구조물의 지진 피해 감소를 위한 내진 시스템 중에서 면진 시스템은 효율적으로 내진 성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 구조 시스템이다. 면진 시스템은 지반과 구조물을 분리시키는 만큼 안전성이 뛰어나지만, 사용되는 장치의 계열에 따라 연직 및 수평 하중에 대한 지지력과 요구변형량에 대한 복원력이 부족하여 파손이 발생할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 면진 시스템의 성능 개선을 위해 기존 연구에서 제안한 면진 장치의 지지력과 복원력을 향상시킨 고무 마찰 베어링 장치에 대하여 실험 및 해석을 통한 성능 검증 연구를 수행하였다. 이를 위해 고무 마찰 베어링 장치의 설계 상세를 재정립하고 요구 성능에 따른 구조 실험을 수행하여 장치 특성을 검증하였다. 또한, 실험 결과의 신뢰성 향상을 위한 유한요소해석을 수행하여 실험 결과와 유사한 성능 수준의 장치 특성을 확인하였다. Among seismic systems used to protect structures from earthquake damages, the seismic isolation system is a structural system that can efficiently improve seismic performance. Although the seismic isolation system is safe because it separates the ground and structure, depending on the type of device employed, the support capacity for vertical and horizontal loads and the restoring force for the required deformation may be insufficient, resulting in damages. In this study, to improve the seismic isolator system performance, a performance verification study was conducted through experiments and the rubber friction bearing system was analyzed, which improved the bearing capacity and restoring force of the seismic isolator proposed in a previous study. To this end, the design details of the rubber friction bearing device were re-established and structural tests were performed based on the required performance to verify the device characteristics. In addition, finite element analysis was performed to improve the reliability of the experimental results and confirm the device characteristics at a performance level similar to the experimental results.

Instrument panel structure of future will incorporate more features that reduce the total number of components, enhance the vehicle crashworthiness and improve the body stiffness. These advantages, coupled with a potential for about 50% weight reduction due to advanced thin walled die-casting technology, will continue to give magnesium a definite advantage over other materials. In that point, modularized magnesium instrument panel structure was developed by some creative design concept, 45% weight saving compared to the steel structure. The cost disadvantage caused by using magnesium could be overcome by reduction of components and assembly labor. It has been prototyped by sand casting and die-casting machine, tested and evaluated.<br/>

The antioxidant activities and hippocampal neuroprotective effects of tea (Camellia sinensis) seed oil against H 2 O 2 -induced oxidative stress were investigated to confirm its physiological effects. The antioxidant effects of tea seed oil were evaluated by measuring its 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl, 2,2 -azino-bis (3-ethyl benzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) radical scavenging activities and malondialdehyde inhibitory effect. Tea seed oil was found to have significant antioxidant activity and inhibitory effect of lipid peroxidation. To confirm the ameliorating effect of the cholinergic system, the inhibitory effect of acetylcholinesterase (AChE) derived from PC12 was investigated. Tea seed oil was found to inhibit the AChE activity. Also, the protective effects of hippocampal neuronal cells against H 2 O 2 -induced neuronal cytotoxicity were investigated using 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide and 2 ,7 -dichlor-ofluorescein diacetate in HT22 cells. Tea seed oil was found to significantly increase the cell viability and reactive oxygen species scavenging activity.

N/A There have been many conflicts concerning the mechanism of exercise limitation in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and mitral stenosis(MS). We performed exercise test with incremental cycle ergometer and measured ventilatory response and heart rate response in 10 normal controls, 10 COPD patients, and 10 MS patients. The results were as follows: (1) COPD and MS patients showed decreased maximal exercise capacity (67±16%, 54±4%, of maximal predicted oxygen uptake) compared with the control group (88±11%). (2) COPD patients showed much higher maximal minute ventilation, lower breathing reserve (100±17% of maximum predicted value, 7±6%), and normal anaerobic threshold (45±7% of maximal predicted oxygen uptake) compared with the MS patients (51±10%, 50±8% and 33±4%) and controls (59±15%, 46±125, and 56±9%), which indicated an exercise limitation due to an abnormality in the respiratory system. (3) The MS patients showed loawer anaerobic threshold, lower maximal minute ventilation, and normal breathing reserve compared with the COPD patients and normal controls, which indicate an exercise limitation due to an abnormality in the cardiovascular system. With the above results, it is thought that an incremental cycle ergometer exercise test is useful in diagnosing the limitation factor of maximal exercise in respiratory and cardiovascular system disease.
빅데이터 기반 수도사고 위기대응 고도화 방안에 관한 연구

`19년 인천시 수돗물 적수 사고 발생에 따라 환경부에서는 수도운영관리 고도화, 체계적인 기술지원 및 사고대응을 위해 「수돗물 안전관리 종합대책」을 수립하여 수돗물 공급 전 과정의 스마트 상수도 관리 체계를 구축 중이다. 수도사고 위기대응 고도화를 위해서는 유량, 압력, 수위 등 실시간 수도운영 데이터의 신뢰성 확보와 더불어 빅데이터 분석기법을 활용한 사전 경보 알고리즘 개발 및 적용이 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 수도운영 데이터 주요항목(유량, 압력, 수위 등)에 대한 데이터 기반의 다양한 통계기법을 활용해 최적 운영범위 선정, 감시경보체계 고도화를 위한 기반을 마련하고, 분석 결과를 K-water 운영 시스템 및 감식경보시스템과의 연계를 위한 시스템 모델링에 대해 연구한다. 또한, 취수장과 정수장 간 원수 탁도의 변화에 대한 교차 상관분석을 통해 도달시간 등에 대해 고찰하고, 취수장 펌프 가동에 따른 유량 변화 및 시간 지연을 고려한 원수 탁도 데이터를 적용하여 정수장 원수 탁도를 예측하는 모델에 관해 연구하고자 한다. In response to Incheon tap water accident in 2019, the Ministry of Environment has created the “Comprehensive Measure for Water Safety Management” to improve water operation management, provide systematic technical support, and respond to accidents. Accordingly, K-water is making a smart water supply management system for the entire process of tap water. In order to advance the response to water accidents, it is essential to secure the reliability of real-time water operation data such as flow rate, pressure, and water level, and to develop and apply a warning algorithm in advance using big data analysis techniques. In this paper, various statistical techniques are applied using water supply operation data (flow, pressure, water level, etc) to prepare the foundation for the selection of the optimal operating range and advancement of the monitoring and alarm system. In addition, the arrival time is analyzed through cross-correlation analysis of changes in raw water turbidity between the water intake and water treatment plants. The purpose of this paper is to study the model that predicts the raw water turbidity of a water treatment plant by applying raw water turbidity data considering the time delay according to the flow rate change.

This study aimed to verify the effects of a 4-week program of ankle-strengthening exercise and toe-taping walk exercise on the basic lower body strength and walking to examine the benefits of the two exercises. The subjects involved 30 women in their 20s enrolled in university A. The subjects were equally divided into three groups - ankle-strengthening exercise group, toe-taping walk exercise group, and control group. The subjects were instructed to massage and do ankle-strengthening exercises using a towel, massage ball, and CRT, for 60 minutes, 3 times a week. They also taped their hallux valgus using a kinesiology tape and walked for 20 minutes with white tape applied. To sum up, the 4-week ankle-strengthening exercise and toe-taping walk exercise were identified to have a partial statistical significance on the basic lower body strength (muscular strength, power, and balance) and walking (length of gait line, plantar pressure, and COP) of women in their 20s. Therefore, the study confirmed the effects of ankle-strengthening exercises and toe-taping walk exercise on the lower body exercise function, and it is considered that further studies should be conducted on more various effects of the exercises by subdividing them into different pain locations and orthomechanic findings.
