        학교 조직 갈등이 특수교사의 임파워먼트 및 조직 유효성에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 학교 조직 갈등이 특수교사의 임파워먼트 및 조직 유효성에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 조사 대상은 대구ㆍ경북지역에 소재하고 있는 일반학교 교사 238명, 특수학교 교사 205명으로 총 462명을 편의상 무작위표본추출법에 의해 표집 하였으며, 그 중에서 19부를 제외한 443부를 실제 분석에 이용하였다. 분석한 결과에 따른 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사 그룹에 따른 학교 조직 갈등은 일반학교 교사가 특수학교 교사에 비해 높은 반면에, 교사 임파워먼트와 조직 유효성은 특수학교 교사가 일반학교 교사에 비해 높게 나타났다. 성별에 따른 학교 조직 갈등은 남교사와 여교사간에 부분적으로 차이가 있었다. 교사 임파워먼트와 조직 유효성의 직무만족은 여교사가 남교사에 비해 높았다. 교육경력별에 따른 학교 조직갈등은 교육경력 간에 차이가 있었으며, 교사 임파워먼트의 하위요인 중 지위를 제외한 모든 요인에서 교육경력 간에 차이가 있었고, 조직 유효성은 직무만족에서만 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 학교 조직 갈등의 관리자와의 갈등은 의사결정, 지위, 전문성 신장, 영향, 자율성에 부적 영향을, 학생과의 갈등은 의사결정, 영향, 자율성에 정적 영향을 보였다.셋째, 학교 조직 갈등의 관리자와의 갈등은 직무성과에 부적 영향을, 동료교사와의 갈등은 직무만족에 부적 영향을 보였다. 넷째, 임파워먼트의 지위, 자아효능감은 직무성과와 조직몰입에 정적 영향을, 전문성 신장은 직무만족에 정적 영향을 보였다. The purpose of this study was investigate the effect of school organizational conflict on teacher empowerment and organizational effectiveness of special teachers. The data were collected through a questionnaire written by a sample of 443 teachers working at middle and high school in Daegu and Kyungbuk province. The scales used in this study were School Organizational Conflict Scale by Sin(2007), Teacher Empowerment by Lee(2005), and Organizational Effectiveness Scale by Na(2006). The results of this study were as follows; First, in according to teacher groups, regular school teachers perceived higher school organizational conflict than special school teachers. And, in both teacher’s empowerment and organizational effectiveness, special school teachers perceived higher school organizational conflict than regular school teachers. In according to gender, there was difference partly between male teachers and female teachers in the school organizational conflict, but there was no difference between them in the total school organizational conflict. Female teachers perceived higher teacher empowerment than male teachers, and female teachers perceived higher organizational effectiveness in only job satisfaction than male teachers. In according to teaching career, there was difference between teaching careers in all of the subscale of school organization conflict. And there was difference between teaching careers in all factors including decision making, professional growth, self-efficacy, autonomy, and impact among the subscales of teacher empowerment except for status. Also there was difference between teaching careers in only job satisfaction among the subscales of organizational effectiveness. Second, among the subscales of school organizational conflict, the conflict with school administrators negatively influenced decision making, status, professional growth, impact, and autonomy, but the conflict with students positively influenced decision making, impact, and autonomy. Third, among the subscales of school organizational conflict, the conflict with school administrators negatively influenced job productivity. And the conflict with associate teachers negatively influenced job satisfaction. Forth, among the subscales of teacher empowerment, both status and self-efficacy positively influenced job productivity and organization commitment, and professional growth positively influenced job satisfaction.

        제1부: 학술논문 : 체육수업에서 운동능력믿음이 청각장애학생의 성취목표성향 및 과제지속성에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 체육수업에서 운동능력믿음이 청각장애학생의 성취목표성향과 과제지속성에 미치는 영향을 규명해 보고자 수행되었다. 이 연구에 참여한 연구 대상은 발달장애 등과 같은 부가 장애를 갖고 있지 않은 청각장애학생 405명의 자료를 토대로 분석하였다. 자료처리는 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 일원 다변인분산분석, t 검정, 상관분석, 중다회귀분석 등을 이용하였다. 첫째, 운동능력믿음은 고정된 믿음의 재능과 증가된 믿음의 학습에서 남학생이 여학생에 비해 높았다. 그리고 증가된 믿음의 학습과 향상에서 고등학생이 중학생에 비해 높았다. 둘째, 성취목표성향은 수행접근목표에서 남학생이 여학생에 비해 높은 반면에, 수행회피목표는 여학생이 남학생에 비해 높았다. 셋째, 과제지속성은 고등학생이 중학생에 비해 높았다. 넷째, 운동능력믿음과 성취목표성향 간의 관계에서 운동능력믿음의 재능, 학습, 향상은 숙달접근목표에 정적 영향을, 안정적, 재능은 숙달회피성향에 정적 영향을, 재능은 수행접근목표에 정적 영향을, 안정적은 수행회피목표에 정적 영향을 주는 반면에, 향상은 수행회피목표에 부적 영향을 주었다. 그리고 운동능력믿음과 과제지속성 간의 관계에서 재능, 학습, 향상은 과제지속성에 정적 영향을 주었다. 또 성취목표성향과 과제지속성 간의 관계에서 숙달접근목표와 숙달회피목표는 과제지속성에 정적 영향을 주는 반면에, 수행회피목표는 과제지속성에 부적 영향을 주었다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of exercise ability beliefs on achievement goal orientation and task persistence of deaf students in physical education classes. The subjects of this study consisted of 405 deaf students in the special middle and high school. The used instruments were the Park & Kim(2010) for measuring exercise ability beliefs scale, the Park & Jang(2009) for measuring achievement goal orientation scale, and the Park & Lee(2010) for measuring task persistence scale. The data were analyzed by t test, one way MANOVA, multiple regression analysis, correlation analysis, factor analysis as a statistical method. The results of this study was as follows. First, in the exercise ability beliefs, male students were higher gift and learning than female students. And high school students were higher learning and improvement than middle school students. Second, in the achievement goal orientation, male students were higher performance approach goal than female students. But, female students were higher performance avoidance goal than male students. Third, high school students were higher task persistence than middle school students. Forth, in the relationships between exercise ability beliefs and achievement goal orientation of deaf students, stable, learning, and improvement positively influenced to mastery approach goal, and both stable and gift positively influenced to mastery avoidance goal, and gift positively influenced to performance approach goal, and stable positively influenced to performance avoidance goal. But, improvement negatively influenced to performance avoidance goal. And in the relationships between exercise ability beliefs and task persistence of deaf students, all of the gift, learning, improvement positively influenced to task persistence. In the relationships between achievement goal orientation and task persistence of deaf students, mastery approach and mastery avoidance goals positively influenced to task persistence but, performance avoidance goal negatively influenced to it.

        대학생의 운동행동변화단계에 따른 신체적 자기개념과 정서

        The purpose of this study was to analyze on physical self-concept and emotion according to the stage of change in exercise behavior of university students. The subjects of this study consisted of 498(male=258, female=240) college students. The instruments used were the Kim(2001) for measuring physical self-concept and Jung(1997) for measuring Emotions. The data were analyzed by factor analysis, reliability analysis, chi-square test and one-way ANOVA. There was significant difference between males' and females' in the stages of change in exercise behavior. There were significant difference in sports competence, physical activity, flexibility, endurance, muscle strength between males according to the stage of change in exercise behavior. And there were significant differences in sport competence, health, physical activity, flexibility, endurance, muscle strength between females according to the stage of change in exercise behavior. Both males and females were significant difference in positive emotion according to the stage of change in exercise behavior.

        테니스 동호인의 성취목표성향이 신체적 자기효능감, 운동몰입에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of goal orientation on physical self-efficacy and commitments for tennis club members. And the instrument for data collection were a questionnaire in which goal orientation as identified by Sung et al.(2003) and physical self-efficacy as identified by Hong(1995) and commitments as identified by Jung(2004). 400 subjects were selected from tennis club members in Daegu by the random sampling method. Among these selected subjects, 355 responded, and data analyses consisted of employing correlation analysis and multi-regression analysis using SPSS 14.0. The following results were obtained. First, among the sub-scales of physical self-efficacy, man showed higher perceived physical ability than that of woman. and among the sub-scales of commitment, man showed higher behavioral commitment than that of woman. Second, the longer the period of participation, there was showed the highest perceived physical ability in the physical self-efficacy and showed the highest cognition commitment and behavioral commitment in the commitment. Forth, among the sub-scales of goal orientation, task orientation had positive an effect on physical self-presentation confidence and perceived physical ability. and ego orientation had negative an effect on physical self-presentation confidence. but ego orientation had positive an effect on perceived physical ability. Fifth, among the sub-scales of goal orientation, task orientation had positive an effect on cognitive commitment and behavioral commitment. Sixth, among the sub-scales of physical self-efficacy, both physical self-presentation confidence and perceived physical ability had positive an effect on cognitive commitment. and perceived physical ability had positive an effect on behavioral commitment, but not on cognitive commitment.

        검도선수들의 성취목표성향이 열정에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was investigate the effect of achievement goal orientation on passion of kumdo players. The data were collected through a questionnaire written by a sample of 334 kumdo players. The scales used in this study were Achievement Goal Orientation Scales by Kim(2001), Passion Scales by Yoo & Jung(2008). The data were analyzed by frequency analysis, MANOVA, Univariate F test, correlation analysis and Multi-regression analysis as a statistical method. The results of this study were as follows. First, in the subscales of achievement goal orientation, business team players was higher ego orientation than university team players. And business team players was higher harmonious passion and obsessive passion than university team players. And there was difference between athletes careers in the harmonious passion. Second, in the subscales of achievement goal orientation, task orientation positively influenced harmonious passion. And both task orientation and ego orientation positively influenced obsessive passion.

        This study examined the new approaches to the understanding of human movement. Human movement is reviewed in three aspects, or information-processing perspective, dynamic perspective, ecological psychology perspective. Among the three aspects, ecological psychology perspective was to try to understand human movement by using three concepts of direct perception, affordance, invariants. Especially, direct perception in the related to the understanding of human movement is a very important factor in the ecological psychology perspective. That is, it was understood that in the information-processing perspective, human movement about the inflowed external information was formed by hierarchical control structure. But it was understood that in the ecological psychology perspective, human movement about the inflowed external information was formed by causal control structure. Therefore, ecological psychology perspective about the human movement is very suitable for explaining motor performance formed mainly by using visual perception information of postural control, locomotion, downhill behavior of skiing, long jumping, etc.

        대학 남자 운동선수의 자기관리가 스포츠대처 및 정서에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was investigate the effect of self-management on sport coping and affects of men`s university athletes. The data were collected through a questionnaire written by a sample of 328 athletes in at university in Seoul, Daegu and Kyungbuk province. The scales used in this study were Athletes` Self-management Scale by Huh(2003), Athletes` Sport Coping Scale by Yoo & Park(1998), and Affects Scale by Jung(1997). The results of this study were as follows; First, there was no difference between athletes careers in the self-management, sport coping, and affects. Second, among the subscales of self-management, mental management, interpersonal management, and training management positively influenced emotional focused coping. And the mental management, physical management, and training management positively influenced problem focused coping. And the mental management and interpersonal management negatively influenced avoidance coping. and the mental management and interpersonal management positively influenced detached coping, but physical management negatively influenced. Third, among the subscales of self-management, both mental management and interpersonal management positively influenced positive affects, but negatively influenced negative affects. Forth, among the subscales of sport coping, problem focused coping and detached coping positively influenced positive affects, but avoidance coping negatively influenced. And avoidance coping positively influenced negative affects.

        체육수업에서 지각된 교사-동료의 자율성지지가 중학생의 학습동기화전략 및 자기핸디캡에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 체육수업에서 지각된 교사-동료의 자율성지지가 중학생의 학습동기화 전략 및 자기핸디캡에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 있다. 이를 위해 자료 수집은 2016년 4월 1일부터 4월29일까지였으며, G시와 K시에 소재한 중학교 2개교를 임의로 선정하여 해당학교 재학생을 대상으로 할당표집방법에 의해 360명(남학생 180명, 여학생 180명)의 추출한 표본 중에서 339명의 자료를 최종 실제분석에 이용하였다. 이 연구에 참여한 연구대상은 교사와 동료의 자율성지지와 학습동기화전략 그리고 자기핸디캡을 측정하는 검사지에 응답하였다. 자료 분석은 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도, 상관분석, 중다회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 이 연구의 분석결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사-동료의 자율성지지는 학습동기화전략의 자기효능감, 내적가치, 인지전략의 사용, 자기조절에 정적 영향을 준다. 둘째, 교사의 자율성지지는 자기핸디캡에 부적 영향을 준다. 셋째, 학습동기화전략의 평가불안은 자기핸디캡에 정적영향을 주는 반면에, 내적가치와 자기조절은 자기핸디캡에 부적 영향을 준다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of perceived autonomy support from teacher and peers on learning motivated strategies and self-handicapping of middle school students in physical education class. The subjects of this study consisted of 360 middle school students in G and K city from April 1 to 29, 2016. But, among of subjects, it consisted of 339 middle school students except 21 students. The used instruments were the Park, Kim, & Kim(2010) for measuring perceived autonomy support scale, the Jung & Park(2013) for measuring motivated strategies for learning scale, and the Hwang & Park(2010) for measuring self-handicapping scale. The data were analyzed by factor analysis, multiple regression analysis, correlation analysis as a statistical method. The results of this study was as follow. First, the autonomy support from teacher and peers positively influenced to self-efficacy, intrinsic value, the use of cognitive strategy, and self-regulation in motivated strategies for learning. Second, the autonomy support from teacher negatively influenced to self-handicapping. Third, evaluation anxiety positively influenced to self-handicapping but, intrinsic value and self-regulation negatively influenced to self-handicapping.

        중학생의 각성추구성향이 체육수업내적동기 및 체육교과태도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 중학생의 각성추구성향이 체육수업내적동기 및 체육교과태도에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 하였다. 이 연구에 참여한 연구대상은 중학생을 대상으로 표집하였다. 표집된 설문자료 중에서 335명의 자료를 토대로 분석하였다. 연구도구는 각성추구검사지, 체육수업내적동기 검사지, 체육교과태도 검사지를 이용하였다. 자료처리는 빈도분석, 상관분석, 신뢰도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 중다회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 각성추구성향 중 신기함 추구만이 체육수업내적동기의 재미-노력과 유능감에 정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 각성추구성향 중 신기함 추구는 체육교과태도에 정적 영향을 주는 반면에, 스릴 추구는 건강과 체력에만 부적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또 체육수업내적동기의 재미-노력은 체육교과태도에 정적 영향을 주는 반면에, 유능감과 긴장은 부분적으로 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 체육교과태도와 내적동기를 증진시키기 위해서는 학생들의 각성추구성향 중 신기함 추구를 높여 줄 수 있는 교수학습방안이 요구된다. Subjects consisting of 335 middle school students were analyzed using arousal seeking tendency scales to determine the effect on student's scores on scales for physical education intrinsic motivation and physical education attitude. The data were subjected to frequency analysis, correlation analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis as statistical methods. The results were as follows. In the subscales of arousal seeking tendency, novelty seeking positively influenced interest, efforts, and competence. In the subscales of arousal seeking tendency, novelty seeking positively influenced physical education attitude, but thrill seeking negatively influenced health and fitness only. In the subscales of physical education intrinsic motivation, interest and efforts positively influenced physical education attitude, while both competence and tension partly influenced it. These findings indicate that improving both attitude and intrinsic motivation of middle school students toward physical education would require a method of teaching and learning that encourages students′ novelty seeking in the subscales of arousal seeking tendency.

        성인 수영참여자의 참여동기와 의사결정균형이 운동몰입, 운동지속의사에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of participation motivation and decision balance on sport commitment and exercise adherence intention in adult swimming clubs. The subjects of this study consisted of 331(males=183, females=148) adults who are participating in swimming clubs in sports centers. The data were analyzed by frequency analysis, t-test, factor analysis, correlation analysis and Multi-regression analysis as a statistical method. The main findings of this study were as follows. First, in the sub-scales of participating motivation, males was higher extrinsic motivation than females. Second, participating motivation had a influence on decision balance, sports commitment and exercise adherence intention. Third, decision balance had a influence on sports commitment and exercise adherence. Forth, sports commitment had a influence on exercise adherence.
