        갈색거저리 유충 분말을 이용한 패티 제조 및 품질특성

        This study was performed to develop patties with quality characteristics using mealworm powder, followed by assessments of general compositions and the branched-chain amino acid (BCAA) levels of the patties. An analysis of the chromaticity of the patties shows that the lightness and yellowness were decreased, whereas the redness was increased, as the amount of mealworm powder was increased. According to the sensory evaluation, the mealworm patty that contain 20% of mealworm powder (M20) showed an overall high preference level. In terms of the mechanical properties, the hardness, gumminess, and chewiness were significantly increased, whereas the springiness and cohesivensee were decreased, as the amount of mealworm powder was increased. The general composition of the M20 consists of 41.84% (moisture), 8.78% (carbohydrates), 34.42% (crude protein), 13.15% (crude fats), and 1.81% (crude ash). The BCAA contents (leucine, isoleucine, and valine) significantly increased in correspondence with the increases of the as mealworm-powder amount regarding the M20, the BCAA composition consists of the following: leucine (2,906.25 mg/100 g), isoleucine (1,459.09 mg/100 g), and valine (1,813.18 mg/100g). The conclusion of this study suggests that mealworm is a potential food material that could possibly replace meat.

        CPW에 삽입된 T자형 DGS

        본 논문에서는 CPW에 식각된 T자형 DGS를 제안하고 전송이론을 이용하여 전파 방사를 포함한 손실률, BW(3-dB fractional bandwidth) 등을 closed-form 형태의 수식으로 유도하고 이의 영향에 대해 분석한다. 제안된 T자형 DGS 구조는 기존의 아령형 DGS 구조보다 약 5.5배정도 큰 커패시턴스(C) 조절 특성을 가진다. 또 DGS 등가회로의 R, L, C값과 손실률, BW, 저지대역 공진 각주파수($\omega_0$)의 상관관계를 정량적으로 이끌어낸다. In this paper, we propose a T-shaped DGS for CPW and provide the closed-form solutions for power loss rate, and bandwidth of the DGS. The proposed T-shaped DGS structure has a range of capacitance(C) 5.5 times wider than the dumbbell-shaped DGS structure. In addition we also analyze relations between R, L, C values of the DGS equivalent circuit and total loss rate, BW, $\omega_0$ of the DGS.

        의료기관의 외국인 대상 환자식 운영 현황 및 내실화 방안 분석

        The objectives of this study were to analyze the operational characteristics and to explore the substantiality plan of inpatient diets for foreigners in hospitals. Questionnaires were mail-delivered to 128 hospitals, and a total of 62 questionnaires were usable with a response rate of 48.4 percent. Statistical data analysis was com-pleted using SPSS Win 11.0 for descriptive analysis, independent t-test, and χ2test. Results can be summar-ized as follows. The average number of inpatient meals for foreigners in the last 6 months were 405 and 53 for general therapeutic diets and special therapeutic diets, respectively. The rates of hospitals with an ex-clusive department and exclusive staff for foreign inpatients were 48.4% and 53.2%, respectively. Major na-tionalities of foreign inpatients were China (37.5%) and Russia (31.3%), and their major medical departments were internal medicine (43.9%) and surgery (39.0%). The number of hospitals that provided inpatient diet on-ly for foreigners was 42 (72.4%) and influencing factors were number of permitted beds (P<0.05), an ex-clusive department (P<0.001), and exclusive staff (P<0.01). The main type of menu was USA·European style (61.1%), and the price of inpatient meals for foreigners was mostly ₩10,000∼₩25,000 (62.0%). As 75.9% of hospitals did not possess dietary slip manuals for foreigners, the case of preparing inpatient meals for foreigners in the form of a general therapeutic diet partially-modified according to disease was the ma-jority (55.4%). Dietitians felt the need for nutrition management guidelines and dietary slip manuals (47.3%) as a substantiality plan of inpatient diets for foreigners. There is a need for exclusive foodservice standards for foreign inpatients in the changing medical environment.

        안심을 엮어내는 실천공동체:코프 아이치의 주민복지활동

        이 논문은 일본의 소비생활협동조합 코프 아이치의 조합원 활동이 주민복지활동으로 확장되는 과정을 실천공동체의 관점에서 관찰하였다. 자치와 협동의 조합원 활동은 지역사회를 더 좋게 만드는 실천공동체로서 주민복지활동을 촉진하고 지역사회의 다양한 주체들과 연계, 협업하여 돌봄의 윤리를 지역사회에 전파함을 하고 있음을 발견했다. 지역사회의 고령화로 인한 돌봄의 수요가 급격히 늘어나는 지역사회에서 협동조합의 복지활동은 국가나 가족이 채우지 못하는 차원, 즉 상호부조적인 돌봄을 실현한다. 코프 아이치의 토요하시 시 조합원들의 <생활서로돕기활동모임> 사례에서는, 조합원과 비조합원들이 활동모임에 연계되고 참여함으로써 신참과 고참 사이의 상호작용을 통해 돌봄의 의미를 음미하고 돌봄의 노하우를 배양하며 지자체, 협동조합 및 NPO, 주민조직이 협업, 연계하여 지역포괄돌봄체계를 실현하는데 기여한다. 협동조합의 복지활동이 실천공동체의 특징을 지니면서 지역사회 타 주체들과 지역사회 복지실현에 필요한 역량을 생산하는 모습은 일본보다 고령화 속도가 빠른 한국에서 협동조합의 지역사회 활동에 시사점을 준다. This paper explores the expansion process of members’ care-volunteering in Co-op Aichi to community care. Members volunteering with autonomy and co-work fulfills an important function in communities of practice (CoP), as creating a stronger community by dissemination of ethics of care in the process of collaboration with various actors in local communities. Under the unprecedented condition of the increasing aging population in Japanese local communities, care-volunteering among co-operative members realizes mezzolevel welfare; reciprocal care, it cannot be fulfilled at the state nor family level. In that case, co-op members’ mental attitudes, knowledge and trust in the membership which are cultivated through member activities, enhance residents’ participation in community care significantly, according to a case study on activities of the “Mutual-help Association in Co-op Aichi.”

        경기도 남부지역 학생이동의 공간적 특성에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 경기도 남부 지역의 수원, 오산, 용인, 화성의 학군들을 중심으로 중학생의 전·출입의 공간적 특성을 분석을 하였다. 최근 교외화로 빠른 인구 성장을 나타내고 있는 네 개 도시 지역의 교육공간을 학생이동의 실증적 데이터를 토대로 분석하여 학군의 적정 배치, 교육환경 개선, 교육 형평성 실현 등 교육 정책의 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 연구지역의 학생이동에 영향을 미치는 학군별 학교, 주택개발, 사회경제적 변수의 분포 특성은 상관관계 분석, 다중회귀 분석, 군집분석을 통해 주로 파악되었다. 그 결과 도시의 중심부와 주변부, 그리고 기존의 도시들과 신흥택지개발 지역의 학군들 간에 뚜렷한 공간적 차이가 나타났다. 첫째, 도시 중심부의 학군은 인접학군간의 이동이 많은 반면, 도시 주변부의 학군은 전출 성향이 강했다. 둘째, 경기도 남부지역에서 전입률이 가장 높은 지역은 신흥택지개발지역인 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 이들 신흥택지개발지역은 학생의 유동성이 낮은 기존 도시들에 비해 상대적으로 교육 환경이 열악하여 교육 수요를 충족할 수 있는 교육시설의 공급과 지원이 필요하였다. 넷째, 이상을 종합해 볼 때 경기도 남부지역의 학생이동은 교외지역의 재구조화를 반영하여 다핵을 중심으로 공간상에 나타났다. This study analyzed the characteristics of spaces to and from which middle school students transfer, especially centering around the school districts of Southern area in Gyeonggi Province such as Suwon, Osan, Yongin, and Hwaseong. This study was conducted to provide the suggestions regarding educational policies such as the positioning to appropriate school districts, improving of educational environment, and implementing of educational equity, by analyzing, based on the empirical data, the educational spaces of four cities showing rapid population growth due to recent suburbanization. The characteristics of distribution of variables such as schools for each district affecting the student transfer, housing development, and socioeconomics in the research object region are mainly analyzed through the correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and cluster analysis. As a result, there is shown a distinct spatial difference between school districts of the cty downtown and urban fringe, and between school districts of the conventional cities(cities that have been from the past: note of translator) and new land development regions. First, the school districts in the city downtown showed lots of transfers between neighboring school districts, while the school districts in the urban fringes showed transfer-out tendencies strongly. Second, it was the new land development regions where the transfer-in rate is the highest in the Southern area of Gyeonggi Province. Third, the said new land development regions required the supply of educational installations and educational support that can meet educational demands, since these regions have relatively lower qualitied educational environments compared to the conventional cities where the fluidity of students is lower. Fourth, in the summary of all of the said three results, the student transfer in the southern area of Gyeonggi Province was shown in the spaces centering around the multi-core area by reflecting the restructuring of suburban area.

        일본생활협동조합연합회의 발전과정과 시사점 -전국조직으로서의 사업,운동기능의 분석-

        This article explores the historical development of Japanese Consumers` Co-operative Union (hereafter JCCU) as a national federation of consumer co-ops with a legal status, especially how JCCU has been reinforced its leadership in the business operation with an initiative of movement. At the first stage, JCCU took a policy concentrating its efforts to enlarge member organizations and improve their businesses, on the other hand ran parallel with integration of purchase business through a separate national union named All Japan Consumer Cooperative Business Union established in 1958. AJCCBU developed many independent "CO-OP" brand products since 1960. Its success empowered JCCU to integrate with AJCCBU for draft expansion of Japanese consumer co-operative movement. The article argues that real development of JCCU came from successful integration of the two unions, also examines arguments on structural arrangement at that time. The relationship with JCCU and several business unions of consumer co-ops beyond prefecture boarders is mentioned in this article, too. Finally, implications for establishing a reliable and strong national center of Korean co-op movement based on revised Consumers` Cooperative Law of 2010 are suggested.
