        필라테스 참가자의 레저능력에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 1920년대 이후 그 인기를 착실히 구축하고 있는 필라테스의 강하면서도 부드러운 효과를 널리 알리고 대중여가시대의 주요 신체활동으로서의 효능성을 확인하기 위해 실시되었다. 필라테스의 올바른 대중화와 활성화를 위해 조사도구는 LDB를 사용하였으며, 필라테스 참가자들의 레저에 관한 의식이나 태도를 파악하고, 이를 통해 필라테스가 레저로서의 효용성이 있는가를 검정하고 참가자들의 여가만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 구명할 목적으로 2005년 3월 현재 서울과 부산을 비롯한 전국대도시지역에서 정기적으로 필라테스 교실의 프로그램에 참가하고 있는 사람들 1,056명을 대상으로 설문지법에 의한 조사를 실시한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 필라테스 참가자들의 레저의 욕구수준에 있어서 성별로는 남성이, 연령별로는 30대이하, 학력별로는 대졸이상자, 혼인관계별로는 미혼자의 득점이 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 필라테스 참가자들의 레저체험의 심도에 있어서 성별로는 남성이, 연령별로는 30대 이하, 학력별로는 대졸이상자, 혼인관계별로는 미혼자의 득점이 높게 나타났다. In this age of full-fledged mass leisure, attention to and participation in leisure and sports are incomparably greater than ever. Accordingly, we see a boom in sports market, sports marketing, and sports business including various school programs concerned with leisure and sports. In particular, pilates has recently become a very popular living sport event with the increased chances of citizens' participation. The research has so far been centered on the roles and Functions of leisure in terms of time shortage and activity restriction. Recently, the psychological states of leisure are emphasized. At present, therefore, certain activity is judged as leisure according to the feelings or conceptions of individuals based on the activity's experience. The measurement instrument here in this study is LDB(Leisure Diagnostic Battery), fully activated in the USA and some advanced countries. As of March 2005, 1,056 regular participants of pilates in big cities, including Seoul and Busan, were selected on a stratified duster random sampling method and given a questionnaire survey. The following conclusions were resulted through the one-way ANOVA, factor analysis: 1. In the leisure needs scale, too, the same result was reaped. That is, scores were rather higher in men, high-educational-career holders, the young generation, and unmarried people.I 2. In the depth of involvement in leisure scale, too, the identical result was seen. Namely, scores stood higher in males, high-educational-career holders, the young, and unmarried folks.

        유산소운동과 저항성운동이 20대 여성의 폐기능 및 체성분, 혈중지질에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to body composition, pulmonary function, boold lipids investigate the change after 12 week of aerobic exercise and resistance exercise of women of twenties. Subject were consisted aerobic group(n=10) and resistance group(n=10). The according to aerobics and resistance exercise with analysis of change in body composition, pulmonary function, blood lipids. 1. Aerobic combined and resistance exercise after significant(p<.05) in FVC, ERV, FV. but MVV not significant(p>.05) 2. Aerobic combined and resistance exercise after significant(p<.05) in protein mineral mass, soft lean mass but resistance exercise after not significant(p>.05) in percent body fat 3. Aerobic combined and resistance exercise after significanttpcffi) in triglycerides, HDL-C but aerobic combined was significant(p>.05) in creatinine. In conclusion, although the 12 weeks of regular aerobics and resistance brought the reduction of pulmonary function, body composition, blood lipids, there was significant affirmation in women of twenties. However, if adiposis prevention and more adult disease prophylactic much exercise were expected from now on it is gradual, and exercise intensity setting must be lifted.

        필라테스 센터의 서비스품질과 관계의 질 및 구매후 행동의 관계분석

        This study aimed to investigate the relationship of service quality, quality of relations and behavior after purchasing at Pilates center. The data was collected through convenience sampling from adults those who were working out at Pilates center and it was analyzed final 229 people. The data analysis was used SPSS 25.0 program and the significance was p<.05 with using correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results is as following. First, tangibiles, assurance and response of service quality had significant effect on the trust quality of relationship. Assurance had significant effect on the satisfaction of quality of relationship. Second, tangibiles and assurance of service quality had significant effect on repurchasing and other people’s recommendation in behavior after purchasing. Third, commitment of quality of relationship, satisfaction and reliability had significant effect on other people’s recommendation in behavior after purchasing. Also commitment and trust had significant effect on repurchasing. To conclude, it is important that Pilates center need to secure proper environment including convenience, clean management, facilities and optimized environment. Also it is important to improve the quality of relationship with clients by developing instructor’s education and professionalism. It can improve the effectiveness of management by securing new clients and managing current clients continuously.

        필라테스 효과 탐색을 위한 문헌연구

        The purpose of this study is to systematically analyze literature related to pilates effect and to investigate the academic flow and characteristics of pilates effect. 27 literature was collected by using particular criteria: (1) published journal articles, (2) published between 2008 to 2017, (3) empirical research. Through the literature analysis study, this study found the aspect and meaning of the subject, the period and type of application of pilates, and the category of pilates effect. In general, middle - aged women occupied the largest portion of research subjects, and diversification of subjects such as the elderly, patients, dancers, and athletes were confirmed. The Pilates exercise type was provided in the form of a mixture of mats and instruments, and the period of application was 8 to 12 weeks. The physiological and psychological effects of pilates were quantitatively studied. In conclusion, we should pursue the ‘systematicity of research’ in the study of the effect of pilates. It is necessary to increase the reliability of the quantitative research by emphasizing the strictness of the research design. Furthermore, it is necessary to clarify the effect of pilates by looking at the effects of pilates from various viewpoints by increasing qualitative research.

        국제 필라테스 지도자 자격 및 교육프로그램 비교연구

        This study is aimed at exploring ideas for the development of Pilates qualification and education program in Korea by comparing main international Pilates qualifications. Lolita, Balanced Body, and Polestar were selected for this study in the consideration of their reputation and systematic certification program. Manuals for qualification education program and a range of materials on the Internet were collected before they were analyzed with comparative analysis method. In consideration of the main criteria for comparison, there were key categories were used for developing Pilates education program: (1) educational aims, (2) education content, and teaching and learning methods, (3) evaluation. The findings showed that three qualification education programs combine the traditional repertoire with contemporary exercises based on scientific knowledge, in order to bring the benefits of Pilates to clients. In line with the aims of education programs, these programs offer a rang of contents including Pilates theory (history, principle, scientific foundation) and practice (Mat, Reformer, Trapeze Table, Chair and so on). Regarding to education method, all emphasize microteaching (student teaching) and observation hours. The exam consists of a written exam and practical exam to assess instructors’ practical knowledge. Building on these findings, more in-depth discussion and studies on the Pilates qualification system and education program be required in the future to foster further improvement in Pilates certification, training and remedial training system. Finally, by developing Pilates qualification and education program in Korea, it is necessary to possess encyclopedic knowledge on Pilates to teach aspiring instructors as well as understanding of practical knowledge with which instructors can apply what they learned in diverse contexts.

        필라테스 지도자의 매력성이 참가자의 운동열정 및 운동지속수행에 미치는 영향

        This study examines the relationship between attraction of pilates instructors and exercise passion and adherence of pilates participants. Data were collected by 220 pilates participants in Seoul and Gyeonggido. The reliability and validity test of the questionnaire it self was conducted by using SPSS & AMOS Window 18.0 program: the results of descriptive analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, standard multiple regression analysis, path analysis are as follows; First, the attraction of pilates instructor has partially an effect the exercise passion of participants. Second, the attraction of pilates instructor partially affects the exercise adherence of pilates participants. Third, the exercise passion has partially influence on the adherence of participants. Lastly there is a causal relationship between attraction of pilates participants, the exercise passion and adherence of pilates participants.

        퍼스널 트레이너 국제자격 및 교육프로그램 비교연구

        The purpose of this study is to accumulate basic data on the development of educational programs for the personal trainer qualification for the Korean fitness scene. ACSM, NSCA and NASM were selected for comparative analysis of major international personal trainer certifications. It is an organization that is actively operating with international reputation and systematic certification. In order to make a comparative analysis, the data collection requested data from each organization "s homepage, fellowship, Korean educational institution and head office. Considering the main points, the comparison criteria were composed of educational objectives, contents and methods, and evaluation categories. According to the results of the study, all three groups were found to provide services with different kinetic philosophies in a common field of fitness. Overall, exercise science theory is common, and the kinematic approach to pursuing physical health is different. The training method was conducted online by NSCA, and the other two organizations were running offline qualification training. All three groups were evaluated by CBT method using handwriting except practical skill. Through this study, I hope that in-depth discussions and research will continue to improve the personal trainer qualifications system. I hope that the supplementary training program will enable preliminary personal trainers to understand and acquire practical knowledge before putting them into the field and provide quality services

        요추부 안정화운동에 따른 추간판탈출증 환자의 요부신전근력 및 주관적 통증척도 변화

        The purpose of this study was to provide fundamental data in lumbar stabilization exercise program to improve in 32 patients of L4-L5 and L5-S1 with herniated intervertebral disc through change of lumbar extension strength and visual analogues scale body composition factors according to the lumbar stabilization exercise. For this study, the subjects were performed for 60 minutes per day and two times a week during eight weeks, and paired and independent t-test was performed at the 0.05 level of significance. The results were as follows; 1) There has been an increase in the soft lean mass in body composition test, and body fat, body fat mass, body mass index was a decrease after exercise of patients. 2) The lumbar stabilization exercise tests were significant at all angles of patients. 3) The visual analogues’ scale tests were significant of patients. According to the results as presented above, lumbar stabilization program is the functional improvements of the lumbar spine, and gives effective pain relief. Furthermore, this program will help improves the muscle strength and balance ability. The results will serve as an important information when treating herniated intervertebral disc patients.
