Incusion Complex in Solid powder were made by the freeze-drying method in molar ration 1:1. Inclusion Compound was identified by IR and ^1H-NMR Spectrometry. The result suggested that PA(Piromidic acid) was included in β-CD(Cyclodextrin). Solubility of PA was increased by Complexation with β-CD, was investigated by UV Spectroscopic method. Stability constant of this compound was determined 2300M^-1

This study examines meanings and value of Mt. Daedun(大芚山), which called as ‘Mt. Geumgang in Honam,’ from the point of a scenic site, national cultural property. Followings are the natural and cultural value of Mt. Daedun as a scenic site identifed based on enforcement ordinance number 11 of Cultural Property Protection Law: 1. Mt. Daedun’s resources for Scenic Sites are filled five criteria of all six criteria. Especially, balanced particular two landscapes between nature and culture, such as Geumgang overpass and Samseon pass are remarkable. 2. Strange rocks, such as Mawang Gate, Sinsun Rocks, Nubjeok Rocks, Janggun Peak, Namgeun Rocks, and peaks and cliffes, such as Chilsung Peak and Geumgang Peak are filled the criteria number one ‘mountains with excellent natural landscapes,’ and the criteria number four ‘famous mountains with excellent historical and cultural value.’ 3. Baeti Hill, Taego Temple, and Nakjo Terrace in Choongcheongnam-do side are the important viewpoints to see Mt. Daedun’s strange rocks and cliffs. Those needs to develop as places for experiencing major viewpoints of Mt. Daedun. And, it needs to develop the connecting programs between tourism and local cultural heritage, including Ansim Temple, Taego Temple, and Seokchoen Temple. Until today, historical and cultural elements of Mt. Daedun seem scanty, thus, it needs to investigate and develop more references as a future research. In addtion, for securing integrity and authenticity of resources of scenic sites, adopting integrated investigation and setting up management areas and plans together with Geumsan-gun and Nonsan-si.

식생모니터링 및 이용자 프로그램 개발 - 익산 소라산 자연마당을 중심으로 -

A study was conducted to perform vegetational monitoring and to develop programs for users by age visiting the natural ground of Sora Mountain in Iksan City in an attempt to recreate the area into a vegetational and cultural space in which a vegetational network can be constructed by connecting the downtown, woods and marsh to prove that nature and man can coexist. The outcomes of the study could be summed up as follows: From the vegetational monitoring, it was found that artificial pumping is required to keep supplying the sanitation and marsh area with water and sewage. The waterside management area, on the other hand, is seen to have the environmental potential to give birth to a new vegetation since it is highly probable that new seeds may be germinated whereas the bumper management area seems to be a critical point for preservation and maintenance of the ecological resources once they are created. Volunteers expressed their will to take part in the voluntary work once or twice a month mostly for growing flowers. The sense of belonging to the community and voluntary participation are needed to help gain emotional and physical stability by developing the programs for each age such as infants, early children, youth, adults and senior people. 소라산 자연마당을 중심으로 식생모니터링 및 연령대별 이용자 프로그램을 개발하여 도심과 산림, 습지가 연결된생태네트워크를 구축하여 도시생태계의 건전성을 확보하며, 자연과 사람이 공존하는 생태문화공간으로 재 탄생하기위한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 식생모니터링에서 정화습지구역은 지속적인 지하수와 상수도 공급을 위한 인공펌프시설을 요구되며, 수변관리구역은 종자가 발아할 확률이 높아 새로운 식생 출현할 수 있는 환경적 특성이며, 완충관리구역은 조성된 생태원의 보존과유지에 매우 중요한 지점으로 판단된다. 봉사활동 참여 의사는 월 1~2회 정도 봉사활동에 대한 참여의사가 있으며, 내용은 꽃나무 가꾸기가 많았고, 프로그램개발은 영․유아, 청소년․청장년, 어르신 연령별 프로그램 개발로 정서적․신체적 안정과 공동체의 소속감과 자원봉사활동 등이 요구된다.

서예치료지도사의 직무만족이 이직의도에 미치는 영향에서 일터영성의 매개효과

본 연구의 목적은 서예치료지도사의 직무만족이 이직의도에 미치는 영향에서 일터영성의 매개효과를 파악하는데 있다. 연구대상은 OO시 서예치료지도사 154명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석 및 3단계 매개효과 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 서예치료지도사의 직무만족 하위요인인 직업안정성, 재교육기회 요인이 이직의도에 부적(-)으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 서예치료지도사의 직무만족과 이직의도와의 관계에서 직무만족의 하위요인인 직업안정성 요인과 이직의도와의 관계에서 일터영성은 부분 매개효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 이는 서예치료지도사가 직무만족의 직업안정성, 재교육기회 요인이 높을수록 이직의도가 낮아진다는 것을 의미하며, 직업안정성과 이직의도와의 관계에서 일터영성은 부분매개 역할을 하는 것을 의미한다. 본 연구의 시사점은 서예치료지도사의 직무만족 증진을 위한 방안 마련의 기초자료가 될 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study is to understand the mediating effect of workplace spirituality in the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention of calligraphy therapy instructors. The subjects were 154 calligraphy therapy instructors in OO City. As for the analysis method, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and a 3-step mediation effect analysis were conducted using the 22.0 SPSS program. First, job stability and re-education opportunities, which are sub-factors of job satisfaction of the calligraphy therapy instructor, had a significant negative effect on turnover intention. Second, in the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention of the calligraphy therapy instructor, it was found that there is a partial mediating effect of workplace spirituality in the relationship between turnover intention and the job stability factor, which is a sub-factor of job satisfaction. This observation means that the higher the factor of job satisfaction, job security, and retraining opportunities, the lower the intention to turnover, and that workplace spirituality plays a role as a partial mediator in the relationship between job stability and turnover intention. This study is considered to be the basis for preparing a plan to improve the job satisfaction of the calligraphy therapy instructors.
