본 논문에서는 분해패턴을 이용한 재사용 분해 알고리즘과 외래어, 이름명사, 지명인식에 의한 미등록어 추정을 이용한 복합명사 분해방법을 제안한다. 재사용 분해 알고리즘이란 현재 분해하는 음절보다 짧은 길이의 음절에서 사용된 분해방법을 재사용하여 분해가 이루어짐을 의미한다. 외래어 인식이란 한국어 음절에서 비교적 사용빈도가 낮은 음절들로 외래어가 구성이 됨을 이용한 인식방법을 의미하고, 이름 명사 인식이란 한국인의 이름특성에서 한자음을 차용하여 작명이 이루어지기 때문에 일정한 수의 음절이 반복적으로 사용되는 점을 이용한 인식방법을 의미한다. 지명인식 방법은 지명이 출현하는 패턴을 분석하여 지명사전의 검색으로 인식한다. 이와 같이 지명사전에 의한 지명인식과 알고리즘에 의한 외래어 및 이름명사 인식방법을 사용함으로써 미등록어 추정에 정확성을 기하고, 분해 정확률 향상에 기여한다. 실험 결과 미등록어가 포함된 약 1,500어절에 대해 약 98%의 정확률이 나타났고, 미등록어가 사전에 모두 등재된 후의 실험에서는 약 99%의 정확률을 보였다. In this paper, we describe a compound noun analysis using reuse algorithm and unknown noun presumption. A compound noun is analyzed based on predefined division patterns. Division patterns defined for shorter compound nouns are used when the length of a component in each pattern is the same as that of the shorter nouns. Characteristics of words of a foreign origin, human names, and location names are used for unknown nouns. Not only syllables used only in Korean words or in words of a foreign origin but also combining characteristics of Korean alphabets are used to analyze words of a foreign origin. Some characteristics of Korean human name are that it is generally composed of three syllables, a finite set of syllables are used as the second and the third syllable, and their combining is somewhat restrictive. We use those characteristics as well as characteristics of last name and some clue words following human names to analyze unknown word. Also proper nouns for location are used for compound noun analysis. Empirical result shows that system accuracy is about 98%, and about 99% when all unknown nouns are included in the system dictionary
디메틸술폭시드와 물 및 알칸올과의 분자 상호작용 : 증기압 삼투법에 의한 연구

디메틸술록시드와 물 및 몇가지 알칸올간의 분자 상호작용에 관한 연구를 증기압 삼투법으로 40$^{\circ}C$에서 수행하였다. 디메틸술폭시드는 물, 메탄올, 에탄올, 1-프로판올, 2-프로판올과 2-메틸-1-프로판올에서는 라울의 법칙에서 부의 벗어남을 나타내었으며, 1-부탄올과 1-펜탄올에서는 라울의 법칙에서 정의 벗어남을 나타내었다. 이 결과를 이종분자간의 상호작용과 DMSO 분자의 자체회합으로 각각 해석하였다. 측정한 물과 알칸올과의 히드록실 양성자의 화학적 이동도 이 결과를 뒷받침하였다. Studies on the molecular interactions of dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) with water and/or some alkanols were carried out by vapor pressure osmometry at 40$^{\circ}C$. Negative deviation from Raoult's law was observed for the DMSO-water, methanol, ethanol, 1-propanol, 2-propanol, and 2-methyl-1-propanol systems, whereas positive deviation from Raoult's law was observed for the DMSO-1-butanol and 1-pentanol systems. The results were interpreted in terms of molecular interactions between unlike molecules, and of self-association of DMSO molecules, respectively. Measured chemical shift of hydroxyl proton of the solvents also supported the results.

NHERF1/EBP50 (Na+/H+ exchanger regulating factor 1; Ezrin-binding phosphoprotein of 50 kDa) organizes stable protein complexes beneath the apical membrane of polar epithelial cells. By contrast, in cancer cells without any fixed polarity, NHERF1 often localizes in the cytoplasm. The regulation of cytoplasmic NHERF1 and its role in cancer progression remain unclear. In this study, we found that, upon lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) stimulation, cytoplasmic NHERF1 rapidly translocated to the plasma membrane, and subsequently to cortical protrusion structures, of ovarian cancer cells. This movement depended on direct binding of NHERF1 to C-terminally phosphorylated ERM proteins (cpERMs). Moreover, NHERF1 depletion downregulated cpERMs and further impaired cpERM-dependent remodeling of the cell cortex, suggesting reciprocal regulation between these proteins. The LPA-induced protein complex was highly enriched in migratory pseudopodia, whose formation was impaired by overexpression of NHERF1 truncation mutants. Consistent with this, NHERF1 depletion in various types of cancer cells abolished chemotactic cell migration toward a LPA gradient. Taken together, our findings suggest that the high dynamics of cytosolic NHERF1 provide cancer cells with a means of controlling chemotactic migration. This capacity is likely to be essential for ovarian cancer progression in tumor microenvironments containing LPA.

The surface of fumed nano-silica(nano-SiO2) was treated with alkyl silazane to change from hydrophilic to hydrophobic. Aluminum Trihydroxide(nano-ATH) was surface treated with vinyl silazane to improve electrical properties(high voltage direct current [HVDC] breakdown strength and tracking resistance). A kneader was prepared by mixing surface-modified nano-SiO2 and surface-modified nano-ATH with liquid silicon. and the effect on electrical properties of surface-modified nano-ATH was studied for application to heavy electrical equipment. Surface modification was confirmed through thermogravimetric analysis and contact angle analysis. As the nano-ATH content increased(±), HVDC breakdown strength and tracking resistance increased significantly. As the nano-ATH content increased, the leakage current that occurred initially was delayed and the current intensity decreased. The amount of erosion also decreased.
