        희유금속 비축 적정성 평가체계 수립

        The import amount of rare metal in Korea is about 6,034 million USD, but the self-sufficiency of rare metals is about only 1%. In order to secure the stable supply of rare metals, it is necessary to operate an efficient stockpile system. In this study, we established a system to assess the adequacy of stockpiles by quantifying the risk factors of tangible and intangible risks in order to establish an efficient stockpile strategy. The model developed in this study aims to select the rare metals that need to be stockpiled first and to suggest the direction of the stockpiling policy in accordance with technological change and market change from the mid and long term viewpoint. The evaluation results derived from the model can quantitatively measure the security level of each rare metal and enable relative comparison between the rare metals using criticality matrix. Therefore, it is expected that more efficient stockpile policy will be possible if the proposed model is utilized in the future policy making.

        용액공정으로 제작한 PVP-IZO TFT의 UV-O<sub>3</sub> 처리를 통한 전기적 특성 향상 연구

        In this paper, solution based Indium Zinc Oxide thin film transistors (IZO TFTs) were fabricated with PVP gate dielectric. To enhance the electrical properties, UV-O3 treatment is proposed on solution based IZO TFTs. The gate leakage current and interface trap density is compatible with conventional ZnO-based TFT with inorganic gate insulator. Especially, the UV-treated device shows improved electrical characteristics compared to the untreated device. These results can be explained by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analysis, which shows that the oxygen vacancy of UV-O3 treatment is higher than that of no treatment.

        MIPS를 이용한 국내 철강의 물질집중도(Material Intensity) 연구

        본 연구는 국내 5대 수출 품목 중 하나이며, 국내 주요 수출품의 원자재로서 지속가능한 자원관리의 파급효과가 큰 철강을 대상으로 히든플로우와 물질집중도를 MIPS방법론을 이용하여 정량화하였다. 2005년에 4.8천톤의 철강재와 17.6백만달러(2000년 기준)의 부가가치를 생산하기 위해 71백만톤의 윈재료와 18백만Toe의 에너지를 사용하였다. 이러한 원재료와 에너지사용으로 인한 천연자원사용량은 TMR(total Material Requirement, 총물질요구량) 245백만톤, water 1524백만톤, air 34백만톤이었다. 그리고 material intensity, 즉 철강재 1톤을 생산하기 위해서 TMR 4.3톤, water 28톤, air 0.5톤의 자연자원이 사용되었다. This study identified and quantified the hidden flows for steel and iron production in Korea using MIPS (Material Input per Service) methodology. In order to estimate the input orientated impact on the environment caused by the manufacture or services of a product, MIPS indicates the quantity of resources used for this product or service. In 2005, 71 million tons of raw materials were used to produce $17.6 million of added value and 4.8 thousand tons of finished steel. The amount of natural resources extracted from natural environments for the purpose of steel production was 245 million tons of TMR(Total Material Requirement), 1524 million tons of water, and 34 million tons of air. The material intensities for steel production by natural inputs (raw materials and energy) was 4.3 ton/ton of TMR, 28 ton/ton of water, and 0.5 ton/ton of air.

        간호대학생의 비판적 사고 교육의 효과

        본 연구의 목적은 비판적 사고 집중교육을 포함한 교과 교육이 간호대학생의 비판적 사고 성향을 향상시키는지를 알아보기 위함이다. 연구대상은 2학년 173명이었고 교육은 2시간씩 3회 총 6시간의 비판적 사고 집중교육과 간호과정과 비판적 사고 강의시간에 지속적인 교육을 시행하였다. 사전·사후 설문은 개강 첫 주와 14주차에 실시하였으며 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS 21.0으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 교육 전·후 비판적 사고 성향의 평균 평점이 상향되었으며(3.65±0.41→3.83±0.46, t=6.796, p<.001) 하부 항목 중 교육 전 가장 낮은 점수를 보였던 창의성이 가장 많이 상향되었다(3.13±0.78→3.43±0.86, t=5.842, p<.001). 비판적 사고 관련 교육의 효과는 확인되었으나 세부 항목별 관련성에 대한 근거가 부족하며 교육의 질 보장을 위한 반복연구와 교수방법 개발 및 효과 검증을 위한 도구 개발이 필요함을 제언한다. The purpose of this study is to find out whether critical thinking education improves critical thinking disposition of nursing college students. The participants were 173 second graders. The education was conducted three times, two hours each, for a total of six hours of intensive critical thinking education and continuous education during Nursing Process class. The survey was conducted in the first week and 14th week of the course. The collected data was analyzed with IBM SPSS 21.0. Findings: The results showed that the average rating of critical thinking before and after education was raised(3.65±0.41→3.83±0.46, t=6.796, p<.001). Among the sub-items, creativity, which had the lowest score before education, has been raised the most(3.13±0.78→3.43±0.86, t = 5.842, p<.001). The effectiveness of critical thinking education has been confirmed. But it is a lack of evidence on the relevance of the details. It is suggested that repeated research is needed to ensure the quality of education, develop teaching methods, and develop tools for verifying effectiveness.

      • 성인 선천성 심장질환자의 신체상, 자아존중감 및 삶의 질에 관한 연구

        Purpose: This study was to investigate the degree of body image, self esteem and quality of life, to identify general and disease of characteristics on influencing this factors with the intention of providing basal data for developing nursing intervention to promote body image, self esteem and quality of life. Method: Subjects of this study were 91 grown-up congenital heart patients over 18 years in 2 tertiary hospitals. The data on body image, self esteem and quality of life were collected through questionnaire from March to April 2004. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, Pearson's correlation, ANOVA and tukey test using SAS for Windows 8.1 program. Result: 1) The mean scores of body image, self esteem and quality of life were 63.01, 25.29 and 496.79. 2) Body image was correlated with age(p=.0239), educational level(p=.0182), diagnosis(p=.0066), number of operation(p=.0148), cyanosis(p<.0001), complication(p=.0096) and NYHA level(p=.0378). 3) Self esteem was correlated with education level(p=.0026), economic level(p=.0240), number of operation(p=.0113) and cyanosis (p=.0006). 4) Quality of life was correlated with age(p=.0432) and diagnosis(p=.0020), number of operation (p=.0063), duration of last operation(p=.0225), cyanosis(p<.0001), complication(p=.0090) and NYHA level(p<.0001). 5) There was significantly positive relationship between body image, self esteem and quality of life. Subjects with more positive body image had higher self esteem(r=.7897, p<.05) and subjects with higher self esteem had higher quality of life(r=.6091, p<.05).

        보일의 법칙에 대한 개념 학습에서 비유의 부연 수준이 학생들의 대응 관계 이해 및 개념 이해에 미치는 영향

        이 연구에서는 보일의 법칙에 대한 개념 학습에서 비유의 부연 수준이 학생들의 대응 관계 이해 및 개념 이해에 미치는 영향과 학생들이 범하는 대응 오류 유형을 조사하였다. 본 수업 이전에 비유 추론 능력 검사를 실시하여, 그 점수를 구획 변인으로 사용하였다. 중학교 1학년 학생들에게 비유의 부연 수준에 따른 단순, 부연, 확장의 세 가지 유형의 비유 학습 활동지를 무선 배포하여 학습하도록 한 직후에, 대응 관계 이해도와 개념 이해도 검사를 실시하였다. 또한, 두 검사에 대한 파지 검사를 4주 후에 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 대응 관계 이해도의 직후 검사에서는 비유의 부연 수준에 따른 주효과는 없었지만, 비유 추론 능력과의 상호작용 효과가 있었다. 개념 이해도 파지 검사에서는 부연 집단의 점수가 단순 집단보다 높게 나타났으나, 세 집단 간 점수 차이는 통계적으로 유의미하지 않았다. 전체 대응 오류의 빈도는 단순 집단이 가장 높았고, 대응 오류 유형별 빈도에서도 대부분 단순 집단의 빈도가 부연 집단과 확장 집단의 빈도보다 높았다. 또한, 대응 오류 유형별 빈도는 학생들의 비유 추론 능력 수준에 따라 차이가 있었다. 따라서 이 연구 결과는 과학교사들이 체계적인 비유 사용 수업을 계획하고 실천하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다. This study investigated the effects of the level of enrichment for analogies upon students' mapping, conceptual understanding, and the types of mapping errors in concept learning about Boyle's Law. Analogical reasoning ability test was administered and the score was used as a blocking variable. Three types (simple, enriched, and extended analogies) of learning materials according to the level of enrichment for analogies were studied by randomly assigned middle school students, and a conceptions test and a mapping test were administered immediately. The retention tests of both were administered four weeks later. Analyses of the results revealed that there was no main effect in the level of enrichment for analogies, but there was interaction effect with analogical reasoning ability in the post test on mapping. And the score of enriched analogy group was significantly higher than those of simple analogy group, but the score differences among three groups were not significant in the retention test on conceptual understanding. The frequency of the total mapping errors in the simple analogy group was the highest, and the frequencies of most types of mapping errors in the enriched and the extended analogy groups were less than those in the simple analogy group. There were also some differences in the frequencies of mapping errors with respect to the level of analogical reasoning ability. Therefore, these results will help science teachers plan and practice instructions using analogy.

        청각추출물의 항산화 및 일산화질소 합성 저해 연구

        청각은 녹조류로서 김치의 부재료로 널리 사용되는 것으로 청각 추출물이 젖산균의 생육 및 cellulase 활성에 미치는 영향과 항산화 및 면역기능에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 청각추출물이 젖산균의 생육에 미치는 영향은 김치의 중기이후 젖산 생성에 중요한 Lactobacillus plantarum KCTC 3105의 생육을 2배정도 촉진하였으며 과숙 김치의 경도유지에 중요한 cellulase의 활성을 약 60% 정도 저해하는 효과를 보였다. 청각추출물의 항산화력은 DPPH 방법이나 SOD 유사활성등에서 비슷한 항산화력을 나타내고 있으며 특히 ethyl acetate 층에서 높은 항산화력을 나타내었는데 이러한 결과는 청각에 존재한 phenolic compound가 관여하는 것으로 생각된다. 청각추출물의 항염증효과는 RAW264.7 세포에서 조사되었는데 특히 치주질환균에서 유도된 LPS를 처리하여 유도된 NO 활성을 현저히 감소시킴으로서 높은 항염증 효과를 나타내었으며 이러한 결과는 iNOS 활성에서도 유사한 결과를 나타내었다. This study was carried out to investigate the biological effects from Codium fragile. Methanol extract of Codium fragile increased two times at 2500 ㎍/ml the growth of Lactobacillus plantarum that associated with probiotic properties of lactic acid bacteria of Kimchi. Ethyl acetate extract of Codium fragile inhibited the cellulase activity up to approximately 60% at $2500\;{\mu}g/ml$. Methanol extract of Codium fragile was fractionated into several subfractions and their antioxidant activities were measured by using DPPH radical scavenging and SOD-like activity. Especially the antioxidative activity of ethyl acetate fraction was shown higher than that of other fractions and its fraction showed higher contents of total phenolic compounds, indicating the positive relationship between DPPH radical scavenging effect and total polyphenol content. Stimulation of the macrophages RAW264.7 cells with lipopolysaccharide (LPS) resulted in increased production of nitric oxide (NO) in the medium. However, the methanol extract of Codium fragile showed marked inhibition of NO synthesis in a dose-dependent manner. This result suggest that Codium fragile plays significant role for activation of immune system in the pathogenesis of inflammatory diseases.

      • 냉동 냉면류의 제조공정별 미생물학적 위해요소 평가

        This study investigated the microbiological hazards in the manufacturing processes of Naengmyeon. Sanitary indicative bacteria, such as aerobic plate counts and coliforms as well as pathogenic bacteria, were examined from raw materials, manufacturing processes, working area, 17 utensils and equipment. The aerobic plate counts for raw materials and arrowroot starch estimated as 0.77±0.68~5.02±0.28 and 5.02±0.28 log CFU/g, respectively. Coliforms were detected from wheat flour, buckwheat flour, and potato starch. Staphylococcus aureus was detected to be 0.61±1.06 log CFU/g in wheat flour and 0.20±0.35 log CFU/g in buckwheat flour. During the manufacturing process, aerobic plate counts for kneading process were 4.54±0.34 log CFU/g. But after the press out and heat process, contamination of aerobic plate counts and coliforms decreased and remained at a low level until the release process. Aerobic plate counts before washing disinfection of screw were 3.28±0.62 log CFU/100 cm<sup>2</sup>, the level of which was high in utensils and equipment that had contact with employees or water. These results represent not only an important indicator for the hygienic level but also a scientific basis for analyzing biological hazards, which lead to the introduction of HACCP for the production of safe and hygienic cold noodles processed by manufacturers.

        Efficacy of 4-Haptic Bitoric Intraocular Lens Implantation in Asian Patients with Cataract and Astigmatism

        Purpose: To determine the efficacy of 4-haptic bitoric intraocular lens (IOL) implantation in Asian patients withcataract and astigmatism. Methods: A total of 19 eyes with ≤25.0 mm axial length and ≥0.75 diopters (D) corneal astigmatism wereincluded in this prospective non-comparative study. All subjects underwent phacoemulsification with implantationof an AT Torbi 709M IOL. Visual and refractive outcomes as well as toric IOL axis were evaluatedduring a 3-month follow-up. Errors in predicted residual spherical equivalent were calculated by subtractingpredicted residual spherical equivalent from postoperative refraction. Results: Uncorrected and corrected distance visual acuity improved significantly 3 months after surgery, from0.43 to 0.05 and from 0.24 to -0.05, respectively. Mean refractive cylinders also decreased significantly, from-1.91 preoperatively to -0.54 D 3 months after surgery. Mean J0 and J45 decreased 3 months postoperatively,from 0.26 to 0.03 D and from 0.24 to -0.06 D, respectively. After 3 months, mean absolute IOL rotationwas 1.81º. Errors in predicted residual spherical equivalent showed a hyperopic shift of 0.35 D. Conclusions: Implantation of 4-haptic bitoric IOL proved to be effective for correcting astigmatism in Asianeyes during cataract surgery.

        국내 희유금속 수급구조 분석 연구

        본 연구는 35여종의 희유금속을 대상으로 광석(정광), 금속, 화합물, 스크랩 등 4개 유형으로 광종별 원재료를 범주화하고 교역 구조를 분석하였다. 우리나라 희유금속원재료 교역 규모는 점차 확대되어 교역 증가폭이 GDP 증가폭을 큰 폭으로 상회하고 있다. 희유금속 원재료는 실리콘, 니켈, 크롬, 몰리브덴, 망간 등 철강원료자원 위주로 수입이 주로 이루어지고 있으며 전자공업원료자원 중 인듐, 게르마늄 등은 총교역규모 1억불 이하의 작은 규모로 수입추이변화에 미치는 영향은 제한적이나 연간증가율이 20%를 상회하여 지속적인 수급관리가 필요하다. 수입규모는 수출규모의 약 3배이며 희유금속 원재료 수출입 유형은 국내산업구조 및 수요의 특성에 따라 광종별로 다양한 양상을 보이고 있으나 수입, 수출 모두 상당수가 금속형태로 교역이 이루어지고 있다. In this study, the domestic supply & demand of the raw materials of 35 rare metals was analyzed categorized as four types - ores, metals, compounds and scraps. Foreign trade volumes of the raw materials of rare metals have been steadily increased, furthermore, recently trade growth rate highly exceeds GDP. The raw materials of rare metals - silicon, nickel, molybdenum, manganese, etc. - for steel industry were the most big part of the raw materials of rare metals trade, while the raw materials of rare metals for electronics industry were imported relatively small volumes less than $100 million. However systematic supply & demand management on the raw materials of rare metals for electronics industry is needed since recently growth rate per year has been remarkably high over 20%. Import volumes were about three times bigger than export scale, and most of the raw materials of rare metals were traded as a metal form.
