The environmental impacts of a 1 kW polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) system are quantitatively assessed by performing a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) study. A PEMFC system produces electricity and heat simultaneously, so an appropriate allocation of associated inputs and outputs is performed between the electricity and heat produced. The environmental impacts of the PEMFC system on the impact categories such as global warming (GW), abiotic depletion (AD), acidification (AC), and eutrophication (EU) are assessed from the life cycle impact assessment. The impact indicator results of the impact assessment on these impact categories are obtained as $3.70E-01kg\;CO_2\;eq./kWh$, 1.86E-03 kg Sb eq./kWh, $4.09E-04kg\;SO_2\;eq./kWh$, and $1.88E-05kg\;PO_4{^{3-}}/kWh$, respectively. For all impact categories studied the most influential stage is the operation stage, which accounts for 98.8%, 98.7%, 70.3%, and 62.3% of the total impact on GW, AD, AC, and EU, respectively. For the impact categories of AD, AC, and EU, most of the environmental impacts during the operation stage is attributed to the production of city gas. However, for the impact category of GW, $CO_2$ emission from the reforming process of city gas is the main reason for the largest contribution of the operation stage to the total impact results.
열 수축 튜브 자동 절단 장치를 위한 공정제어 및 감시 시스템에 관한 연구

In conventional cutting system of Heat-Shrink-Tube, workers operate cutting system after considering about length and quantity of heat-shrink-tube. So, not only work time and production cost is increased but also material is wasted because the data that workers have to consider is so much. In this paper, an effective cutting system of heat-shrink-tube was developed to reduce production cost, work time and waste of material. The cutting system consists of a supervisory computer installed inside a control room, a on-site computer installed on the work area, and a PLC system. In the developed system, a supervisory computer send work order to the on-site computer using LAN and the on-site computer operates the cutting system of the heatshrink- tube after it makes an array production order. Also, the on-site computer reports information to the supervisory computer when an accident happened.

2011년의 개정민법은 제949조의3을 신설하여, 친권자의 법정대리권을 제한하는 제921조를 준용하도록 정하고 있다. 이 규정은 후견인이 피후견인과 이해가 상반하는 법률행위를 하는 경우 후견인의 법정대리권을 제한하는 내용을 정하고 있다. 제949조의3은 이해상반행위의 제한과 관련해 친권법과 후견법의 규율을 일치시켜 통일적인 규율을 둔다는 점에서, 종래 제921조에 관한 해석론이 상당부분 원용될 수 있을 것이라고 예상할 수 있으며, 실제로 상당부분에서 그러하다. 그러나 친권법과 후견법이 개별적인 내용에서 차이를 보이므로, 제949조의3이 후견법의 맥락에서 새로이 조명될 필요가 있다는 것도 부정하기 어렵다. 이러한 이유에서 본고는 제949조의3이 제기하는 해석론적인 문제들을 살펴보고자한다. 본고는 우선 프랑스와 독일의 법제를 살펴본 다음, 한편으로 제949조의3이 적용될 수있는 사안들을 구체적으로 검토하고, 다른 한편으로 이해상반성의 의미에 관한 종래 논의를 비판적으로 평가한다. 필자는 특히 종래의 형식적 판단설을 비판하고, 거래의 안전에도 불구하고 입법자의 가치평가를 존중할 때 실질적 판단설에 따라 이해상반을 판단해야 한다고 주장한다. The reformed Civil Code of 2011 introduces a new rule, which extends the protection according to art. 921 to the persons under guardianship (art. 947-3). So the guardian’s authority to represent his ward is to be excluded if there is a conflict of interests between them. One could easily infer that doctrine and case law concerning art. 921 will give many useful advices for handling this new norm. But the old wisdom anyway could require a new approach in a different context. The author undertakes this task and considers upon art. 927-3 in a new light. He surveys the French and German law on this topic, and proceeds to the interpretive issues. He on the one hand confirms the cases to which art. 947-3 is to be applied, and on the other reconstructs the traditional concept “conflict of interests” from a critical viewpoint. Here he criticizes the dominant doctrine which the case law also follows, because it very often leads to absurd conclusions. He propagates the approach which considers all relevant factors concerning the ward’s interests, accepting possible disadvantages borne by the other party.
3 자유도 물고기 로봇의 동적해석 및 운동파라미터 최적화에 관한 연구

Recently, the technologies of mobile robots have been growing rapidly in the fields such as cleaning robot, explosive ordnance disposal robot, patrol robot, etc. However, the researches about the autonomous underwater robots have not been done so much, and they still remain at the low level of technology. This paper describes a model of 3-joint (4 links) fish robot type. Then we calculate the dynamic motion equation of this fish robot and use Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) method to reduce the divergence of fish robot’s motion when it operates in the underwater environment. And also, we analysis response characteristic of fish robot according to the parameters of input torque function and compare characteristic of fish robot with 3 joint and fish robot with 2 joint. Next, fish robot’s maximum velocity is optimized by using the combination of Hill Climbing Algorithm (HCA) and Genetic Algorithm (GA). HCA is used to generate the good initial population for GA and then use GA is used to find the optimal parameters set that give maximum propulsion power in order to make fish robot swim at the fastest velocity.

Digital manufacturing technology is one of meaningful advancements which enable the less development lead time in automotive industries. This study applied CFD simulation to the development process of automotive parts such as front/rear suspension modules and cross/center members. Through the calculation of e-coating process, design specification can be evaluated in early stage of development in terms of manufacturing processes. The multi-phase and volume of fluid (VOF) physics model are used to predict macroscopic bubble entrapments and problems in drainage problem during dip-out process. The paint thickness distributions are also considered by applying electromagnetic governing equations with fluid flow analysis. The meaningful criteria in this study can pave the way to reduce the labor of design validation tests and related time cost.
