        플랫폼 다이빙 앞으로 서서 앞으로 1<sup>1</sup>/<sub>2</sub>회전 동작의 운동역학적 분석

        This study was to perform the kinetic analysis of forward $1\frac{1}{2}$ somersault on the platform diving. Six men's diving players of the Korea national reserve athletes participated in this study. The variables were analyzed response time, velocity, center of mass (COM), angle, center of pressure (COP) and ground reaction force (GRF) of motion. For measure and analysis of this study, used to synchronized to 4 camcorder and 1 force plate, used to the Kwon3D XP (Ver. 4.0, Visol, Korea) and Kwon GRF (Ver. 2.0, Visol, Korea) for analyzed of variables. The results were as follows; Time factor were observed in maximum knee flexion depending on the extent of use at phase 1 of take-off to execute the somersault. This enabled the subject to secure the highest possible body position in space at the moment of jumping to execute the somersault and prepare for the entry into the water with more ease. Regarding the displacement of COM, all subjects showed rightward movement in the lateral displacement during technical execution. Changes in forward and downward movements were observed in the horizontal and vertical displacements, respectively. In terms of angular shift, the shoulder joint angle tended to decrease on average, and the elbow joints showed gradually increasing angles. This finding can be explained by the shift of the coordinate points of body segments around the rotational axis in order to execute the half-bending movement that can be implemented by pulling the lower limb segments toward the trunk using the upper limb segments. The hip joint angles gradually decreased; this accelerated the rotational movement by narrowing the distance to the trunk. Movement-specific shifts in the COP occurred in the front of and vertical directions. Regarding the changes in GRF, which is influenced by the strong compressive load exerted by the supporting feet, efficient aerial movements were executed through a vertical jump, with no energy lost to the lateral GRF.

        피겨스케이트 선수의 건측 및 환측에 대한 균형 및 등속성 근관절 기능 비교

        The purpose of this study was to comparisons of stability and isokinetic muscular function of involved and non-involved side for figure skate players. A total of 8 female athletic players participated in the cross-sectional study. We measured stability tests about X axis(mediolateral), Y axis(anteroposterior), and Z axis(vertical) used to the ground reaction force, and isokinetic muscular functional test of the ankle joint included plantarflexors and dorsiflexors, invertors and evertors, the knee joint included extensors and flexors about involved and non-involved side. The results showed that utilize to the ground reaction force about involved and non-involved side of barefoot and skater status indicated statistically significant to mediolateral and vertical axis, and was not indicated statistically significant to anteroposterior axis. Also, the results showed that utilize to the isokinetic strength of the ankle and knee joint about involved and non-involved side did not showed statistical significance at the ankle and knee joint.

        슬개동통증후군 환자의 재활운동 참여가 하지의 복합기능 향상에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of complex functional improvement for lower extremity to rehabilitation exercise in patients with patellofemoral pain syndrome (PFPS). A total of 28 female participated in the cross-sectional study. We measured balance ability, gait pattern, and isokinetic muscular functional test of the knee joint included peak torque of flexor and extensor about before and after gradual exercise program. For this study, the subjects were performed for 80 minutes per day and 2-times a week during 8-weeks, and paired t-test was performed at the 0.05 level of significance. The measurement of balance ability and gait pattern results did not showed a statistically significant about before and after gradual exercise program. Nevertheless, after exercise showed a steady gait and balance more stable pattern. The measurement of isokinetic muscular function of knee joint results showed a statistically significant angular velocity at the strength of 60°/sec and endurance of 90°/sec about before and after gradual exercise program. Depending on rehabilitation had a positive impact on pain reduction and functional improvement could examine the effects of rehabilitation.

        척추측만각도에 따른 안정성 및 기능능력 회복에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of providing the basis for the development of exercise programs for the prevention and treatment of scoliosis. A total of 38 scoliosis patients (male : 1 8 and female : 2 0) p articipated in t he p urposive s ampling study. Those are measured i sokinetic muscular functional test of the lumbar joint about angular velocity 60°/sec and 90°/sec. In addition, it was used for structural analysis in order to analyze the spinal scoliosis and body alignment. For this study, the subjects were performed for 80 minutes per day and 2-times a week during 8-weeks, and paired t-test was performed at the 0.05 level of significance. The isokinetic muscular function test result of the lumbar joint showed statistically significant at the angular velocity 60°/sec and 90°/sec according to the exercise program. In addition, the spine structure analysis test result of vertebrae showed statistically significant pelvic title and torsion of the male. The angle of the scoliosis was statistically significant for both male and female. Thus, the graded exercise program for scoliosis patients a muscular function improvement of lumbar joint determined a positive effect on reducing curvature of the spine and pelvis.

        성별에 따른 슬링운동 적용이 만성요통 환자의 체간안정화에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of trunk stabilization with sling exercise in chronic low back patients. A total of 32 chronic low back patients (male : 14 and female : 18) participated in the purposive sampling study. Those are measured lumbar extension strength, stability, and weight distribution index (WDI) of the trunk region for 8 weeks in accordance with trunk stabilization by sling and prop exercise. For this study, the subjects were performed for 80 minutes per day and 2-times a week during 8-weeks, and paired t-test was performed at the 0.05 level of significance. The results showed that the extension strength test of trunk joint showed statistically significant improve function except for 12 degree of female after exercise. Stability test showed only significant the stability index of male after exercise. In addition, all other variables statistical differences did not appear it showed a functional improvement. Therefore, the results obtained by applying the program around a sling and props exercise indicated a positive effect on muscle strength and balance ability for patients with chronic low back pain.

        단일처치 및 복합처치가 만성 요통 여성환자의 요부신전근력과체중심, 통증척도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of single and combined therapy on lumbar extension strength, center of pressure (COP) and pain scale. The subjects who took part in the group consist of 40 chronic low back pain patients. For this study, the single and combined exercise of lumbar were provided for 12 weeks, two times a weeks, and 50 minutes each session. The statistical analysis was done using independent t-test to analysis of the group-specific and paired t-test to analysis of each of the groups with PASW program (Version 18.0), and statistical significance was set on the level of p < .05. The results were as follows; The changes of lumbar extension strength did not appear significance post-therapy than pretherapy in each group. However, the single-therapy(p < .05) and combined-therapy(p < .001) group appeared statistically significance. The changes of COP did not appear significance post-therapy than pre-therapy in each group. The single-therapy group was significance(p < .001), and in the combined-therapy group did not appear statistical significant. The changes of pain scale appear to be indicated that pain decreased statistically significance post-therapy than pre-therapy in each group and group-specific(p < .001). According to the above results, combined-therapy for patients with chronic lower back pain could influence strength of lumbar extension, COP, subjective level of pain. In addition, these results has prove that combined-therapy for patients with chronic lower back pain could influence positively than single-therapy.

        기능적 발목관절의 비대칭성 및 안정성 향상을 위한 통합적 기능운동프로그램 적용효과

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of asymmetric and stability enhancement of functional ankle joint to use integrative functional exercise program. For this study, 18 adult males who experienced a functional instability based on the effects on the potential strength and strength injuries of vertical force on the ankle joint. For evaluating isokinetic muscular functional, the ankle joint were evaluated for plantarflexor and dorsiflexor strength of 30°/sec and 120°/sec. The conclusions based on the results of this study are as follows. As a result of applying the 8-week integrated functional exercise program, plantarflexor of the right and left, and ipsilateral muscular strength ratio of the right of 30°/sec, plantarflexor of the right and ipsilateral muscular strength ratio of the right and left of 120°/sec, and the vertical axis of the ground reaction force statistical significance. Therefore, the results obtained for the purpose of this study can be used to construct an active protocol for prevention and treatment of chronic and functional lesion injuries of not only the functional ankle joint function but also the rehabilitation A more positive and strategic approach can be achieved through functional approaches such as prevention and strengthening of muscles, improvement of balance ability, and maintenance of posture.

        림프순환 개선제 섭취가 여성의 신체 구성, 심혈관계 기능 및 혈중 지질에 미치는 영향

        This study investigated the effects of consumption of lymphatic circulation enhancer on the body composition, cardiovascular function, and blood lipid of healthy young women who engaged in regular physical activities. Body composition analysis, pulse wave velocity and augmentation index, and blood analysis were performed, and the results were compared between before and after taking the lymphatic circulation enhancer in 20 adult women. Two-way repeated-measures analysis of variance was performed to assess the mean difference between groups and periods, as post-analyses for statistically significant interaction effects. The results of these experiments included a significant interaction effect on bodyweight, in which a significant reduction in body weight was observed after consumption of the enhancer(p<.05). Blood lipid analysis showed a significant interaction effect only on high-density lipoproteins(HDL), in which a significant increase in HDL concentration was observed after consumption of the enhancer(p<.05). Changes in HDL levels were significantly negatively correlated with the triglyceride level(p<.05). The results of this study demonstrated that the consumption of lymphatic circulation enhancers for 10 weeks resulted in bodyweight reduction and increased blood HDL concentration.

        축구선수의 거골하관절 종골 비대칭이 등속성 하지 근기능과 기능적 움직임 (FMS)에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the calcaneal stance position angle asymmetry between right and left on isokinetic knee & ankle strength and functional movement screen (FMS) in university soccer players. The subject of this study included 18 males; Calcaneal Angle Asymmetry Group (CAA, n=9) and Control group (CON, n=9) were measured with calcaneal stance position angle (CSPA) of subtalar joint, isokinetic knee & ankle strength and FMS. To see the group difference, both the mean score and standard deviation were calculated by using SPSS 24.0, and independent t-test was implemented to verify the group difference. The results are as follows; CSPA was significantly difference measured pronation of left(p<. 001) in CAA. The isokinetic knee s trength was significantly difference left(p<.05) at angular velocity 180°/sec in CAA. Also, ankle strength was significantly difference eversion(p<.05) on left at angular velocity 30°/sec & 120°/sec and plantarflexion (p<.001) & dorsiflexion(p<.01) on left at angular velocity 30°/sec in CAA. FMS was significantly different between Con and CAA on deep squat, in-line lunge, rotary stability and total score(p<.01). Consequently, this study suggests that various approaches to training should be done, and an approach for lower leg muscle function strategy and prevention of exercise injury for asymmetric ankles will be needed.
