        슬러지 탄소원을 주입한 UNR공정의 동절기 질소, 인 처리효율

        The aim of this study was to evaluate on the removal effect of total nitrogen and phosphorus with municipal wastewater in ultrasonic nutrient removal (UNR) process using ultrasonic sludge carbon source. The removal efficiency for total nitrogen was 44.2% at biological nutrient removal (BNR) process, 50.8% at UNR process. The removal efficiency for total phosphorus was 45.6% at BNR process, 46.2% at UNR process. The removal of nitrogen was effectively influenced by ultrasonic sludge carbon source.

        철전기분해장치(FNR)에서 철판의 표면적이 인제거에 미친 영향에 관한 연구

        Objectives: The purpose of this experiment is to understand the phosphorus removal ratio effects of iron plates per unit of surface area through the iron electrolysis system, which consists of an anoxic basin, aerobic basin, and iron precipitation apparatus. Methods: Iron electrolysis, which uses an iron precipitation reactor in anoxic and oxic basins, consisted of iron plates with total areas of 400 $cm^2$, 300 $cm^2$ and 200 $cm^2$ respectively. The FNR process was operated with a hydraulic retention time and a sludge retention time of 12 hours and three days, respectively. Wastewater used in the experiments was prepared by dissolving $KH_2PO_4$ in influent water. Results: The iron plates 400 $cm^2$ (16.6 $mA/cm^2$), 300 $cm^2$ (13.3 $mA/cm^2$) and 200 $cm^2$ (7.3 $mA/cm^2$) in surface area in the phosphorus reactor had respective phosphorus of 2.4 mg/l, 2.7 mg/l and 3.2 mg/l in the effluent and phosphorus removal respective efficiencies of 90.3%, 89.1% and 87.1%. The effluent in the reactor, where the iron plate was not used, had relatively very low phosphorus removal efficiency showing phosphorus concentration of 15.3 mg/l and a phosphorus removal efficiency about 38.3%. Phosphorus removal per ferrous was 0.472 mgP/mgFe in the iron electrolysis system where the surface area of iron was low. Phosphorus pollution load per active surface area and the phosphorus removal efficiency had an interrelation of RE = -0.27LS + 89.0 (r = 0.85). Conclusion: With larger iron plate surface area, the elution of iron concentration and phosphorus removal efficiency was higher. The removal efficiency of phosphorus has decreased by increasing the initial phosphate concentration in the iron electrodes. This shows a tendency of decreasing phosphorus removal efficiency because of decreasing of iron deposition as the phosphorus pollution load per active surface area increases.

        Marc et al. reported that diazepam increased plasma corticosterone level and Dasgupta et al. suggested that chlordiazepoxide(CDP) supressed the adrenal response to ACTH. In this paper, the influence of CDP on the changes of blood sugar and plasma corticosterone level induced by ACTH and picrotoxin were investigated in male mice. The results obtained were summarized as follows; 1) The blood sugar and plasma corticosterone level were increased by CDP, ACTH, and picrotoxin, respectively. 2) The hyperglycemia induced by ACTH and picrotoxin were not affected by the CDP pretreatment. 3) The increase of plasma corticosterone level induced by ACTH was inhibited by the CDP pretreatment. 4) The increase of plasma corticosterone level appeared 30 minutes after picrotoxin injection was slightly enhanced, but the level of 120 minutes after picrotoxin injection was significantly inhibited by the CDP pretreatment.

        미생물 코팅 담체를 이용한 하수의 질소$\cdot$인 제거에 관한 연구

        This study was carried out to investigate the removal of nitrogen and phosphorus in municipal sewage depending on existence of biological coated media in BCM reactor. The reactor with biological coated media is the process combining $A_2/O$ process. The removal efficiencies for $COD_{Mn},\; BOD_5,\;SS$, T-N and T-P were $78\%,\;90.5\%,\;92.3\%,\;61.9\%,\;60.2\%$, respectively. The specific nitrification rate$(mgNO_3-N/gMLSS{\cdot}d)$ of Contact aeration basin was 52.2 and the specific denitrification rate$(mgNO_3N/gMLSS{\cdot}d)$ in anoxic basin was 95.1. Also, phosphorus release$(mgPO_4-P/gMLSS{\cdot}d)$ in Anaerobic basin was 71.8 and Phosphorus uptake$(mgPO_4-P/gMLSS{\cdot}d)$ in contact aeration was 27.1.

        본딩용 압축 롤 균압 향상을 위한 연구

        This is a study to improve the evenness of distribution of bonding rolls used in fabric finishing process. Bonding rolls being produced domestically have uneven pressure distribution in longitudinal direction. The pressure at the both ends of rolls are greater than that at the center. So, to ensure the uniform pressure distribution, they manufacture silicon coating of rolls with tapered shape: so called crown. But, the silicon coating is needed to be machined periodically, since it is worn out during operation. Therefore to avoid additional machining of silicon coating, optimal roll structure has been sought to make uniform pressure distribution on the roll surface. Existing roll structure has been changed with new design. Design has been performed for existing three kind of the bonding roll through finite elements structure analysis. By using the design data a company has manufactured bonding rolls installed at a multi functional finishing machine.

        테러범죄 관할권에 대한 비교법적 고찰과 입법론

        외국에서 우리 국민 또는 대한민국의 법익 침해 없이 테러사건을 저지른 외국인이 국내로 도피한 경우에, 그 외국인의 국외테러범을 우리나라에서 체포하여 기소할 수 있는가 하는 점이 문제된다. 현행 우리형법은 보편적 관할권에 관한 세계주의를 규정하지 않고 있어 외국인의 국외테러범에 대한 관할권이 없으므로 우리 형법을 적용하여 처벌할 수 없고, 테러단체조직 구성 ․ 가입죄 등을 처벌할 수 있는 테러대응 특별법도 제정되어 있지 아니하여 우리나라는 국내에 현재(現在)하는 외국인의 국외테러범을 효과적으로 처벌할 수 없는 국제테러범 처벌의 사각지대에 놓여 있다. 이러한 상황에서 최근 형법상 ‘세계주의 규정’을 신설한 형법(총칙) 일부개정 법률안이 국무회의의 심의를 거쳐 국회에 제출된 것은 바람직한 입법방향이라고 할 것이다. 아울러 테러대응 특별법 제정시 ‘테러범죄 관할권’을 국내 토지관할 및 사물관할과 역외관할(즉 영토외 관할)로 나누어 정치하게 규정할 필요가 있다. 이와 관련하여 국내외 테러사건에 대한 서울중앙지방검찰청 및 서울중앙지방법원의 전속 광역관할, 대검찰청의 우선적 수사관할 및 3심제 또는 2심제 방안 등의 장 ․ 단점을 살펴보고, 우리 실정에 맞는 방안으로 ① 대규모 테러사건 등 중요사건에 한하여 대검찰청에 우선적 수사관할권을 부여하고, 이에 상응하여 재판관할에 있어서도 소송경제 등을 고려하여 2심제로 운영하되, 기본적으로 경미한 테러사건에 대하여는 통상사건과 마찬가지로 지방검찰청의 수사관할로 하여 3심제로 운영하며, ② 역외관할에 있어서는 국내에 범인이 현재하는 것을 재판권행사의 조건으로 하는 조건부 내지 상대적 세계주의를 채택하는 방안을 제시해 보고자 한다. 그 밖에 현실적으로 테러범죄에 효율적으로 대처하기 위해서는 형사재판관할권의 흠결을 최소화하기 위한 입법적 노력뿐만 아니라, 형사사법공조 등 국제협력이 매우 중요하고, 또한‘테러대응 유관기관 간 정보 공유, 테러사건에 대한 수사 및 재판특칙, 처벌 강화’등을 포함하는 테러대응법제 구축이 시급하다. 이러한 테러대응 특별법은‘국민․ 국가의 안전과 테러범의 인권’이 조화되는 법률이 되어야 할 것이다. In cases when foreigners who have committed act of terrorism in a foreign country without violating the rights of Republic of Korea or its national, the question arises whether it is possible to arrest and prosecute the foreigners in Korea for the terrorist act committed in another country. Since Korean Criminal Act does not stipulate universal jurisdiction, it has no jurisdiction over foreigners' terrorist acts committed overseas, making it difficult for authorities to punish them. Furthermore, there are no special laws that regulate organizing and joining terrorist groups, making Korea a blind spot in punishing international terrorism. In this situation, it is just as well that recently a revised bill on Criminal Act with new clause on universal jurisdiction have passed the Cabinet Council and was submitted to the National Assembly. When enacting a special law on anti-terrorism, it is necessary to regulate‘jurisdiction on terrorism’ by delicately dividing it to territorial, material and extraterritorial jurisdiction. In this context, I will go over the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office and the Seoul Central District Court over the domestic and international terrorism, the preferential jurisdiction of the Supreme Prosecutors' Office, and the pros and cons of three or two-level court system. Furthermore, the followings could be suggested as measures fit for Korea.1. Granting power of preferential investigation to Supreme Prosecutors' Office and operating a 2 level-court system for cost-effectiveness of trial for large-scale terrorism. But, in the case of minor terrorism, 3 level-court system should be operated as in the usual cases. 2. In regards to the extraterritorial jurisdiction, adopting ‘relative universal jurisdiction’ or ‘conditional jurisdiction’ under the condition that the perpetrator is within Korea. Moreover, to effectively counteract terrorism, mutual legal assistance and international cooperation is just as important as our effort to fill in the holes of criminal jurisdiction. Also, it is urgent that we establish legislative system which includes 'information sharing among anti-terror organizations, special rules on investigation and adjudication of terrorism and strengthened punishment.’ This special law on anti-terrorism should be a legislation that maintains balance between ‘the safety of the country ․ citizen and human rights of terrorists.’

      • DSM-CC U-U 적합성 시험을 위한 시험열 생성

        In these days, as rapid growth of multimedia industries and development of techniques, an effort to develop DAVIC(Digital Audio-Visual Council) systems which support multimedia services such as VOD(Video on Demand) and teleshopping is being done. Therefore it will be indispensable to establish a new conformance testing method related DAVIC system with respect to their standard specification. DSM-CC is a core part of DAVIC and adopts DSM-CC U-N for S3 information stream which pays a part in connection establishment and release of session and transmission layer, and DSM-CC U-U for S2 which operates user application of the system. In this paper, we propose a new conformance testing architecture and methodology based on scenario in order to test DSM-CC U-U which doesn't have any message sequence.

        In the conventional PWM converter, high -frequency switching techniques was used for high-density of energy, but occurred a lot of problems such as switching losses, switching voltage/current stresses, EM](Electromgnetic Interference) and so on, To overcome these problems, various soft switching techniques have been presented, However these techniques are focused on reducing switching losses and voltage/current stresses<br/> The simulation and experimental results are shown that the active clamp ZVS flyback converter with the proposed RPWM(Random Pulse width Modulation) technque reduces the conducted noise.
