조직유효성(직무만족, 조직몰입, 조직시민행동) 연구 동향 분석: SCOPUS DB를 중심으로

본 논문은 조직유효성에 대한 최근 20여년간의 주요 연구 동향을 파악하는데 있다. 이에 Elsevier에서 제공하는 해외 학술 데이터베이스인 SCOPUS를 활용하여 최근 24년간(2000~2023) 조직유효성의 연구 동향을 파악하였다. 빈도 분석결과, organizational 2,789건, effectiveness 2,714건, management 850건, performance 689건, organizations 632 건, leadership 597건 순으로 나타났다. 트랜드 분석 결과. effectiveness와 organizational은 꾸준하게 연구가 진행되고있으나, leadership, management의 트랜드는 최근 들어서는 다소 감소하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. LDA 분석 결과effectiveness와 organizational이 중요한 토픽으로 나타났는데, 이는 현재와 같이 미래를 예측하기 어려울 때 사전에 예측하는 능력이 중요하다는 것을 보여주고 있다. 본 연구결과는 기업에서 전략적인 차원으로 조직의 운영방안을 수립하고 이를통해 조직의 유효성을 높이는데 있어 지침으로 활용이 가능할 것으로 보인다. This paper aims to identify the major research trends in organizational effectiveness over the past 20 years. For this purpose, SCOPUS, an international academic database provided by Elsevier, was used to identify research trends in organizational effectiveness over the past 24 years (2000~2023). According to the frequency analysis, there were 2,789 cases of organizational, 2,714 cases of effectiveness, 850 cases of management, 689 cases of performance, 632 cases of organizations, and 597 cases of leadership. Trend analysis. While effectiveness and organizational have been consistently researched, the trends of leadership and management have been declining in recent years. LDA analysis shows that effectiveness and organizational are important topics. This shows that it is important to be able to predict the future when it is difficult to predict the future. The results of this study can be used as a guide for companies to establish organizational management at a strategic level and improve organizational effectiveness.
직무 스트레스와 회복탄력성이 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 요인

본 연구는 조직에서의 직무 스트레스와 회복탄력성이 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하는데 있다. 이를 위해 선행연구를 바탕으로 설문 척도를 개발하고, S사의 영업사원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과, 직무스트레스가 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 직무스트레스가 회복탄력성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 회복탄력성이 직무만족과 조직몰입에 영향을 미치며, 직무만족이 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 직무스트레스가 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미친다는 가설은 기각되었다. 또한 회복탄력성은 직무스트레스와 직무만족과 조직몰입 간의 관계를매개하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 조직에서 조직구성원들의 스트레스 관리와 더불어 회복탄력성을 높일 수있는 실무적 차원의 다양한 방안에 대한 가이드라인으로 활용할 것으로 기대한다.

Many researches have been reported that collagen as cellular stroma, matrix of grafting materials, mediator of agents for the purpose of promoting healing process invivo, but the responses in vivo were seen various. The goal of this experiment is to assess the effect of collagen on bony healing, through histological evaluation of implanted collagen on the calvarial defect in rats. 2-month-old Sprague-Dawley, 24 rats were used and 12 rats assigned to each group of control and test. Defect of 5mm in diameter was made on the calvarial bone with trephine bur. Following thorough saline rinse, defect of control group was left in empty and that of experimental group was filled with fibrillar collagen($COLLATAPE^{(R)}$, COLLA-TEC. INC. U.S.A.) soaked in saline. 3 rats in each group were sacrificed at 3, 7, 14, 21 days after operation respectively, and the tissue blocks were prepared for light microscope with H-E for evaluation of overall healing, with TRAP(tartrate resistant acid phosphatase) for evaluation of osteoclastic activity and with immunohistochemical staining for macrophages. The results were as follows : 1. In the control group, inflammatory responses were disappeared at day 14, but, in the experimental group inflammatory infiltrates were reduced at day 21. Thus, the experimental group showed more severe soft tissue inflammation than control group. 2. Both control and experimental group showed slight appositional growth at day 7 and gradual bony growth to 21th day. But, complete bony healing of the defect was not shown. There was no significant difference in bony healing between control and experimental group 3. Specific response of macrophages for implanted collagen was observed at day 14 in the experimental group. In conclusion, although fibrillar collagen caused inflammation of soft tissue during initial healing period, inflammatory responses by fibrillar collagen didn't inhibit bony regeneration and implanted collagen was biodegradaded by macrophages. Thus, we expect that fibrillar collagen can be used for useful mediator of graft materials or growth factors.
근로자들의 직무스트레스와 직무만족에 관한 연구 -자기효능감의 조절효과를 중심으로-

This research aimed theoretically and empirically to examine the relationship of employment' job stress and job satisfaction, to analyze the effect of mediator effects on the facts and to provide the management and the scholars with the moderate effects of self-efficacy. The results are as follow. First, employment' job stress affected positively to the job satisfaction. Specially, The social and economical uncertainty of job stressors(social and economical uncertainty, harmony of work and family, job related factors, organizational related factors, reliability of leader, follower, colleague, department' relationship, organizational culture). Second, the self-efficacy affect on the relationship. Specially, the self-worth of moderators (self- confidence, self-esteem, self-worth) and social and economical uncertainty moderate between employee' job stress and job satisfaction. Therefore, it is expected that the result of this investigation will function as an useful foundation work for management and scholars.
