The objective of this paper is to construct the risk management system and to propose management plan related to operational risk generated in the customs business of Korean firms. To analysis actual conditions, 3 cases of trade firms' customs audit, which are located in Korea, have been applied. It can be concluded that the use of risk control can reduce the cost of risk management and thus can be an effective risk management method in the customs business of trade firms. The results propose that the construction of customs risk management system and 5 plans of regal risk management.

철도차량 내부장치간 무선연계 및 배선절감 기술 성능평가를 위한 시험 인프라 구축과 운영방안의 수립

철도차량 내부 장치간 무선연계 및 배선절감 연구는 철도차량의 순차 아날로그 제어 방식 내부배선을 디지털 제어방식 로직회로에 의한 무접점 스위치 및 통신방식으로 전환하기 위한 것으로 기존 배선을 30%이상 절감시키며 장치의 신뢰성 및 내환경성 그리고 차량 유지보수성을 향상시키는 것을 목적으로 한다. 배선절감 기술 연구는 차량의 로직회로 설계, 차량 내 네트워크, 차량 간 무선통신 등 다양한 기술이 적용되며 이러한 기술적용에 따라 정밀하고 효과적인 성능평가가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 차량 내부간 무선연계 및 배선절감 기술의 성능평가를 위한 시험선과 시험차량의 선정부터 비용산출, 개조 등 시험 인프라 구축과 함께 시험선 운영의 전반적인 계획 및 방안을 제시하고자 한다. Rolling stock wiring reduction technology study is aimed at reduction more than 30% of rolling stock internal wiring for improve reliability and environmental resistance, and also analog control method sequential switching circuit are change to the solid state switch and communication system through the digital control logic circuit. These wiring saving technologies are applied a variety of techniques such as the wireless communication between the rolling stock car, logic circuit design, internal network, etc. so it needs a precise and effective performance evaluation. In this paper, we present overall plan and decision for rolling stock wiring reduction technology performance evaluation, and It’s includes an overall decision for evaluating the performance comprehensively. Such as testing railway selection, selection for testing train, calculate operation cost for testing, determination for inspection and maintenance period.

엔진 성능의 시험에 있어서 작동유체인 압축공기의 물성중 수분은 매우 중요한 부분으로, 엔진의 작동과 성능에 영향을 미치는 대표적인 요인이다. 특히 고공환경 시험에서는 습도의 조건에 따라 성능의 차이가 커지므로 엔진의 정확한 성능과 운용성을 파악하는데 작동유체인 압축공기중에 포함된 수분의 조건은 대단히 중요하다. 압축상태인 작동유체의 수분 함유량을 고공의 조건과 같은 -40℃ 이하의 이슬점(Dew Point) 상태로 제습 하기 위한 장치인 흡착식 Air Dryer의 개발을 위해 흡착과정 및 재생과정에 대한 이해와 흡착제의 흡착효율을 극대화하고, 재생비용을 최소화하여 에너지를 저감 할 수 있는 Air Dryer System에 대하여 기술한다.

중국 중소기업의 수출신용보험 활용 및 수출성과에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors affecting the trade insurance utilization of exporting small enterprises and their effect on export performance. To identify the factors that affect the Chinese SMEs’ utilization of export insurance, examine whether export insurance utilization positively affects export performance, and whether export insurance utilization mediates the relationship between the export firm characteristics, SINOSURE characteristics and export performance, we conducted a questionnaire survey on employees of SMEs in China and conducted Smart PLS 3.0. Results of this analysis are as follows. First, the level of export orientation and export risk management positively affects the utilization of export credit insurance, and the effect of recognition of export credit insurance on export credit insurance utilization is statistically insignificant. Second, in terms of characteristics of export credit insurance companies, all of the factors have a positive effect on utilization of export credit insurance. Third, the utilization of export credit insurance helps improve the export performance of SMEs. Fourth, the mediating effect of export credit insurance was found to be statistically insignificant.
