The existing capacitor-testers could only judge the condition of capacitor is normal or abnormal, and could not inform the real characteristics of the tested capacitors. In this research, it has designed the real-time observation of the new capacitor in charge and discharge tester for showing capacitor conditions and classification through wide voltages by regular cycle-tests. And proposed the quality classification algorithm of capacitors for more simple and practical, and approve them by test.

슈퍼커패시터는 반복 사용에 따른 열화가 없고 고출력을 내며 2차전지보다 친환경적인 특성을 가져, 관련 시장이 점차 커지고 있다 .따라서 커패시터의 성능을 측정하여 시험할 수 있는 충방전 순환 시험이 필수적이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 급격한 충방전 사양을 요구하는 HEV용 ELDC 단위셀의 전기적 성능을 평가하기 위한 충방전 시험 시스템을 구현하기 위해 시제품을 설계하였다. 이를 위해 슈퍼커패시터의 충/방전 특성을 먼저 소개하였고, 충전과 방전시의 고속계측을 위해 측정 목적에 따른 회로설계로 시제품 구성을 통한 검증을 하였다.

68운동과 마오주의

본 논문은 1968년 이전 프랑스 마오주의 운동을 대표하는 두 개의 흐름, 즉 ‘프랑스 맑스-레닌주의 공산당(Parti communiste marxiste-léninistes de France: PCMLF)’과 ‘청년공산주의자 동맹(Union des jeunesses communistes(marxiste-léninistes): UJC(ML))’이 형성되는 배경과 과정을 살펴보고자 한다. 파리의 5월로 대표되는 프랑스 68운동은 아직까지 유럽중심주의적 시각에서 벗어나 탈신화화되지 못했다. 본고는 마오주의자를 통해 프랑스 68운동을 중심에 위치시키는 것이 아니라 오히려 주변화시키면서 프랑스와 제3세계가 동기화(synchronization)되면서 발생한 사건으로 이해하고자 한다. 제3세계의 해방을 위한 정치이론이었던 마오주의는 60년대 프랑스에서 자본주의적 서구에 대한 자기비판의 무기였고 세계혁명을 위해 제3세계 인민들과 연대하고 동기화하는 혁명이론이었다. This article analyzes the history of the Parti communiste marxiste-léninistes de France(PCMLF) and Union des jeunesses communistes(marxiste-léninistes) (UJC(ML)) who were the political organizations of the Maoists in France. In the 1960s, after the explosion of the Cultural Revolution, the sinophilia that seduces youth and intelligentsia accelerates brutally. China is the largest country in the third world. The desire to export the Chinese example, the Third World, anti-Sovietism and populism are the four foundations of Maoism. The Maoist movement in France is a phenomenon of synchronization between France and the third world. It is a question of going from the center to the periphery, that is to say to privilege the struggle towards the most undefined layers. For example OS, immigrants, women workers, peasants, small traders.

집시와 국민국가

19세기 인류학의 발달과 더불어 발생한 ‘인종’이라는 개념은 ‘집시’라는 종족을 파악하기 위한 과학적 도구로 자리 잡았다. 인간의 기원에 대한 지식을 추구하는 유럽의 인류학자들에게 먼저 발견해야할 인간들은 비유럽인이자 타자였고 다른 세계였다. 먼저 아메리카에서 시작해서 다른 대륙의 주민까지 유럽인들은 인종과학을 통해 자신들과 다른 사람들을 구분해 나아갔다. 유럽에 거주하는 ‘집시’는 이러한 인종과학이 적용될 수 있는 유용한 대상이었다. 역사적으로 국가에 의해 다른 인구집단으로 분류되어온 집시가 인종화된 것은 18세기 부터였다. 막연히 로마니첼, 티간느 등으로 불리며 이집트에서 기원한 이주민으로 간주되던 집시는 언어학과 인종학이라는 근대적 지식을 통해 인도-유럽 언어와 인종 학설에 실증적인 근거를 제공하는 종족으로 대상화되었다. 결국 이러한 집시에 대한 인종화로 인해 2차 세계대전 중 나치에 의해 시행된 절멸정책의 피해자가 되었다. 프랑스에서 집시는 인종화되기도 하였지만 기본적으로 유랑민 집단들 중의 일부였다. The Roma, Romani or Gypsy, are a traditionally itinerant ethnic group living mostly in Europe, who originate from the northwestern regions of the Indian. Gypsy are dispersed, with their concentrated populations in Europe, especially Central, Eastern and Southern Europe including France. The Romani people as an ethnic group, or people perceived as being of Romani heritage, are historical victims, discriminated by hostility and prejudice of european people. Since the nineteenth century, the Roma were invented by ethnologist european. They were defined as a origin of Aryan people. In this article, Romani people will be described a ethnic made by racial theory and pseudoscience in 19 century. Here the fucus of attention lay on the important issues of social status to the Romani. In France, they were controled in the four principles: exclusion, inclusion, sedentarisation, conversion. In Europe, Romani people are associated with poverty, are accused of high rates of crime and behaviours that are perceived by the rest of the population as being antisocial or inappropriate and still face racism.

“이슬람이면서 동시에 프랑스인이 될 수 있는가?”라는 프랑스 극우 정치세력과 일부 공화주의자들이 던지는 질문은 프랑스가 알제리를 식민화한 이래 끊임없이 제기되었다. 본 논문은 알제리에서 발생한 반유대주의를 통해서 식민지에서 인종을 둘러싼 국적과 시민권 문제를 검토한다. 제3 공화정의 알제리 식민지 정책은 목표는 알제리에 대한 유럽화 혹은 백인화였다. 부족한 프랑스인 인구를 증가시키기 위해서 프랑스 정부는 유대인과 유럽계 이주자에게 크레미외 법령(1870)과 1889년 국적법을 통해 시민권을 부여하였다. 식민지에서 통치의 수단이자 포섭과 배제의 기능을 하는 시민권이 유대인과 외국인에게 부여되자 19세기말 알제리에서 반유대주의 운동의 확산을 가져왔다. 원주민과 이주민으로 구분되는 식민지에서 유대인에 대한 시민권 부여는 프랑스인 사이에 차이를 가시화시켰다. 차이에 대한 가시화는 동화에 대한 적대감을 불러일으켰고 새롭게 시민에 포함된 소수자 집단에 대한 적대의식, 즉 반유대주의로 나타났다. This paper examines the intertwined relationship between citizenship and anti-Semitism in the colonial context. In 1870, the Cremieux decree transformed the Jews of Algeria from colonial subjects into French citizens. But during the 1890s, anti-Semites learned that, by gaining control of municipal governments, they could attenuate Algerian Jewish citizenship. Anti-Semitism manifested itself most dramatically surrounding elections for Algerian municipal government. Algerian Jews competed especially with French settlers, and after 1889, they also competed with the newly-naturalized European immigrants, known as the neos (neo-naturalises). Faced with political competition and episodic violence fueled by settler and neo demagogic leaders, the Jews of Algeria established associations and political organizations designed to support and defend their interests.

스마트폰 애플리케이션의 편의성과 지속사용의도에 관한 연구

Mobile applications are being utilized in daily communication, on-line games, daily business, multi-media and so on. And they are also being used under some mobile environment. Particularly, among these applications, smart-phones have evoked a crucial difference when compared with previous mobile communication devices. Recently, some of their applications in public taxi area have been invented and utilized nationwide, but there are few applications broadly utilized and popularized except for Cacao taxi application in the domestic taxi area. In addition, even though some of papers with regard to the convenience to some mobile applications have been published so far, but there still haven’t been enough papers on the convenience to mobile taxi applications. This research aims to analyze this fact widely, into 3 parts ; multi-dimensional convenience to cacao-taxi application and users’ satisfaction with the application, relationship between their satisfaction with the application and trust in the taxi service, and influence of trust in the taxi service on users’ intention of continuously using the application. For the empirical analysis, the data collected from 469 respondents who stay in Seoul, Kyonggi province, and Jeju, were applied to this analysis. These findings are indicated into three parts. First, all of the convenience to taxi application was related to users’ positive satisfaction with the application as expected. Second, satisfaction with the application had statistically positive impacts on the trust in taxi service and the application itself. Third, these trusts were closely associated with continuous use of the application attached. As a result, these findings can contribute to expanding the research area of convenience to the applications.
