the HIC; approximately 12.2% compared to the original vehicle model. A significant reduction in the HIC can be achieved by making only a single hole on the inner hood panel. In addition, this new method is incredibly effective and simple, and can be applied immediately to currently produced vehicles as well as to various impact studies including head-form impacts.

본 논문은 내외부에 열원이 있는 시스템에 상변화물질(PCM, Phase Change Material)을 적용한 경우를 수치해석으로 분석한 것으로 컨넥터가 없는 경우와 있는 경우에 대하여 분석한 것이다. 각각의 경우에 Tmax 열원만 있을 경우와 Tmax와 710W/m<SUP>2</SUP> 열원이 동시에 있을 경우가 고려되었다. 연구 결과 벽면에서의 열전달, 시간에 따른 PCM 온도변화 그리고 내부온도의 변화를 정리하였으며 그 결과 시스템의 구성품과 열전달 방향 및 열원의 종류에 따라 PCM의 잠열 시간이 달라진다는 점을 알 수 있었다. This paper is focused on the numerical analysis of two Thermal Protection Systems. Both systems have been provided two different temperature of heating at two walls. Outer wall is heated by high temperature(Tmax). Inner wall is heated by heat source(710W/m<SUP>2</SUP> ) while the outer wall is heated. Each system has been provided one side heating(outer wall only) and both side heating respectively. The effects of the heat transfer of both sides of wall, PCM temperature variance through the operation time and Inner space average temperature are investigated. The results have shown that the duration of latent heat mainly depends on the materials, the direction of heat transfer and the heat source and these factors should be concerned in the future.
Information Effects of Secondary Equity Offerings

This chapter examines the informational effects associated with secondary distributions, which are often called block trading. The secondary distributions in this study are large distributions than the normal block distribution. The benefit of examining secondary distributions is that secondary distributions are not confounded by other firm specific events. Thus, the informational content can be isolated. Secondary distributions are divided into two groups, registered and non-registered. Inclusion of asymmetric information in registered secondary distributions is supposed relative to non-registered secondary distribution. The result indicates that both registered and non-registered secondary distributions are regarded as a negative signal in the market. For registered secondary distributions, the information released prior the distribution is larger than for non-registered distributions. However, non-registered secondary distributions exhibit larger negative abnormal returns at the time of issuance. For the period including before the distribution and at the time of distribution, the two types of secondary distribution do not exhibit significant differences in abnormal returns. Thus, results indicate that the importance is in the timing of the information release.
