Primary malignant melanoma arising from the ovarian mature cystic teratoma is extremely rare, with only 31 cases have been described in the literature. It is one of the rarest forms of malignant transformation of ovarian mature cystic teratoma and usually develops unilaterally after menopause. Recently, we experienced a case of primary malignant melanoma arising from ovarian mature cystic teratoma in 71-year-old woman. The diagnosis was confirmed by positive immunohistochemical results of S-100 protein and HMB 45. Here we report the rare case with review of literature.

Submerged Plasma lrritation (SPI) process ha been recently introduced a an advanced oxidation process in water and wastewater treatment. If high-voltage discharge occur in submerged water environment, it creates shock wave, UV, H2O2 ozone and other oxidative radicals. Those material produced by SPI may destroy various type of microorganisms and degrade organic matters rapidly. In this study. several serious experiments were conducted to investigate the optimal condition of laboratory-scale SPI unit for the treatment of RO retentate wastewater. Effects of discharge time, frequency waveform in SPI at various condition were studied. Optimal operational conditions of discharge time, frequency and waveform were found to be 20 minutes, 10Hz and square wave respectively. Removal efficiency of treated wastewater was in the range of 15 to 20% within 20 minute of operation. SPI has shown a great potential as a pretreatment process in membrane related water and wastewater treatment processes.

결론 저자들은 제왕절개 수술후 발생한 죠관질누의 예를 체험하였기에 간단한 문헌적 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Althogh trauma to the urster is encountersd less frequently then trauma to other levelss of urinary tract, ureteral injury is likely to kesult in serious complications. Ureteral injury after cesarean section are, however, very rare. We present a case ureteral injury following cesarean section with a burief review of literatures.
Mobile-DTV 응용을 위한 광대역 주파수 합성기의 설계

Mobile-DTV 응용을 위한 분수형 주파수 합성기를 1.8V 0.18㎛ CMOS 공정으로 설계하였다. VCO는 PMOS를 사용하여 위상잡음을 감소시켰고, 인덕터와 캐패시터, 버렉터(varactor)를 선택적으로 스위칭하는 기법을 적용하여 측정 결과 800㎒-1.67㎓ 대역에서 동작이 가능한 것을 확인하였다. VCO 이득 곡선의 선형 특성을 개선하기 위해서 버렉터 바이어스 기법을 사용하였고, 개수를 2개로 최소화 하였다. 추가적으로 버렉터 스위칭 기법을 사용해서 VCO 이득 저하 특성을 개선하였다. 또한, VCO 주파수 교정 블록을 사용해서 VCO 이득 저하를 개선하면서, VCO 이득의 간격을 일정하게 유지하도록 설계하였다. 분수형 주파수 분주비를 위한 시그마-델타 변조기의 설계 시 통합 모의실험 기법(co-simulation method)을 적용해서 설계의 정확성과 효율성을 향상시켰다. VCO와 PFD, CP, LF는 Cadence Spectre를 이용하여 검증하였고, 분주기는 Spectre와 Matlab Simulink, ModelSim, HSPICE를 이용하여 검증하였다. 주파수 합성기의 전체 소모 전력은 1.8V 전원 전압에서 18㎽이고, VCO의 주파수 영역은 최대 주파수의 약 52.1%가 되는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 VCO의 위상 잡음은 1㎓, 1.5㎓, 2㎓ 출력 주파수에서 1㎒ 오프셋에서 -100dBc/㎐ 이하의 잡음 특성을 확인하였다. A Frequency synthesizer for mobile-DTV applications is implemented using 0.18㎛ CMOS process with 1.8V supply. PMOS transistors are chosen for VCO core to reduce phase noise. The measurement result of VCO frequency range is 800㎒-1.67㎓ using switchable inductors, capacitors and varactors. We use varactor bias technique for the improvement of VCO gain linearity, and the number of varactor biasing are minimized as two. VCO gain deterioration is also improved by using the varactor switching technique. The VCO gain and interval of VCO gain are maintained as low and improved using the VCO frequency calibration block. The sigma-delta modulator for fractional divider is designed by the co-simualtion method for accuracy and efficiency improvement. The VCO, PFD, CP and LF are verified by Cadence Spectre, and the sigma-delta modulator is simulated using Matlab Simulink, ModelSim and HSPICE. The power consumption of the frequency synthesizer is 18㎽, and the VCO has 52.1% tuning range according to the VCO maximum output frequency. The VCO phase noise is lower than -100㏈c/㎐ at 1㎒ offset for 1㎓, 1.5㎓, and 2㎓ output frequencies.

茶는 기호식품으로 세계 각국에서 널리 음용되고 있다. 우리나라에서도 新羅시대부터 茶를 즐겨왔을 뿐아니라 훌륭한 茶文化를 간직하여 왔다. 先人들과 現代人이 茶를 즐기는 이유는 茶는 단순히 기호음료만이 아니고 건강에 유이하기 때문이라 하겠다. 이와같이 茶는 예로부터 특유의 맛과 효능을 갖는 신비의 음료로 알려져왔으나 최근 茶의 성분과 기능성에 관한 많은 연구의 결과 차의 효능이 해명되고 있어 저자들은 이에 관한 최근의 연구들을 모아 인간의 건강과 관련된 “차의 기능성분과 생리활성”에 대해서, 차의 품질에 가장 큰 역할을 담당하고 있는 “차의 향기”를, 그리고 차음료와 製茶 및 향료산업에 응용 가능성이 시사되고 있는 “차의 향기발현 기구”에 관한 내용의 순으로 나누어 소개하고자 한다.

Purpose The purpose of this study was to find the effect of pelvic movement on the gross motor function in cerebral palsy children with spastic diplegia. Methods The subject of this study was 1 patients cerebral palsy with spastic diplegia who have been treated in Seoul Metropolitan Children`s Hospital. Evaluation tool were used GMFM test and compared excel average. For the ten week the subjects were treated 30 minutes per session, two times per week. Results The result of the GMFM before the training showed 58.2% but that of the GMFM after the training increased 76.6%. item of all, it showed the big difference in the B sitting 5%, C crawling & kneeling 38.31%, D standing 28.2%, E walking running & jumping 20.8% item. Conclusions From these result, a pelvic movement training enhanced gross motor function to the cerebral palsy children with spastic dipegia. Therefore, further research is needed to investigate about a pattern movement training related to the increase in the gross motor function.

In the course of our study on aroma formation mechanism of oolong tea, we have isolated and identified geranyl, (S)-linalyl salicylate, benzyl, 2-phenylethyl, trans- and cis-linalool 3,6-oxide 6-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-β-D-glucopyranosides (β-prim- everoside) from the leaves for oolong tea (Camellia sinensis war. sinensis cvs Shuixian and Maoxie) by means of a crude enzyme assay. Aroma precursors of trans- and cis-linalool 3,7-oxides, and (Z)-3-hexenol were exceptionally isolated as 6-O-β-apiofuranosyl-β-D-glucopyranosides and β-D-glucopy-ranoside, respectively. And, in order to know the molacular basis of tea aroma formation mechanism, we measured changes of alcoholic aroma precursor amounts and glycosidase activity in each part of tea shoot (cv Yabykita). Amounts of aroma precursors were abundant in young leaves and decreased as leaf aged. Glycosidase activity also decreased as leaf aged, but was high in stem. We also purified and characterized a new glycosidase (β-primeverosidase) from fresh leaves of cvs Yavukita and Shuixian for green tea and oolong tea, respectively. This enzyme was found to be one of the main glycosidase concerned with the alcoholic aroma formation in tea leaves.
