Korea has introduced the levy-grand system in the vocational learning finance. The standard unit price system of training cost was utilized in the distribution of training budget and the reimbursement system including total or partial training cost return has been operated in the corporate training after completing the learning course particularly. The standard unit price was calculated in the base of analyzing on supporting budget by the government per training institutions and corporate payment decision to learning institutions. The proposing standard unit price system of training cost was analyzed in the current standard price unit of training cost and then an improvement policy and the implication are derived from it. At the result of this study, the current government supporting level to e-learning and postal distance learning indicates good status.

NCS기반의 특성화 고등학교 IT교육과정 개발 연구

산업구조가 고도화됨에 따라 학교에서 노동시장으로의 성공적인 이행에 요구되는 기업의 기대 역량이 높아지고 있다. 이에 정부는 산업수요가 반영된 국가직무능력표준(NCS)을 개발하여 산업현장 및 직업세계에서 요구하는 직무능력을 국가 차원에서 표준화하여 제시하고, 고교 이후직업교육을 국가직무능력표준을 활용하여 일자리 중심 교육으로 전환하고자 한다. 특성화고등학교는 직업교육 현장성 강화를 위해 국가직무능력표준(NCS)에 기초하여 교육과정을 개편하고, 2016학년도 신입생부터 적용하고 있다. 특성화 고등학교 IT 교육과정은 NCS 대분류를 기준으로 정보․통신과 전기․전자 교과군으로 구성되어 기준학과로는 전기과, 전자과, 방송․통신과, 정보컴퓨터과로 구성하고 있다. 교과목은 공통교과목과 기본 교과목, NCS 실무과목으로 도출 하였다. NCS 실무과목은 기준학과별로 대표적인 인력양성 유형(직종 중심)을 설정하고, 인력양성 유형에 적합한 교육 필요 NCS 능력단위(요소)를 선정한 후, 이를 NCS 실무과목으로 재구성한 것이다. 따라서 NCS 실무과목은 NCS 능력단위(또는 능력단위요소)의 조합으로 내용체계가 구성되며, 능력단위별로 개발되는 NCS 학습모듈이 직접 활용되는 체제로 개발이 되었다. NCS기반의 특성화고등학교 교육과정의 성공적인 안착을 위해서는 교육과정을 편성･운영할 수 있는 교사 연 수와 학교의 시설 설비의 지원 방안 및 교육과정 운영의 결과 학생들의 자격증 취득을 위한 NCS 기반의 자격체계로 개편이 이루어져 교육과정과 자격의 관계가 유기적으로 이루어질 필요가 있다. 더불어 향후에는 교육과정 이수에 따른 자격의 부여 등의 필요할 것이다.

홈 오토메이션 산업 인력양성을 위한 교육과정 시안 개발

본 연구에서는 홈 오토메이션 산업에 필요한 인력을 양성하기 위해 홈 오토메이션 산업 분야에 따른 직무분석 명세서를 토대로 현행 교육과정에 대한 전문가 델파이 조사를 실시하여 전문대학과 대학교의 교육과정 시안을 개발하였다. 교육과정 시안은 전문대학과 대학교로 나누어 개발하였으며 시스템개발과 통신시스템 설계ㆍ개발 및 구현, 운용 및 유지관리의 3개의 코스로 구성되었다. 전문대학의 경우 1학년 때 홈네트워크 산업 기본 내용 관련된 모듈로 구성된 공통기초과정을 이수하고 2학년엔 3가지 코스별 전공을 선택해서 이수하도록 하였다. 대학교는 2학년 때 홈네트워크 산업 기본 내용 관련된 공통기초과정으로 구성된 공통 코스를 이수하고 3, 4학년엔 3가지 코스별 전공을 선택해서 이수하도록 교육과정 시안을 개발하였다. The curriculum drafts for college and university are proposed in order to develop the human resources of home automation industry through applying an expert Delphi research method to the current, existing curriculums in the base of the job analysis specification which is classified to the home automation industry standard. The two curriculum drafts are developed for the purpose of each college and university and they are developed with three part courses of the system studies, home network design, implementing studies and management, maintenance studies. In case of freshmen of college, they cover the general basic courses regarding the intelligence home automation module, college students are given the option to choose the curriculum in three major courses studies in second year and complete it. It is proposed for the university curriculum, the students are required to study the general foundation courses on intelligence home automations in second year and then take the option to choose the three compulsory major modules and complete the required courses in year 3and year 4.

훈련과정종합정보망 구축 및 운영 방안에 관한 연구

훈련과정종합정보망은 훈련과 관련된 모든 훈련 과정을 검색할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 수강 신청, 학습, 훈련 성과 분석, 훈련 이력 관리까지를 원스톱으로 처리할 수 있는 통합 학습시스템이다. 이와 같은 훈련과정종합정보망을 개발하고 운영함으로써 훈련생의 자기 주도적 훈련 선택권의 강화, 훈련 과정의 다양화 및 경쟁을 통한 훈련의 질 제고를 할 수있다. 훈련과정종합정보망의 운영을 위하여서는 적극적인 홍보와 정확하고 신뢰도 높은 정보 제공 서비스, 그리고 풍부한 콘텐츠와 이용자 개인과 기관에 대한 관리가 필요하며, 안정적인 재정지원과 개인정보보호, 훈련과정에 대한 저작권 보호 등이 이루어져야 한다. Training Curriculum Integrated Information Network is allowed to searching the all curriculums and courses related with training but also is a one stop handling integrated learning system to cover a course registration, learning and analysis of learning performance. Through developing and managing the Training Curriculum Integrated Information Network, it is available to get the various curriculum thus it is for trainers able to enforce the self oriented course choice and then high quality of training could be proposed by the diverse training curriculums and competitions. To manage Training Curriculum Integrated Information Network more effectively, active public relations marketing activities, high reliable correct information service and rich contents are required. It is essential to manage the learner and learning contents supplier, stable financial resources, personal security issue and protecting a copyright of training curriculum to be a successful network system.

The purpose of the research is to analyze the status and problems of the e-Learning quality assurance system on e-Learning contents and service provider(institutes) in the field of enterprise education. In addition, the research is to suggest the direction and strategies for revising and developing the system. The research put emphasis on two systems of the e-Learning quality assurance(contents, service provider) which directly influence financial support of government. This study depended mostly on literature review, supplemented by expert panel meetings. In the case of the quality assurance system on e-Learning contents, the followings are suggested; (1)admitting the contents made of the combination of modules in the approved module set, (2)making easier the qualifying of modified contents for maintenance, (3)revising evaluation criteria, (4)providing substantial feedback. In the field of service provider, the followings are requested; (1)differentiating of qualifying system by industry and scale of company, (2)extending the qualifying cycle, (3)improving the feedback and sharing system.

뉴미디어 콘텐츠 산업 분야 교육과정 개발 연구

Even though it is expected the industry on new media contents will be grown constantly, corporate feels that the related specialists, human resources are so lack and it is real that the specialty level on related personnel, skilled works is low. In current situation, it is essential that the active supports will be given to new media contents industry with constant high quality human resource development as a winning point to success. Therefore the curriculum development must be reflected the current field situation in this industry for the human resource to meet the field corporate requirements. The DACUM method is used to develop the curriculum on this study in order to develop the college level human resources who have active adoptability to corporate in new media contents industry.

지식기반사회 도래에 따른 실고 정보통신 관련 전공과 운영실태 및 인력 육성 방안

The objectives of this study were to find out needs, types, and levels of IT(Information Technology) man-power which would be developed in vocational high schools according to the demanding changes of IT manpower in knowledge-based society, to analyze status and problem of information technology subjects in vocational high schools, and to suggest efficient strategies for IT man-power development by the job analyses far curriculum development. This study was carried out through review of the related literatures, workshop for job analyses, and discussion panel consisting of vocational high school teachers, principal of board of education, educational administrators, and experts in IT. The job analyses were conducted on `Management Information`, `Multi-media`, `Electronic Communication`, and `Information Technology` majors. Main findings were as follows: (1) The number of subjects related to `equipments operation area` in IT were relatively too many than other areas in industrial vocational high schools, and the number of subjects related to `services area` in IT were relatively too many in commercial vocational high schools. (2) The contents of subjects were overlapped in industrial and commercial vocational high schools. and (3) The curriculum in IT majors was not appropriated to IT man-power development in the Knowledge-based society. Because subjects related to IT majors in vocational high schools have difficulties in fulfilling various needs of industries, the strategies to develop IT man-power should establish in consideration of followings: (1) development of key competencies, (2) change of subjects related to IT, (3) flexible operation of curriculum, (4) enhancement of teacher`s performances, (5) establishment of facilities for experiments and practices.
