The expectation and the role for the university are rising due to the national competitiveness and change of environment in higher education in the knowledge based society, and the role to realize the effective lifelong study is also underlined in lifelong study society. And the social awareness is also diffused that the university should share the specialized substantial information resource with the community, and ensure the access right to knowledge and information to local inhabitant. Like this, the roll as an information center that the university can develop the local society as the component of the community according to the diffusion of lifelong study and the change of civic awareness. To check the open state of university libraries to community, this study surveyed and analyzed the open state of 4-year-course university libraries in Seoul and Gyoenggi region. On this base, this study emphasized that the university should open its libraries and positively offer the abundant specialized data of university libraries to the local residents. And this study suggested the way that the university libraries can cooperate connecting with the local public libraries and the school libraries as a positive service way of university libraries. Also this study accentuated that the university libraries should establish an open-door policy of its libraries and enlarge the service for the local residents by using the university conditions to maximum with the positive support of the university libraries of government and the university's bureaucracy. 지식기반 사회에서의 국가경쟁력 제고와 고등교육의 환경변화로 대학에 대한 역할과 기대가 높아지고 있으며 평생학습 사회에서의 효과적인 평생학습 실현을 위한 역할 또한 강조되고 있다. 아울러 대학의 풍부한 전문정보 자원과 훌륭한 시설을 지역사회와 공유하고 지역주민에게 지식정보 접근권을 보장 하여야 한다는 사회적 인식 또한 확산되고 있다. 이처럼 평생교육의 확대와 시민의식의 변화에 따라 대학이 지역사회의 구성요소로서 지역사회를 발전시킬 수 있는 정보센터로서의 역할이 강조되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 대학도서관 지역사회 개방 현황을 알아보기 위하여 서울 경기지역 4년제 대학도서관 개방 현황을 조사 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 지역주민에게 도서관을 개방하고 대학도서관의 풍부하고 전문적인 자료를 적극적으로 제공할 것을 강조하였다. 또한 대학도서관의 적극적인 서비스 방안으로 지역의 공공도서관 및 학교도서관과 연계하여 협력할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 아울러 국가 및 대학당국의 대학도서관에 대한 적극적인 지원과 대학도서관의 자구적인 노력으로 대학의 여건을 최대한 활용하여 도서관 개방정책을 수립하고 지역주민을 위한 서비스를 확대해 나가야 함을 강조하였다.

N/A ficant GER among whom seven were confirmed to have true reflux related cough (cough induced by GER; 30.8±6.4%). Although the remained two have not only GER but cough, cough episodes were not directly related with GER events (cough induced by GER; 0%). Six among seven patients with reflux related cough showed good therapeutic response to anti-reflux medications but the other two patients with reflux not related cough did not. Conclusion: It is suggested that combined ambulatory 24hour esophageal pH and motility monitoring can provide an objective and good measurement for the discrimination of true reflux related cough episodes.

Androgenetic alopecia (AGA) is a common form of hair loss that usually occurs in the third or fourth decades of life in men, with later onset in women. AGA does rarely occur, however, in the pediatric population. Adolescent AGA is pattern hair loss occurring in boys and girls between 12 and 18 years of age. We herein report the case of a 16-year-old girl with a 5-year history of diffuse hair loss on the crown. Her father had a history of AGA, and the hair pull test was negative. Sex hormone levels and thyroid function test were within the normal range. Phototrichogram analysis revealed diffuse hair thinning over the frontal and vertex areas, and the percentage of vellus hair was higher on the vertex than the occiput. We diagnosed the patient with adolescent AGA. She was prescribed 3% topical minoxidil, and improvement was visible on the clinical photograph and phototrichogram after 2 years of treatment. Aarseth의 NBODY program에서 사용된 algorithm을 이해하기 쉽도록 풀어보았다. algorithm에서 사용된 식들을 간단히 증명해 보았으며 N-body manual에서 자세히 다뤄지지 않은 부분 역시 설명하여 program을 처음 접한 사용자들의 이해를 도우려 한다. We give a detailed description of the Aarseth's NBODY algorithm, which is an algorithm for a direct integration of the gravitational N-body problem. Derivations of all the relevant mathematical expressions are given, together with a detailed discussion of the algorithm.
