수리시설물의 실시간 정보관리를 위한 RFID 및 QR 코드 기반의 모바일 기술 운용성 평가

This study aims to assess the mobile information technology as an alternative means for managing information of irrigation facilities. Traditional irrigation facility management which is operated manually has faced to critical limitations, such as delayed and loss in data handling and facilities misidentification. Real time download, collection, and update the information about the irrigation structure conditions in terms of operation and maintenance can provide a better support of the management efforts. Thus this study suggested mobile information technology using RFID (Radio Frequency IDentification) and QR (Quick Response) code for real time information management of irrigation facilities. This paper describes the applications and implementation results of real-time mobile technology for the field information communication of the irrigation facilities. The system was tested in I-dong irrigation districts in Gyounggi-province, Korea and the assessment of operability demonstrated beneficial usability for inspection of agricultural irrigation facilities in the irrigation district. The tests showed that RFID was preferred method expected to improve operability although these had some limitation. The mobile technologies are expected to increase efficiency and effectiveness of irrigation facilities management.
연결성과 소통구조 모듈을 통한 차세대 범용 농업시스템 시뮬레이터 (GASS2)의 개발

The purpose of this study is to improve the Generic Agricultural Systems Simulator (GASS) which can simulate various rural systems based on object-oriented model. GASS provides the configuration platform of various system components to simplify integrated agricultural system models such as irrigation systems for rice farming. The new connection and communication modules of GASS improve applicability for modelling diverse systems. The geometric connection of GASS replaces topological connection, and communication protocols expand to analyze not only homogeneous system but also heterogeneous system. In this paper, we applied GASS2 to simulate the water heights of linked tanks and the simulation outputs were verified through comparing with analytical solutions of differential equations. The two new modules make it possible to analyze the 4-tank problem which includes topological and heterogenous issues with GASS2.

This study examines the spatial structure of Jeju-eupseong (Town-castle) in the Joseon Dynasty. The spatial structure of Jeju-eupseong has distinctive features and regional characteristics that are substantially different from typical eupseong in inland regions. This is mainly attributed to the geographical characteristics of the island and the administrative system with strengthened military functions. Jeju-eupseong displays a distinctive layout of major buildings and road system with a plaza located in its center in comparison with the ones found in inland regions. Gwandeokjeong Plaza in Jeju-eupseong served as the center of Jeju's politics, administration, and culture during the Joseon Dynasty, and it, in the modernization period, has become an open public space in the heart of Old Downtown used for community gatherings. Therefore, this study aims to explore the historical background and distinctive spatial structure of Jeju-eupseong in comparison with eupseong in other parts of Korea. Moreover, the study examines the characteristics of Gwandeokjeong as a plaza that has not been dealt with in other studies of eupseong.
점유율 특성을 이용한 도시고속도로의 서비스수준(LOS) 평가에 관한 연구

일반적으로 도로시설의 기본구간에 대한 서비스수준(LOS)의 효과척도로 밀도가 사용되지만, 도로시설의 현장에서 관측된 관측밀도와 교통특성자료로부터 산정된 산정밀도사이에는 오차가 발생할 수 있기 때문에 도로시설의 서비스수준을 제대로 나타낼 수가 없다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 연구대상 도시고속도로의 본선구간 상에 관측기기를 설치하여 실시간의 교통특성 자료(교통량, 속도, 점유율, 차두시간, 차두거리 등)를 수집 조사하고, 수집 조사된 교통특성자료의 상호관계로부터 연구대상 기본구간 상의 최대 교통류율을 비교 분석하며, 비교 분석된 최대 교통류율을 중심으로 각 서비스수준별 점유율과 v/c비율사이의 관계에 기초하여 도시고속도로의 기본구간에서 서비스수준의 평가기준을 산정 평가하고자 하는데 있다. Generally, density is used as a measure of effectiveness (MOE) of the level of service (LOS) for the basic segment of the roadway facility, but can not express the operational condition of the roadway facility properly because there can be an error in the computed density compared with the density measured in the field. Thus, the purpose of this study is to investigate the real-time traffic characteristic data (traffic flow, speed, occupancy, headway, spacing, etc.) from the detectors installed on the mainline section of urban freeway under the study, analyze the maximum flow rate from the relationship between the real-time traffic characteristics collected, and evaluate the LOS criteria within the basic segment of the urban freeway based on the relationship between the occupancy and the v/c ratio depending on the level of service.
X선 고전압장치의 전파 및 배전압 정류방식에 따른 X선 출력 및 선질 비교

X-ray systems for medical treatment use noninvasive procedures. Being capable of locally inspecting the inside of the body, X-ray systems are routinely used for basic diagnosis. X-ray systems to be used for medical purposes were originally made with a gas filled tube inside an induction coil in the initial stages of development but with this approach it becomes difficult to take a satisfactory picture through thick body sections, non invasively. However continued development made it possible to take non-invasive pictures of breasts, blood vessels and other body parts through thick body sections. Recently, high-voltage X-ray generators of more compact size, increased generation efficiency, and sophisticated output control have become possible. All of these features are made possible by the use of a high-frequency output from an inverter and a fast switching semiconductor device. In this paper, we describe a new X-ray generator operating with a resonant inverter in order to reduce switching loss and high frequency noise. In addition, in order to identify the differences amongst types of rectification, we have compared output and the quality of X-ray pictures obtained with full-wave rectification and dual-voltage rectification methods.
