전력계통 사고시 보호 시스템의 순차정보를 이용한 고장진단법

최근 산업의 핵심 에너지원을 공급하고 있는 전력회사의 운영에서, 계통 사고시 대량의 정보 신호 발생으로 인하여 운전원의 혼란을 가져오게 되어, 사고후 복구시간의 지연을 초래하는 문제로 인한 해당 산업체의 손실이 대형화하는 추세이다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 문제를 해결하는 방안으로 사고시 보호시스템의 순차정보를 이용하여 단시간에 고장진단을 수행함으로서, 고장의 원인 파악과 정확한 고장 발생지점 정보를 운전원에게 제공할 수 있는 방법을 제안하고 있다. 고장진단 기법은 고장 발생의 불확실성을 고려한 보호시스템의 모델링 방법과 퍼지 페트리네트 기법을 개발하여 적용하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 방법을 사례연구를 통하여 모델 계통에 적용하고 그 유효성 여부를 확인한 결과 만족할 만한 성과를 얻을 수 있었다. 특히 보호시스템의 오동작이나 부동작 등의 불확실한 정보를 처리하는 데 본 연구에서 개발한 퍼지 페트리네트 기법이 탁월한 성능을 발휘하므로 실제의 대형 전력계통에 적용 가능성을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 본 방법은 SCADA로부터 전송되는 실시간 데이터의 온라인 처리도 가능하므로 그 유용성용 아주 높다고 볼 수 있다.

Extraction of brown seaweed (Undaria pinnatifida) oil was carried out by using supercritical carbon dioxide (SCO₂) and ethanol as co-solvent. The flow rate of ethanol was 3.0% (v/v) as compared to that of SCO₂. Experiments were performed in a semi-batch flow apparatus on dried samples at temperatures from 303 to 333 K and pressures from 80 to 300 bar. Fucoxanthin and polyphenol were quantitatively analyzed by using HPLC and UV-spectrometer. The highest yields of fucoxanthin and polyphenol were shown at 200 bar, 323 K and 250 bar, 333 K, respectively. The solubility of fucoxanthin in SCO₂ agreed well with the Chrastil model.

Ethanolysis of squid viscera oil with immobilized lipase was investigated for reducing the free fatty acid contents and enhancing the function of the oil by stepwise addition method of Shinmada[1]. Tendency of oil variation during Ethanolysis showed increased content of diglyceride, monoglyceride and fatty acid ethyl ester with reduced free fatty acid contents. The oil composition was analyzed using GC-FID and compared before and after ethanolysis. Structural analysis of the lipid was performed by HPLC-UV spectrophotometer during ethanolysis. The transformed oil was thought to has suitable properties for functional oil production.

Squid viscera oil was investigated by pretreatment method for enhancing the commercial value. Transeterification was performed to reduce rancidity of the oil, off-flavor was removed by using activated carbon adsorption. Analysis using ATD (Automatic Thermal Desorber) and GC/MG shows the efficacy of off-flavor removement. The rates of Transesterification employing inorganic catalyst and biocatalyst were tested, respectively. With stepwise addition of ethanol, the most efficiency of the reaction was achieved by inorganic catalyst. The efficiency of the reaction was estimated by acid value corresponding to rancidity of reaction product.
Yes-Associated Protein Expression Is Correlated to the Differentiation of Prostate Adenocarcinoma

Background: Yes-associated protein (YAP) in the Hippo signaling pathway is a growth control pathway that regulates cell proliferation and stem cell functions. Abnormal regulation of YAP was reported in human cancers including liver, lung, breast, skin, colon, and ovarian cancer. However, the function of YAP is not known in prostate adenocarcinoma. The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of YAP in tumorigenesis, differentiation, and prognosis of prostate adenocarcinoma. Methods: The nuclear and cytoplasmic expression of YAP was examined in 188 cases of prostate adenocarcinoma using immunohistochemistry. YAP expression levels were evaluated in the nucleus and cytoplasm of the prostate adenocarcinoma and the adjacent normal prostate tissue. The presence of immunopositive tumor cells was evaluated and interpreted in comparison with the patients’ clinicopathologic data. Results: YAP expression levels were not significantly different between normal epithelial cells and prostate adenocarcinoma. However, YAP expression level was significantly higher in carcinomas with a high Gleason grades (8–10) than in carcinomas with a low Gleason grades (6–7) (p < .01). There was no statistical correlation between YAP expression and stage, age, prostate-specific antigen level, and tumor volume. Biochemical recurrence (BCR)–free survival was significantly lower in patients with high YAP expressing cancers (p = .02). However high YAP expression was not an independent prognostic factor for BCR in the Cox proportional hazards model. Conclusions: The results suggested that YAP is not associated with prostate adenocarcinoma development, but it may be associated with the differentiation of the adenocarcinoma. YAP was not associated with BCR.
퍼지 페트리네트를 이용한 이산사건 시스템의 모델링과 모니터링

In this paper we focused on the Factory Automation System (FAS) consisting of the discrete event system and the continuous system. And also this paper presents the Petri nets based on the fuzzy logic with Petri nets and the hierarchy concept. Fuzzy Petri nets have been used to model the imprecise situations which can arise within FAS, and also the hierarchy concept allow to handle the refinement of places and transition in Petri nets model. The proposed system structure is composed of the supervisory controller and the local controller. When both controllers are executed transition, and then local controller transfers transition information (events) to supervisory controller. Therefore, if the system is considered the process failures this monitoring concept will offer failure detection method and diagnosis method. These will form the foundation of a simulator-tool with manipulation interface for application of fuzzy Petri nets. Finally, the application of the theoretical result is illustrated for an example of FAS such as Peg-on-Hole using articulated robot hand.
