A sarcoidosis is a multisystemic granulomatous disorder that has a predilection for pulmonary involvement, and the common radiological findings for the disease are bilateral nodular or reticulonodular patterns. Pseudoalveolar sarcoidosis is a rare presentation of sarcoidosis. The radiological finding is an alveolar pattern that involves or compresses the alveoli by clustered interstitial granuloma. A 58-year-old man was admitted due to incidental findings of a unilateral consolidative lesion as seen on chest radiography. A chest computed tomography (CT) examination showed multiple bronchoalveolar consolidations that were suspicious of a malignancy. However, a percutaneous needle biopsy revealed non-caseating granuloma with an asteroid body that was compatible with sarcoidosis. After one month, the consolidative lesions improved without any treatment. (Tuberc Respir Dis 2008;64:149-152)

The purpose of this study is proposing a method of developing experience program for organizing continuous 'Recreating Cultural and Traditional Village'. Therefore, with having purpose of developing experience program which is deeply related with residents organization and architecture in the village, the researcher has participated in '2005 An-dong Gunjamaul Recreating Cultural and Traditional Village', accomplished developing experience program which can continuously manageable by residents and space and facilities which are accompanied with program. The results of this research are as follows. The developing process of experience program has four phases, selecting program, planning program, growing and changing program, and practicing and firmly establishing program. Moreover, the relationships between space planning and setting up a resident's organization and the experience program need to be considered. The things that experts have to consider are come up with three subjects. First, planning experience program with citizen participation. Second, designing experience program with spaces which will contain the programs. Third, developing programs which are accompanied with rediscover village's resources through continuous feedback.

The purpose of this study was to suggest the design methods of apartment house which concern about connection with surrounding area especially in Housing Environment Improvement Project's competition works. Through the 36-prizewinning samples, the design method can be classified as a course of time and the boundary of space planing. As the time passed, concerning the preexistence inhabitant's life becoming a prominent figure of design. Moreover, adapt the design into geographical features and guarantee the resident's habitability are the important design aim in the boundary of planing. In this reason, hereafter, not only concerning the physical connections but also sharing lives of preexistence inhabitant should be planned.
음식물 쓰레기 퇴비가 오이 발아와 유묘생장에 미치는 영향

This study was conducted to find out toxicity of compost made of food waste to cucumber seed germination and seedlings growth when it was mixed with Mixlite for bed substrate. Mixlite was solely used as bed soil, or mixed with food waste compost ranging 1% to 100% (w/w). Germination percentage and seedling growth of cucumber were examined in 4 weeks after seedling. When cucumber seeds were sowed in Mixlite mixed with food waste compost at 100, 50, 30, 20, 10 or 1%, germination percentages were 30, 36, 38, 46, 74 and 84% compared to with control(100%), respectively. It showed that germination percentage percentage was adversely affected by the amount of food waste composed mixed in the bed substract. Plant height and hypocotyls diameter, root length and root fresh weight, hypocotyls fresh weight and cotyledon fresh weight of cucumber seedling were similarly adversely affected by the amount of food waste compost. Optimum content of the food waste compost for cucumber nursery substrate was found to be 1% of Mixlite.
저염도 음식물 쓰레기를 이용한 퇴비시여가 배추의 생육에 미치는 영향

This study was conducted to investigate the changes of physico-chemical properties of soil applied with compost made by food wastes and its effect on the growth and yield of Chinese cabbage. Chinese cabbage was grown in the soil treated with food waste compst(FWC) of 0, 0.625, 1.25, 2.5, 5 and 10㎏/3.3㎡. As the amount of FWC increased, number of leaves, leaf area and fresh weight increased where application of 5㎏ and 10㎏/3.3㎡ showed vigorous plant growth in the late growing period. The pH of soil by application of FWC was not raised, which was similar to the soil before treatment. Organic matter increased in soil by increasing the amount of FWC. However, concentration of Cu and Pb in the soil reduced. The concentration of available phosphate(P) was lower in the soil treated with FWC than in the soil before treatment, which means that a large amount of P may be uptaken by plant. This study suggested that FWC should be an alternative to chemical fertilizer for vegetable production.

This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of chitosan, oligosaccharides on root and shoot growth promotion and fruit harvest of cucumber. Chitosan solution was made by hydrolysis with enzyme, and diluted in 1,000(50ppm), 3,000(16.7ppm), 5,000(10ppm) and 7,000(7ppm) times. 7,000 times diluted chitosan solution showed the best results on plant height, stem diameter, number of leave, leaf area, and leaf and petiole fresh weight, but fresh stem weight was inhibited in all concentrations of chitosan solution. Also fruit yield was increased 24.7% in 7,000 times diluted chitosan solution.
