요양병원 간호사의 전문직 자아개념과 도덕적 민감성이 노인간호실천에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 요양병원 간호사의 전문직 자아개념과 도덕적 민감성, 노인간호실천의 정도를 파악하고, 전문직 자아개념과 도덕적 민감성이 노인간호실천에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 시행되었다. 연구대상자는 G도에 소재한 6개 요양병원에 근무하는 경력 3개월 이상인 간호사 153명이며 자료수집기간은 2018년 9월 15일부터 10월 15일까지이다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS win 23.0을 이용하여 mean, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s coefficients, stepwise multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 대상자의 전문직 자아개념은 4점 만점에 2.87±0.35점, 도덕적 민감성은 7점 만점에 4.70±0.47점, 노인간호실천은 4점 만점에 3.51±0.41점이었다. 노인간호실천은 전문직 자아개념(r=.48, p<.001), 도덕적 민감성(r=.31, p<.001)와 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 노인간호실천에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인은 전문직 자아개념(β=.32, p=.001), 도덕적 민감성(β=.18, p=.021), 노인간호교육 이수경험(β=.17, p=.029)로 확인되었으며, 이들 변수들은 노인간호실천을 31.6% 설명하였다(F=8.32, p<.001). 따라서 요양병원 간호사의 노인간호실천 정도를 높이기 위해서는 전문직 자아개념과 도덕적 민감성을 향상 시킬 수 있는 교육프로그램의 개발과 적용이 필요하며 더불어 요양병원 간호사에게 노인간호에 대한 보수교육을 의무화하는 제도가 모색되어야 할 것이다. This study was conducted to investigate the relationship among professional self-concept, moral sensitivity and elderly care performance nurses in geriatric hospitals, as well as to clarify factors that affect nurses" elderly care performance. Participants consisted of 153 nurses working in geriatric hospital in G Province were evaluated. Date were collected from September 15 to October 15, 2018 and analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 23.0 program. The mean of professional self-concept was 2.87±0.35 out of 4, that of moral sensitivity was 4.70±0.47 out of 7 and that of elderly care performance 3.51±0.41 out of 4. Elderly care performance was siginificantly positively correlated with professional self-concept (r=.48, p<.001) and moral sensitivity (r=.31, p<.001). Factors influencing elderly care performance were professional self-concept (β=.32, p=.001), moral sensitivity (β=.18, p=.021), educational experience of geriatric nursing (β=.17, p=.029), which explained 31.6% of elderly care performance. The results of this study suggest that supporting systems should be arranged to provide various learning opportunities as a way to increase the professional self-concept of nurses with short career as well as intervention strategies may be necessary to make education of geriatric nursing obligatory.

블로그의 사용량이 증가함에 따라 다수의 포스트들이 블로고스피어 내에 작성되고 있으며, 이는 검색에서 웹 서퍼가 양질의 포스트를 찾기 어렵게 하는 문제를 가져왔다. 이로 인하여 포스트 검색에서 랭킹을 부여하기 위한 랭킹 알고리즘의 필요성이 부각되고 있다. 기존에 웹 문서를 위한 다양한 랭킹 알고리즘들이 있었으나, 웹 문서와 포스트의 차이로 인하여 직접 적용하기 어렵다는 문제점이 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 블로거들이 포스트에 남긴 블로그 액션을 이용하여 포스트에 랭킹을 부여하는 방안인 포스트 랭킹 알고리즘들을 제안한다. 그리고 실제 블로그 데이터를 이용하여 포스트 랭킹 알고리즘들의 성능을 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 블로그에 적합한 포스트 랭킹 알고리즘을 선별한다. According to the increasing use of blogs, a huge number of posts have appeared in a blogosphere. This causes web surfers to face difficulty in finding the quality posts in their search results. As a result, post ranking algorithms are required to help web serfers to effectively search for quality posts. Although there have been various algorithms proposed for web-page ranking, they are not directly applicable to post ranking since posts have their unique features different from those of web pages. In this paper, we propose post ranking algorithms that exploit actions performed by bloggers. We also evaluate the effectiveness of post ranking algorithms by performing extensive experiments using real-world blog data.

간호대학생의 인간중심돌봄 역량과 공감능력, 마음챙김, 정서조절곤란의 관계

이 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 인간중심돌봄 역량과 공감능력, 마음챙김 및 정서조절곤란의 정도와 관계성을 알아보는 것이다. 경남 소재 세 대학교의 간호대학생 220명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 결과, 인간중심 돌봄 역량, 공감능력, 마음챙김, 정서조절곤란의 평균점수는 각각 3.82±0.51, 3.48±0.36, 4.17±0.37, 1.46±0.61점이었다. 간호대학생의 인간중심돌봄 역량은 공감능력, 마음챙김과 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 다양한 관점수용을 위한 토론이나 역할극을 활용한 공감능력 강화와, 마음챙김과 명상 같은 내면 탐구 작업을 간호대학생의 인간중심돌봄 역량 강화 프로그램의 개발 시 함께 고려해야 할 것이다. Background: This study aimed to identify the relationship between person-centered care competence, empathy, mindfulness, and difficulties in emotional regulation among undergraduate nursing students. Methods: The subjects of this study were 220 undergraduate nursing students from three colleges in Gyeongsangnam-do. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficients, Independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Scheffé test with SPSS/WIN 21.0. Results: The mean scores of person-centered care competence, empathy, mindfulness, and difficulties in emotional regulation were 3.82±0.51, 3.48±0.36, 4.17±0.37, 1.46±0.61, respectively. Empathy (r=.33, p< .001) and mindfulness (r=.14, p=.046) were significantly correlated with person-centered care competence. Conclusions: The results indicate that variables related to person-centered care competence are empathy and mindfulness. Therefore, educational programs for increasing person-centered care competence should include strategies that can be developed to promote and sustain empathy and mindfulness among nursing students.

블로그 포스트 랭킹을 위한 액션 발생의 순서 활용 방안

블로그 이용이 활성화됨에 따라 포스트 랭킹 알고리즘의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 액션의 발생 순서를 이용하여 포스트에 랭킹을 부여하는 방법을 제안한다. 또한, 실제 블로그 데이터를 이용한 실험을 통하여 본 논문에서 제안하는 방법의 성능의 우수성을 보인다.

블로그 이용이 활성화됨에 따라 포스트 랭킹 방법의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 기존 연구에서는 HITS 에 기반을 둔 포스트 랭킹 방법인 BAITS 와 BAITS 를 수정한 포스트 랭킹 방법들을 제안한바 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 포스트 랭킹 방법들을 다양한 척도를 이용한 비교 실험을 통해 비교하여 가장 정확도가 높은 랭킹 방법을 판별하고자 한다.

블로그는 개인의 생각을 온라인상의 문서인 포스트로 남기는 일종의 개인 홈페이지이다. 웹 문서와 포스트는 다른 특징을 가지고 있기 때문에 웹 문서 랭킹 알고리즘을 포스트에 적용하기에는 문제점이 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 포스트의 랭킹을 위한 포스트-블로거 그래프를 정의하고, 기존의 웹 문서 랭킹 알고리즘을 포스트-블로거 그래프에 적합하게 변형한 포스트 랭킹 알고리즘을 제안한다. 그리고 실제 블로그 데이터를 통하여 포스트 랭킹 알고리즘의 성능을 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 블로그에 적합한 포스트 랭킹 알고리즘을 선별한다.

간호대학생을 위한 한국어판 간호제공자와 대상자간 돌봄 상호작용 측정도구의 타당도와 신뢰도 검증

본 연구는 간호제공자와 대상자 간의 돌봄 상호작용을 측정하기 위해 개발된 Korean version of Caring Nurse-Patient Interaction scale- Student Nurse(K-CNPI-SN)의 타당도와 신뢰도를 간호대학생을 대상으로 검증하려는 목적으로 시행되었다. 2022년 3월부터 7월까지 경남에 소재하는 4개 대학에 재학 중인 간호대학생 308명을 대상으로 온라인 플랫폼을 이용하여 K-CNPI-SN 설문지에 응답하도록 하였다. 구성타당도 검증을 위해 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였으며, 4개의 영역에서 총 21개 문항이 도출되었다. K-CNPI-SN은 인간중심돌봄 역량(ICS-N)과 순상관관계를 보여(r=.736, p <.001) 준거타당도가 확보되었고, 간호대학생을 대상으로 대상자와의 돌봄상호작용을 측정하는 도구로 사용되는데 적절한 것으로 보인다. K-CNPI-SN은 간호대학생이 인식하고 있는 대상자와의 돌봄 상호작용을 자가보고 형식으로 측정하는 것이므로, 환자와의 돌봄 상호작용을 기반으로 한 돌봄 중재의 성과를 확인하는 데에 기여할 것으로 기대된다. This study examined the validity and reliability of the Korean version of the Caring Nurse-Patient Interaction scale- Student Nurse(K-CNPI). A total of 308 nursing students at four nursing colleges in Gyengsangnam-do completed a structured online questionnaire from March to July 2022. Confirmatory factor analysis was performed to verify the scales construct validity and identified 21 items across four domains. The K-CNPI-SN showed a positive correlation with person-centered care competency (ICS-N) (r=.736, p <.001), and criterion validity was secured. The results of the study show that the K-CNPI-SN is a valid and reliable tool for measuring nursing student care interactions. K-CNPI-SN is a self-reported measure of degree of caring interaction with patients as perceived by nursing students. It is envisaged that the K-CNPI-SN will contribute to the implementation and evaluation of caring interaction-focused interventions among nursing students.

COVID-19 대유행 시기 장기요양시설 요양보호사의 노인과의 상호작용과 연결 경험에 대한 질적 연구

본 연구는 COVID-19 대유행 기간 동안 장기요양시설 요양보호사와 노인과의 연결 경험에 대해 포커스 그룹 면담을 활용하여 탐색하였다. 면담은 3개 요양시설에 근무하는 19명의 요양보호사를 대상으로 2022년 2월부터 2023년 3월까지 수행하여 질적자료를 수집하였으며, 모든 면담은 녹음되어 전사되고 성찰적 주제분석 방법을 활용하여 분석되었다. 자료분석을 통해 “비언어적 의사소통을 통해 의미있는 상호작용하기,” “능숙한 소통능력으로 의미있는 돌봄 관계맺기,” “COVID-19 초기의 돌봄환경 변화와 몰이해 감당하기,” “COVID-19 감염확산으로 인한 돌봄환경 변화 감당하기”의 네 가지 주제가 도출되었다. 연구결과를 통해 요양보호사들이 COVID-19 대유행 기간에도 요양시설 노인과의 연결을 위해 끈질기게 노력하여 일정수준의 돌봄 성과를 성취했음이 확인되었다. 도전적인 상황에도 불구하고, 지속적인 돌봄을 제공하기 위해 끈기있게 노력하는 돌봄인력들의 노고를 인정하고 조직적인 지원을 통해 지속 가능한 돌봄 실천을 보장하는 것이 중요하다. This study explores the experiences of direct caregivers in connecting with nursing home residents during the COVID-19 pandemic. Qualitative data were collected through focus group interviews with certified nurse assistants (n=19) working at three nursing homes in South Korea. The interviews were conducted from February 2022 to March 2023, and recorded, transcribed, and analyzed using the reflexive thematic analysis method. Four themes emerged from the data: Utilizing non-verbal communication for facilitating meaningful interactions, Establishing profound caring relationships through effective communication skills, Adapting amidst initial COVID-19 challenges and misunderstandings, and Dealing with changes in the care environment due to spread of the COVID-19 infection. The research findings confirm that caregivers made persistent efforts to establish connections with nursing home residents even amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, resulting in a certain level of caregiving achievement. Despite the challenging circumstances, it is crucial to acknowledge the dedication of the caregivers who consistently strive to deliver uninterrupted care and ensure sustainable care practices through systematic support.

정보 파급 모델링을 위한 블로그 네트워크 구성

The independent cascade model has been widely used to analyze information diffusion in the blog world. In this paper, we propose a new method to construct a blog network for applying the independent cascade model to analyzing of information diffusion in a blog world. To construct a blog network, the proposed method establishes the edge between two users and calculates diffusion probabilities between them by analyzing the activities happened between two users. To calculate diffusion probabilities, the method exploits the ratio of the number of documents actually diffused to a specific user to that of documents written for the purpose of being diffused to other blogs. The experimental result using a real world blog data demonstrates that our method reflects actual information diffusion in a blog world better than existing ones. 독립 전파 모델은 블로그 월드 내에서 정보가 파급되는 현상을 분석하기 위해서 널리 이용되는 모델이다. 본 논문에서는 블로그 월드에서의 정보 파급 분석에 독립 전파 모델을 적용하기 위하여 블로그 네트워크를 구성하는 방법을 제안한다. 블로그 네트워크의 구성을 위하여 제안된 방법은 사용자 간의 액션 이력을 분석하여 두 사용자 간의 관계를 설정하고, 두 사용자 간의 파급 확률을 계산한다. 사용자간의 파급 확률을 계산하기 위해서 사용자가 정보의 파급을 의도하고 작성한 게시글들 중에서 실제로 특정 사용자에게 파급된 게시글들의 비율을 이용한다. 실제 블로그 월드의 데이터를 이용하여 정보의 파급 현상을 분석한 결과, 제안하는 기법이 기존의 기법에 비해서 정보의 파급 현상을 충실하게 반영하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.
