이 글은 한국의 복지정책이 사회적 안전망으로서의 기능을 충분히 하지 못하는 근본원인을 한국 복지체제의 발전주의적 성격에서 찾고자 한다. 한국의 복지정책은 경제성장을 최우선의 목표로 설정하던 발전국가 시기에 경제발전을 위한 도구로 마련되었으며, 이 때 형성된 발전주의적 복지체제는 발전국가가 유효성을 상실한 현재에도 변함없이 지속되고 있다. 민주화 이후 정부들의 복지정책에도 과거 발전국가 시기의 그것과 마찬가지로 성장우선주의와 노동시장에의 근로 유인 등 발전주의적 성격이 강하게 나타나고 있는 것이다. 이 글은 이와 같은 복지정책의 발전주의적 성격이 한국 복지체제의 저발전을 가져오는 근본원인임을 주장하고자 한다. 그리고 현재 나타나고 있는 사회적 양극화를 비롯한 여러 문제들은 발전주의적 복지체제와 변화된 사회경제구조와의 부조응성의 결과이며, 이러한 문제들을 해결하기 위해서는 발전주의적 복지체제를 넘어서는 새로운 패러다임의 모색이 필요함을 주장한다. This study is on the developmental character of Korean welfare regime. The developmental character of Korean welfare regime is a cause of the undevelopment of Korean welfare regime. Korean welfare policy was made of subordinate to economic policy, extensions linked to productive activity. The problem of these days is that the developmental character of Korean welfare regime is keeping their footing. Thus, although Kim Dae-Jung and Roh Moo Hyun governments had improved welfare policy, this welfare policy had lots of problems related with limitation of social insurance system of the development state. Social insurance system has high employment-based entitlement, so it can`t meet the requirements of these days such as the employment instability. Now we have need of new paradigm of welfare regime that pass over the developmental welfare regime.

이 논문은 국제결혼의 증가에 따른 이주여성의 지위 문제를 ``시민권``에 대한 새로운 담론을 통해 접근해 보고, 이를 통해 결혼이주여성 정책의 방안을 제시해 보고자 한다. 즉 결혼이주여성들이 한국 사회에서 정식 구성원으로 권리와 역할을 보장받기 위해서는 ``시민권``이 중요한 의미를 가지며, 시민권의 측면에서 새로운 정책들을 구상하여야 한다는 것을 주장하고자 한다. 그리고 이 시민권은 국가의 틀을 벗어나는 새로운 의미의 시민권 개념이다. 결혼이주여성들은 한국 사회에서 법적 지위의 불안정성으로 인해 가장 기본적인건인 체류자격조차 독립적으로 보장받기 어려우며, 한국인의 아내 혹은 어머니의 자격으로서만 복지제도와 같은 기본적인 사회권을 보장받을 수 있다. 그러나 이는 장기적으로 결혼이주여성들과 그 가족에 대한 ``사회적 배제``를 더욱 강화하는 결과를 가져올이므로 이들에 대한 ``사회적 포함``을 실천할 수 있는 시민권적 관점에서의 정책 마련이 필요하다. In the era of globalization a number of marriage migrant women in Korea is rapidly increasing. This study explores the policies for them based on a recent discussion of citizenship rights. In other words, the concept of citizenship rights of the marriage migrant women is a very important to guarantee their rights and roles in Korea. The citizenship rights discussed here is a new concept as it stands apart from the traditional nation boundary. Modern citizenship rights are challenged these days as the concept of traditional nation boundary is weaken. But this change is not taken into consideration by the Korean government regarding the policies for the marriage migrant women. Therefore, it is necessary to examine the policies for the marriage migrant women in the perspective of post-national citizenship.

This paper has focused on characteristics and changes of the "Daegu Regionalism" especially appeared in 8 general elections and 7 presidential elections after 1970"s. Daegu Regionalism, which first appeared in the 7th presidential election, was not serious at the beginning. In the 13th presidential election in 1987, however, it had heavily relied on emotional ties with prominent political leader from Daegu region and negative awareness about other regions. After the 13th presidential election, there have been changes in Daegu Regionalism"s characters. First, Daegu Regionalism has appeared in psychological and emotional aspects. After the 15th presidential election in 1997, Daegu Regionalism, which has shown intensive support for the political leader from non-Youngnam region and his party, has changed into even a form of party identification. And after Roh Moo-hyun government, Daegu Regionalism has had more ideological aspects, leading to more conservative election results. Now Daegu Regionalism has been mixed with emotional regionalism, and internalized in regional people as an ideological value through the 19th general election and the 18th presidential election in 2012.

정신분열병 환자에서 세가지 청각 자극 "Oddball" 모형에 의한 사건관련전위 P3a와 P3b

Objectives : Using 3-stimulus auditory "oddball" paradigm reflecting fronto/central and temporo/parietal functions Simultaneously, we examined patients with schizophrenia. Methods : fifteen patients with schizophrenia from outpatient clinic and fifteen normal controls from hospital staffs were recruited for the study. To elicit P3a and P3b, 3-stimulus auditory oddball paradigm was employed. The 3-stimulus auditory oddball paradigm was composed of standard tone (1,000 Hz, 75 dB, 80%), target tone (2,000 Hz, 75 dB, 10%) and distracter (White noise, 95 dB, 10%). Results : P3a and P3b were prominent in fronto/central and temporo/parietal areas, respectively, in both schizophrenics and normal controls. The P300 amplitude in patients with schizophrenia was reduced across P3a and P3b (p<0.01). The P300latency in patients with schizophrenia was delayed across P3a and P3b (p<0.01). Conclusion : These results were consistent with frontal and temporo-parietal lobe dysfunctions in schizophrenics. The 3-stimulus auditory paradigm could be applied for patients with schizophrenia and useful for further exploration the disorder.
