In 2000, FMD outbreak occurred regionally, in 2010, it broke out from 11 cities and provinces and it was like a national disaster. In connection with this, the damage increased rapidly. In 2000, period of FMD had finished after 22 days, however, in 2010, it was so extended for 160 days and the number of heads for stamping out also increased from 148 times in 2000 to 20, 799 times in 2010. After 2000, it is a feature that the damage of livestock sector has increased rapidly in domestic of Korea. That`s why we need to calculate the economical ripple effect for FMD outbreak and actively consider a countermeasure for solutions of future damage. Based on this critical mind, this study has tried to analyze the ripple effects for the damage of FMD which was effected in national economy. This study differently from existing reports that estimated the cost of damage for single years measures secondary damages for FMD, using the Inter-industry relation table in 2000, 2002 and 2010. Especially the use of exogenous specification in analysis in order to remove errors which calculation is overlapped at the stage analysing an influence of other industries about changes in livestock differentiates this report with others. As a result of analysis, the damage of FMD focused on 1st and 2nd industry in 2000 and it gradually increased in 3rd industry such as wholesale, retailers, transportation and services. This result shows that we need to consider a countermeasure for 1st and 2nd industry as well as 3rd industry to reduce the damage of FMD.

COVID-19 감염병전담병원 간호사의 조직몰입에 미치는 영향요인

Purpose : This study investigated coronavirus disease-19 (COVID-19) related stress, resilience, and organizational commitment, and determined the factors influencing nurses' organizational commitment at an infectious disease hospital of COVID-19. Methods : A cross-sectional descriptive survey was conducted with 138 nurses. Data analysis, including descriptive statistics, independent t-tests, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlations, and multiple regression analysis, were performed using SPSS 26.0 program. Results : Factors influencing organizational commitment included resilience (𝛽=0.31, p<.001), position (𝛽=0.31, p<.001), COVID-19 related stress (𝛽=-0.26, p<.001), and COVID-19 nursing period (𝛽=-0.19, p=.012). These variables explained 29.6% of the organizational commitment. Conclusion : In order to enhance the organizational commitment of nurses in infectious disease hospitals of COVID-19, active program development and intervention are required at the organizational level to improve nurses' resilience and relieve stress related to nursing infectious disease patients..

가축 전염병 발생에 따른 언론요인과 축산물 가격의 동태적 인과성 분석

This study investigates the dynamic causal relationship between media factors and livestock prices analyzed by using the Internet Naver news coverage as a proxy variable, due to the outbreak of livestock epidemics in the domestic. According to the results obtained from the study, the outbreak of livestock epidemics has a causal relationship with the production price and wholesale price of beef and on the other hand, pork is proven to have a significant impact on the production and consumer prices. Impulse response analysis refers to the reaction of any dynamic system in response to some external change. In the case of FMD and AI, regular outbreaks have affected prices in the short term, but in the long term they have established a stable relationship. However, other than the media factors, this study needs to analyze other various factors associated with the outbreak of livestock epidemics.

현장실습농장(WPL) 서비스품질이 재방문의도에 미치는 영향 분석

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the service quality of WPL (Work Place Learning) and the revisit intention through customer satisfaction, targeting users who use the WPL. Data to achieve the purpose of this study were conducted for trainees who had received on-the-job training at 4 selected WPL in Jeollabuk-do. Out of the 210 copies of questionnaires, 170 were picked up, and all of them were used for analysis. As a result of the analysis, First, as a result of analyzing the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction in WPL, it was discovered that among the service quality components, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy had a substantial influence on customer satisfaction, while Tangibles and Reliability of service quality did not appear to have any significant effect. Second, it was discovered that customer contentment had a considerable influence on revisit intention after evaluating the link between customer satisfaction and revisit intention. It can be shown that the higher the level of client happiness, the greater the likelihood of returning. Third, as a result of analyzing the relationship between service quality and revisit intention of WPL, among service quality factors, Reliability, Responsiveness, and Empathy were found to have a significant effect on revisit intention. As a result of verifying the mediating effect of service quality at WPL on revisit intention through customer satisfaction, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy of service quality were found to be significant in their relationship with revisit intention.

농과계열 학생의 기업가정신이 창업기회인식과 창업의도에 미치는 영향 분석

이 연구는 우리나라의 심각한 사회문제로 부각되고 있는 청년실업의 대안으로 청년창업이 독려됨에 따라 잠재적 창업가인 농과계열 대학생의 기업가정신이 창업기회인식과 창업의도에 미치는 영향관계를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 전라북도 소재의 J대학교 농과계열 대학생 156명을 대상으로 구조방정식 기법을 이용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 기업가정신의 핵심 요소 중 혁신성, 진취성 및 위험감수성은 창업기회의식에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 창업기회인식은 창업의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 기업가정신의 요소인 혁신성과 위험감수성은 창업기회인식을 통하여 창업의도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 기업가정신의 진취성은 창업기회인식에 유의한 것으로 분석되었으나, 창업의도에는 통계적으로 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 청년창업의 활성화를 위해서는 창업의도를 높이기 위한 창업교육과 창업지원 프로그램을 통해 기업가정신(혁신성, 진취성, 위험감수성)을 고취하고, 새로운 사업기회의 인식 즉, 창업기회인식과 발견된 기회를 이용할 수 있는 역량 강화노력이 필요하다고 판단된다. In this study, as youth entrepreneurship is encouraged as an alternative to youth unemployment, which is emerging as a serious social problem in Korea, relationships among entrepreneurship, opportunity recognition for entrepreneurs, and start-up intentions. For this purpose, a total of 156 survey responds were collected from students enrolled in the agricultural department at a national university located in Jeollabuk-do and analysed through the structural equation method. As a result, first, among the key factors of entrepreneurship, proactiveness and risk-taking affect the recognition of entrepreneurial opportunities, and it was confirmed that there was no effect on innovation. Second, it was found that the recognition of entrepreneurial opportunities had a significant effect on the entrepreneurial intention. Third, by verifying the mediating effect of innovation and risk taking, the direct effect between the entrepreneurial intention and the recognition of entrepreneurship opportunity was confirmed. Third, innovativeness and risk-taking were found to have a direct effect on the recognition of entrepreneurial opportunities. It was found that entrepreneurial opportunity has a positive impact on entrepreneurial intention. Based on these results, in order to revitalize youth entrepreneurship, Entrepreneurship (innovativeness, proactiveness, risk-taking) is promoted through education and entrepreneurial support programs, and recognition of new business opportunities, that is, recognition of entrepreneurial opportunities and capacity to take advantage of discovered opportunities, are strengthened.

계층화분석(AHP)을 통한 농업인 가공창업 활성화 방안 연구 - 농업인 소규모 창업기술지원 사업을 중심으로 -

This study used the AHP technique by constructing three classes based on small-scale start-up technology support projects for farmers to set the direction of revitalizing processed start-ups for farmers. To this end, priorities were derived by comparing the policy support managers of the Rural Development Administration and 18 people in charge of support projects for the Jeollabuk-do Agricultural Research & Extension Services and the Urban Agricultural Technology Center. As a result, first, the priority for the direction of revitalizing processed start-ups for farmers was 45.9%, facility improvement 29.0%, and start-up technology support 25.1%. Second, the priority of processing technology support projects was 30.0%, processing technology standardization 28.6%, education and coaching 22.1%, intellectual property protection 19.3%, PR marketing 61.6%, online distribution 26.0%, and management start-up support 12.4%, and facility improvement support projects were 68.3% and internal facility remodeling 31.7%. Based on these results, efforts and revitalization measures for standardizing agricultural processing technology are needed, and active facility improvement support projects are urgently needed to establish a hygienic and safe production base.
