소아 암 환자에서 항암제 치료 후 발생한 구내염에 대한 저출력 레이저의 효과

N/A Background: Oral mucositis is a common complication of anticancer chemotherapy. The sequelae of this consist of an increased risk of infection, moderate to severe pain, compromised oral function, and bleeding. This study was performed to evaluated the effects of the He-Ne laser and the Ga-Al-As laser on oral mucositis caused by anticancer chemotherapy in pediatric patients. Methods: There were 3 cases of osteosarcoma and 6 cases of leukemia. All patients received He-Ne laser (632.8 nm wavelength, power 60 mWI application on 400-600 Hz scanning for 5-20 minutes and Ga-Al-As laser (904 nm wavelength, power 40 mW) application by fiberoptic hand piece placed in immediate proximity to the tissue without direct contact with it for 30 seconds per point for 5 days per week. During the application patients wore wavelength-specific dark glasses and were instructed to keep their eyes closed. Results: The mean number of treatments with oral intake was 4.89 ± 0.64. The mean number of total treatments was 9.44± 2.59. There were no significant side effects during and after the laser treatments. Conclusions: He-Ne laser and Ga-Al-As (IR) laser treatment were well tolerated and reduced the severity and duration of chemotherapy-induced oral mucositis in pediatric oncologic patients.
적송화분과 리기다송화분의 성분 조성에 관한 연구 - 일반성분, 무기질, 중금속, 비타민, 유리당의 함량 -

적송화분과 리기다송화분을 시료로 하여서 일반성분, 무기질, 중금속, 비타민 및 유리당을 비교 분석하였다. 적송화분은 당질 함량이 58.5%로 리기다송화분 51.8%보다 다소 높았고 그 외에는 리기다송화분이 조회분 4.0%, 조단백질 15.0%, 조지방 2.5%, 조섬유 17.55등으로 적송화분의 조회분 2.8%, 조단백질 13.4%, 조지방 2.1%, 조섬유 14.7%보다 높았다. 무기질의 함량은 적송화분과 리기다송화분 모두 Mg, Cl, Ca, Fe, Mn, Na, Zn 등을 비교적 많이 함유하고 있었다. 독성 중금속 Cd의 함량은 각각 0.3ppm였고, Pb는 0.1ppm, 0.2ppm, Cu는 0.3ppm, 0.7ppm, As는 0.01ppm, 0.03ppm으로 식품중의 허용기준치보다는 낮았다. 비타민 B₁, B₂ C의 함량은 적송화분 (vit, B₁ 1.2㎎, vit. B₂ 1.0㎎, vit. B₂ 1.7㎎, vit. C 77.1㎎)이 높았고, 비타민 E의 함량은 적송화분(1.6㎎)이 리기다송화분(0.8㎎) 보다 배가 높았다. 유리당의 함량은 자당이 각각 6.6%, 6.9%, 과당은 각각 0.25, 포도당은 각각 2.1%, 2.9%였다. 그 외의 유리당은 본 실험에서는 검출되지 않았다. Pinus pollen is used as the chief ingredient for Song-wha-dashik (Korea's traditional pattern-pressed candy). It has been the food stuff indispensable especially on the occasion of performing ancestral rites and holding a banquet since Shilla and Koryo Dynasty. In this paper, therefore, a new examination is made of the nutritive ingredients of the very Pinus pollen. Analysis has been made of the proximate composition, minerals, heavy metals, vitamins and free sugars of the Pollen of both Pinus densiflora Siebol et Zuccarini and Pinus rigida Miller. In the proximate composition, Pinus rigida Miller is high except in free sugar: crude ash (4.0%), crude protein (15.0%), crude fat (2.5%), crude fiber (17.5%). A lot of minerals have been found in both the samples. They contain Mg, Cl, Ca, Fe, Mn, Na, Zn, etc. In heavy metals, both the samples contain the same quantity of Cd(0.3 ppm) and the contents of Pb, Cu, and As are lower than the maximal limit permitted for food stuff. The contents of vitamin B₁ B₂, vitamin C are a little higher in Pinus rigida Miller; in vitamin E, on the contrary, Pinus densiflora Siebol et Zucarini (1.6㎎) doubles Pinus rigida Miller (0.8㎎). In free sugars, the results is as follows : 6.6%/6.9% in sucrose ; 0.2% in fructose ; 2.1 %/2.9% in glucose respectively.
「병화사(甁花史)」를 통해 본 화예적(花藝的) 의미(意味)

In this study, the artistic characteristic of byeonghwa perfomed by seonbi, described in History of Byeonghwa is studied. History of Byeonghwa is written by Heo Gyun(許筠) in Joseon era. In addition to the paintings, many seonbis of the Joseon era enjoyed the practice of taking flowers from nature, putting them in a small vase and placing it on their study table for personal viewing. This practice was called byeonghwa, the use of floral art as an expression of aesthetic taste of the highest caliber that encapsulated the beauty of the mountains and the waters of nature, inspiring feelings of happiness and cultivating the noble mind. In short, this floral art enabled the seonbis to leisurely enjoy and appreciate the beauty of nature indoors in an abridged form. Especially, those elites holding public offices who were usually far removed from nature, had their desire for enjoyment of mountains and waters satisfied by engaging in landscape paintings and Byeonghwa. Many seonbis painted landscapes and arranged cut flowers for Byeonghwa as an abridged form of nature by creating their own personal replica of nature to quench their desire for enjoying and living in the natural environment, as well as a means of pursing a beautiful and noble life. In his History of Byeonghwa, a Joseon era scholar, states that although the floral arrangement art differs from poetry in the artistic materials and mediums used; with flowers and vase used by the former and written words by the latter, the two forms of art pursue the same goal, utilizing the same composition techniques. In the same tradition, I came to the conclusion that even though there are apparent differences in materials, mediums and methods of expression in that poetry is written with words, paintings are made with brush and ink on paper, and floral art arrangements are created in three dimensions with flowers in a vase, all of these three art forms share the same purposes and contents as an expression of the artists` aesthetic pursuit infused in their lives and artistic passion. Therefore, the author proposes that floral artists in Korea deliberately avoid focusing too much on superficial technical skills and instead work toward creating works of art that are truly classical and reflect the essence of the artist. Seonbis of the historical Korea practiced painting in an effort to refine their characters and uplift their aesthetic taste. It is hoped that today`s floral artists will create their art works with the same attitude based on the contemporary interpretation of the noble spirit of Joseon`s seonbis.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of garlic(Allium sativum L.) extracts with extraction conditions on hyperlipidemia prevention. The extracts prepared for garlic by hot temperature extraction(HG), low temperature extraction(LG), UMPM extraction(UG), fermentation(FG) and black garlic hot temperature(BG) method. To evaluate of hypolipidemia effect in vivo, we examined serum and liver lipid profiles of Triton WR-1339 induced hyperlipidemia rats. Serum triglyceride and total cholesterol levels in UG group were significantly higher than control group. Liver total cholesterol content in LG group and liver triglyceride in UG group was significantly lower than control group.
