        관광호텔의 효율적인 Lost & Foung 개선방안에 관한 연구 : 서울시내 특급호텔을 중심으로

        The service quality of a hotel can be estimated by handling `Lost & Found' sometimes. How a hotel deals with 'Lost & Found' would be a criterion of evaluating me hotel; Most of howls might have the case that their guest lost some, possessions. The things can be purses, jewelry, clothes, bag, etc. In that case, how does each hotel deals with the possessions?. There isn't a regular rule of unification or law that applies to every hotel commonly. when employee find belongings, valuables, baggage in many areas of hotel or guests notify that they lost possessions, consistent and faithful procedure must be accomplished. The procedures of finding, controlling, and giving hack about lost things must have an unified independence system. That kind of standard System will contribute to improve the image and the service quality as, well as betterment of competitive advantage in a hotel industry. In short, I suggest that 'Lost & Found' service be typicalized, legal program be resolved, and a regular system of unified independence about 'Lost & Found' be required.

        The way of an effective operation and sales strategy fir Banquet and Convention in Tourist Hotel Management is very important. Because that makes a high sales position in hotel's revenue. Therefore, we have to carry out the new Banquets and Conventions Promotion plans. Firstly, It is necessary more capacity equipment and an ultramodern facilities. Second, The maximization of operation as a measure of off season should be developed across the workplace with the development of package items, various kind of events promotion, festivals, so as to bring the flexible activation of operation after developing items which are organized and systematized for the image-making of hotels, What is also necessary as a way of increasing sales is the management of planning, specialization, and systematization for the selling increase of Banquets. Third, By systematic administration of complaints at giving Banquet Events, we will have to make contented event in after. Fourth, For the elevation of Banquet Service Quality, be needed better treatment and self-conceit for employee. Fifth, The improvement of Government deregulation about a marriage ceremony is need. Finally, To remedy a defect of time limit and quantitative restriction on Banquet Events, we have to seeking new outside catering market.

        The main purpose of this study is finding the betterment method of convention planner license for tourism manpower training. Convention is a communication channel to arbitrate in conflicting interests, encourage mutual exchanges such as information and materials and promote friendship among countries. Convention industry should be prepared with a long-term in a lot of sectors, for example, hotel, transportation, tourism, publication, technology, ceremony, and the like. Convention planner is very important a part of convention &as to manage every work in its field respectively from budgeting, planning, marketing, and registering to accommodation, seminars, tourism, and social gathering. In this study, I explained theory of convention planner license and discussed problem of convention planner and then, found the betterment method of convention planner license for tourism manpower training.

      • 여행상품의 가격관리에 관한 이론적 연구

        Tourism products can be interpreted as the whole goods and services produced by the tourism industry in a broad sense. And these products are tangible and intangible products satisfying consumers, i.e. tourists; these products include tangible products such as tourism souvenirs, various foods, and special products they purchase and intangible products such as services (tour guide, spa bathing, passenger transport, and game, etc.). But, the main tourism products are service products, and the majority of service products are traveling products. On the other hand, tourism products can be interpreted as the whole services related to traveling products and tourism in a narrow sense. Tourism products are commercialized products of tourism resources by tourist businessmen for sale if they are considered as spiritual, ideological, and abstract, rather than characteristic goods. The distinctive producing method of traveling products suitable for the features is required, but the producing method, which is a part of the development process of new product in the manufacturing industry, has been modified partially and applied until now. In addition, the difference among the respective development process of products should be considered somewhat due to various kinds of traveling products. Traveling products consist of various tourism resources, have great change in demand by seasons, and are easy to imitate, so it is not likely to he a simple problem to produce and sell traveling produces. For that reason, the policy keeping the close cooperative relationship with resources providers and controlling prices properly by change in demand is required to keep the market share of travel agencies and to invite new customers. Therefore, it is required of continuous study on the product development process suitable for production of various traveling products and pricing policy suitable for conditions.

      • 호텔관리자 리더십모형 분석에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to built the model of the Management Leadership who has positive and progressive mind which broke from the self-righteousness of Hotel Owner and conventional leadership in hotel management that was fragmentary, passive and inefficient. The findings of this analysis model were as follows ; First, four factors was extracted from Factor Analysis which are the job condition of employee, communication and job understanding, employee salary, employee authority commission in the part of the hotel employee management, the standardization of regulation and job, product suitability in the part the inside condition of hotel, management authority commission and outside management in the part of the hotel owner, the relationship of outside circumstance and customer management in the part of the outside condition of hotel. Second, The result from the estimation of leadership and management results showed that the items of leadership measure were not in proportion to hotel management results. It was showed that the Management or the General Manager must break from the type of the conventional management and development the culture of tourist hotel, then accomplish the goal of management. It was indicated that the growth of hotel industry needs to the Management Leadership which impact on four parts in Hotel. In conclusion, this study was attempted to aid to hotel management in Korea as suggested the propriety on employee management, improve the efficiency of the management on the inside condition of hotel, appropriate the management on the outside condition of hotel, build the reasonable relationship with hotel owner, and create the new hotel image.

        관광호텔의 규제완화 방안에 관한 연구

        In order to establish the new status of tourist hotel industry, the alleviation of regulation in tourist hotel have to be done. The purpose of this study is to solve the issue of the alleviation of regulation. The methods to solve are secondary-date analysis is published in Korea tourist association and tourist hotel association, and interview method. The results are as follows First, in the way of alleviation in administration, allowance to use the unused Banquet, alleviation of new capital investment in improving profit, simplification of alleviation process that is related to building structure of tourist hotel are needed. etc. Seal, in the way of alleviation in taxes and funds, tl are applicati of irvdustial fee that is added to tourist irushy's electric fee, the rational depicing of TV-vvatehing in etc. Finally, in the way of alleviation in sales, striction of qualification for increasing sales benefits as a infra-industry in nation and establishing status for expertise. etc.
