        In recent years, due to the continuous concentration of population and sharp increment of commuters around Seoul metropolitan area, traffic jam has become one of severe problems along with housing in this area. In oder to solve the problem like the one mentioned above, several countries such as Japan, France and so on gradually operate double deck trains as efficient, reliable and comfortable mass transportation systems. However, the double deck train has weak points such as big cross sectional area and high mass center that cause unsafe vehicle running performances and interface problems between the vehicles and infrastructures. Therefore, prior to operate double deck trains on the existing lines, careful investigations should be performed. For these reasons, we have investigated foreign double deck trains and studied the technologies for a double deck train as an alternative way to carry heavy transportation efficiently and comfortably.

        병원의 위기관리 시스템

        This study is to introduce a comprehensive framework of a crisis management system developed at a prominent hospital in South Korea. Throughout recent decades, especially in the recent years, the way in which to cope with both internal and external challenges has been one of the most critical issues. Since the incident management system in the U.S. is acknowledged as the most advanced crisis management model in the world, a portion of this study refers to the Hospital Incident Command System(HICS) provided by the California Emergency Medical Services Authority(EMSA). Nevertheless, the framework suggested in this article was designed based on a distinctive Korean hospital setting. The main contents of this study are as follows; categorization of each type of crisis, organization of a crisis management team in a non-crisis or crisis state, crisis assessment by life cycle stage, and establishment of crisis management protocol. Even though many types of crises are unspecified, those can be categorized into external crisis, medical crisis, and utility & activity failure. A crisis management organization should be operated and consisted differently- depending on a crisis or non-crisis situation. From a life-cycle perspective, the range by which the crisis should be managed extends from pre-stage to post-stage of the crisis. It is important to set proper scenarios and manuals by crisis type to develop a crisis management framework of high quality. With continuous efforts, hospitals can prepare for the uncertainty to better concentrate on core business operations.

        CNN 기반 깊이 추정을 이용한 실시간 장애물 회피

        The purpose of autonomous navigation is to reach the destination without collision. Traditionally, mobile robots have used LIDAR, sonar sensors, or stereo cameras to avoid obstacles. However, UAVs suffer from the selection of sensors due to payload capacity. To resolve this issue, we design the method using the only a monocular camera for obstacle avoidance on a quadrotor. In order to obtain the depth images, we use a CNN (Convolutional Neural Network). To improve the depth estimation performance, we develop a data augmentation algorithm of the magnified images especially ranging from 0.5~1 meters. By using the estimated depth image, the desired direction of the quadrotor is set. To validate our proposed algorithm, we conduct experiments with real drones in indoor environments. An analysis of the experiments shows that the proposed method can be utilized for navigation in cluttered environments.

        Drive Shaft requires high strength characteristics for safety reasons. The safety of the Drive Shaft is usually judged on the basis of the fracture strength to prevent the breakage of the Drive Shaft during operation, but the yield strength should also be taken into account. If the input torque greater than yield strength is repeatedly applied to the Drive Shaft, plastic deformation occurs in the bar shaft, which deteriorates fatigue durability. In this study, the application of tempering heat treatment is selected as a method of improving the yield strength. We analyze the tendency of strength according to tempering heat treatment conditions and optimize the conditions for maximum yield strength and fracture strength by using DOE (Design Of Experiments)

      • 다수보험계약과 민법 제103조의 적용법리에 관한 연구 - 손해사정실무상의 쟁점을 중심으로 -

        보험제도는 우연한 사고의 발생을 대비하기 위한 것으로 보험계약자의 선의성이 중요하다. 그런데 보험제도를 악용하여 보험금을 부정하게 취득할 목적으로 다수의 보험계약을 체결한 경우가 있고, 이 경우 보험계약의 효력을 부정하여 보험금 지급을 방지할 필요가 있다. 문제는 이러한 경우를 규율하는 상법상의 규정은 따로 없지만 민법 제103조에 따른 계약무효의 법리로 보험계약의 효력을 부정할 수 있는지 여부가 쟁점이 될 수 있다. 이에 대법원은 “보험계약자가 다수의 보험계약을 통하여 보험금을 부정취득 할 목적으로 보험계약을 체결한 경우, 이러한 목적으로 체결된 보험계약에 의하여 보험금을 지급하게 하는 것은 보험계약을 악용하여 부정한 이득을 얻고자 하는 사행심을 조장함으로써 사회적 상당성을 일탈하게 될 뿐만 아니라, 또한 합리적인 위험의 분산이라는 보험제도의 목적을 해치고 위험발생의 우발성을 파괴하며 다수의 선량한 보험가입자들의 희생을 초래하여 보험제도의 근간을 해치게 되므로 이와 같은 보험계약은 민법 제103조 소정의 선량한 풍속 기타 사회질서에 반하여 무효” 라고 판시하고 있고, 최근 많은 하급심 판결에서도 위 대법원 판결과 유사한 판단을 하고 있다. 한편, 보험계약의 체결목적이 보험금을 부정하기 취득할 목적이라는 사실은 내심의 의사에 속하는 것으로 이를 직접적으로 증명하는 것은 쉽지 않으므로 사실상 대법원은 일정한 간접사실의 증명을 통하여 이러한 내심의 의사를 추정하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 관련 대법원과 하급심 판례를 통해 다수보험계약체결과 관련된 계약무효에 대한 손해사정실무상의 다툼과 쟁점들에 대해 살펴보고 내심의 의사를 추정할 수 있는 간접사실과 실무상 적용방안에 대해 고찰한 후 마지막으로 보험금 부정취득을 위한 다수보험가입을 통한 모럴 리스크를 방지하고 선량한 보험계약자를 보호하기 위한 법적·제도적 개선방안을 제안하였다. In this regard, the Supreme Court stated that “If policyholder for the contracts for insurance purposes undeniably acquires insurance through a large number of insurance contracts, that insurance contract is void against Article 103 given good morals and other public order law.” If you have signed an insurance contract for the purpose of fraudulently obtaining the insurance money, the effect of the insurance contract may be denied, according to the recent Supreme Court ruling in a number of similar judgments. On the other hand, the fact that the purpose of signing the insurance contract was to deny the claims is not easy to prove directly. In response, the Supreme Court estimate the inwardly intention through indirect facts. The relevant Supreme Court precedents analyze the proof of certain indirect facts and how they are collected. Next, it will be shown how the insurance contract as unfair gain returns and how to organize legal relationships, and finally how to prevent multiple insurance for insurance fraud to protect the innocent policyholders.

        얼굴 검출 기반 웹툰 커뮤니케이션을 이용한 힐링 콘텐츠

        In modern times, various forms of content that combine culture and technology are emerging. Among the various contents, it is worth paying attention to the type of content that combines popular webtoons and technologies. Webtoon is derived from the comic book of the past and is a compound word of the web, which means the Internet, and toon, which means cartoon. Webtoons, an Internet cartoon, have only a short history, but recently they have even implemented interactions with audiences by incorporating human computer interaction technology. Examples of interactions between webtoons and audiences include the nonlinear story composition in which readers lead stories, the BGM in webtoons can be turned on and off, or the lines of characters can be heard directly by voice actors. In this paper, the main keyword of our society is ‘healing’. “Healing” is the act or process of treating or recovering to be healthy, and there are studies in various fields that are conducted with the aim of “healing”. Under the theme of “Healing,” this study will allow the audience to feel mental healing and stability through exhibitions using Processing program with webcam and interaction with the audience.

        In recent years, efficient commuter transportation has become one of major issues to be taken into account around Seoul metropolitan area. In oder to solve the problems, several countries such as Japan, France and so on gradually operate double deck trains as efficient, reliable and comfortable mass transportation systems. However, the double deck trains have relatively big cross sectional areas and high mass centers that cause unsafe vehicle running performances and interface problems between the vehicles and infrastructures, and do not have enough spaces for electric equipments. Therefore, prior to operate double deck trains on the existing lines in Korea, careful investigations should be performed. For these reasons, we have studied the double deck train system for the existing lines around Seoul metropolitan area as an alternative way to carry heavy transportation efficiently and comfortably.

        The Main objective of the study is to find out the basic running condition of KNR EMUs since the results can be useful in designing new EMUs. We had investigated the average annual mileages and decrepit levels. After that, we performed stress analysis for the carbody when uniformly distributed vertical loads due to the weight of the car body and passengers were applied to the underframes, in order to find out the most critical sections of the underframes and the effect of corrosion on the underframe strength.. Upon performing stress analysis, we carried out running tests of EMUs on the conventional line to measure dynamic stresses applied to the underframes.
