Recently, many papers on suspension system to improve vehicle comfort have been actively studied. However, most of the studies have difficulties to actualize due to the application of complex features that additional sensors and actuators. In order to solve these problems, this paper suggests a new type of semi-active suspension system with low cost, which is applied of curved spring with motor and passive damper. This paper proposes lever ratio control system by rotating curved spring except any major structural changes of suspension system. In this paper, the development of curved coilsprings with posture control carried out a study on the height adjustment and ride comfort improvement system according to the change of load.

It is well known that the hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) which can improve the efficiency of power train by the control of electric power source has better fuel economy than the conventional vehicles. However, the electric power source can be limited because of stability of PE components and continuity of control satisfying any driving condition so that the fuel economy may be lowered according to driving condition. At this moment, if the driving condition such as road and traffic condition can be predicted, the use of electric power source will be controlled appropriately in order to improve the fuel economy of HEV. For example, if a hill road is expected in a few minutes, the controller of HEV will charge a battery sufficiently in order to avoid operating at full load part of engine as driving on the uphill road. When the vehicle is expected to drive downhill, the battery of HEV will be discharged to low SOC so that the battery is more charged from regenerative braking than a HEV with normal control strategy during downhill. Consequently, the fuel economy of HEV is improved. Additionally, while the vehicle is predicted to meet congestion, charging the battery and discharge during congestion improve the efficiency of vehicle. This paper proposes the fuel economy improvement technique for hybrid electric vehicle by using driving condition prediction. The effectiveness of the algorithm and method for using driving environment prediction has been confirmed by PSAT simulation as well as driving test. After collecting the GPS data of a specific route, the improvement of fuel economy is confirmed by using simulation model of Sonata Hybrid at PSAT and by fleet test of Sonata HEV.

The stabilizer bar maintain the stability and attitude of the vehicle when it is travelling in curves. Cornering maneuvers with reduced body roll and without comfort loss are important requirements for car manufacturers. In order to solve these problems, an electric Active Roll Control(ARC) system is being studied, but it is still composed of very complicated parts, which is heavy and expensive. In this thesis, a semi-active stabilizer bar system of mechanical structure is developed, which is weight reduction, cost down and similar performance than the active stabilizer bar. The feasibility of the system was verified from finite element analysis and test.

시각매체에서 관찰자 시선의 제어를 통해 효과적인 스토리텔링을 하려는 연구는 오래전부터 꾸준히 지 속되어 왔다. 이는 관찰자의 시각적 정보를 얻는 과 정을 제어해 작가가 원하는 효과적 심리상태를 도출해 내기 위한 노력의 일환이다. 19세기 영상의 발명 이후 광고 영상은 현재 가장 대중적인 시각 스토리텔링 매체로 자리 잡고 있다. 광고 영상은 편 집의 미학으로, 편집을 통한 절제된 감독의 연출의 도와 클라이언트의 요구를 소비자에게 상영하는 것 이 큰 특징이나, 영상의 특성상 각기 다르게 병치된 쇼트들 그 자체의 템포의 변화가 있기 때문에, 기존 의 고전 미술 작품들 안에서 이루어지는 시선의 제 어와는 큰 차이가 있다. 광고 영상의 효율적인 스토 리텔링은 이를 접하는 소비자의 구매욕과 밀접한 연관이 있고 이는 매출의 증대로 이어질 여지가 있다. 이에 본 연구는 기존의 아이트래킹 연구를 통해 도출된 자료와 실제 영상 광고 사례를 바탕으로, 소 비자의 시선움직임을 반영한 효과적인 영상 광고에 대해 분석하며, 더 나아가 본 연구가 앞으로 다가올 3D 환경 등에서의 연구로도 이어졌으면 하는 바람 이다. The studies of effective storytelling in computer graphics through the observer`s gaze control have continued for a long time steadily. This process is a part of effort that have deduced in the area of effective psychology. Moving image is catching seat by the most popular storytelling medium now since the invention of photography in 19th century. Commerical movie is the esthetics of editing. Editing skill offer to the viewer special qualities of image, because there is a change of tempo between single shot and linked shots. There is big a difference between the viewer`s gaze control achieved in traditional arts and moving images. Here upon, this study controls the observer`s gaze in linked shots with data that is construed through existing eye tracking study for effective commercial movie. This study presents a effective methodology about consumer`s eye movement based storytelling in moving images and hope to develop more effective study in 3D, new media environment.
